Nice park. Met a friend there to work on his truck. Not sure of pricing or anything but its a nice place. The trailers and ac units were elevated about 4 feet so Im guessing it may be a flood zone. The trailers looked well maintained and the area is well kept. I was there on a Sunday and it was pretty quiet. I didnt see much traffic or anything... for what its worth it looked nice to me.
