Landlord: A snake. Will lie to your face and make rules as she sees fit. Notorious for giving people she likes way more leeway than other Tennants. Rides the park in her golf cart like a Sheriffs deputy(Hence the name Trailer Park Police). Causes others misery to make herself feel better. Had the nerve to try to sell us her damaged and dilapidated trailer for $5,000 or $6,000 and$300 a month lot rent.The Owner: Refused to do anything to the park, until about a month after Hurricane Laura. Meanwhile he was hard at work on his other parks. We couldnt even get into our driveway to get what belongings we could salvage, because whoever cleared the road pushed a tree to block our pathway. We never heard from the owner of the park.All in all, my experience at the trailer park was a terrible one. I spent at least six years probably more there and was under constant harassment from the park management. Towards the end, before the storms it had gotten so bad, I actually had to call the sheriffs department to report an assault (although I did not file any charges).So do anybody reading this who is thinking about renting from or using an RV lot owned by I-10 RV Resort formerly I-10 Mobile Village, please, please, please, rethink your decision.

Great price, good place for walks and children, little park close to our trailer ... easy to watch them play. Two duck ponds with lots of ducks, fishing... very peaceful and quietmost the time. Only 10 minutes to i-10 *Very wet through* ...it trains alot ands its low lying property! At least twice road has had water all the way across the main road heading to park. ( we could still drive, but crazy)

This is a nice and quiet park. Very accommodating and nice staff. The two nice ponds are a beautiful bonus!

What kind of a speed limit is 9.5 miles per hour for real. And they need to fix the roads bad.

Park is better maintained then before, but would still note the rent to own/ownwr finance option homes offered seem to receive little consideration to complaints/requested maintenance needs post signed agreement.

Very nice people and nice park to stay. Ms. Liz was very friendly and helpful, could call her anytime. Nice stocked pond for fishing, and clean bath house. The park was quiet and friendly people, so I was comfortable to take my dog to walk late in the evening. Will definitely go back.

Liz is the most accommodating and helpful hostess ever! The park is clean and quiet. We enjoyed our (brief) stay in route to another destination. The dogs enjoyed their walks too (:

Friendly staff upon arrival. QB the maintenance manager does great with any issues that come up. Wifi is great. Lots of room for my dog and they even let you fish in their stocked ponds. Thanks for letting us stay!!! We will be back

This place is kept outstanding. Whether you are in for a night or plan on staying long term this is the place to be! The internet is so fast and always works!!! The manager stays on top of grounds to make sure things are kept clean and in great condition. We stayed there for 4 weeks and the owners were always there!! Me my husband 2 kids and 2 dogs will absolutely be back in our RV!!!

We arrived at this park at around 4. We parked in a slip and was told to come in the morning to pay for our stay. We paid for a month without realizing how bad the park was. The laundry room and bath house was dirty and not working. We decided to look around for other parks expecting to get a refund from this park since we only stayed 3 days we thought it was fair to pay for a week and get a refund for the rest. We never signed any legal documents or any paperwork stating no refunds were given. We got half our money back and that was with great difficulty. Im sure going to report them to the BBB because I know for sure they will not pass inspection. Stay far away from this place!

I like this place!! All my neighbors are friendly, the country setting is quiet, and they actually have WiFi that’s fast and reliable. Oh. And I love watching the ducks . Cute.

Nice and quiet park with lots of shade trees. Also has swimming pool and area for cook outs! The fishing pond is also great for an afternoon activity.

This park is a great find. Setup on 50 acres and lots of room. Very great atmosphere with large pond that they allow you to fish out of. Saltwater pool and very nice people.

This place is wonderful! Fishing and fast Internet! ! Beautiful place to stay for a while or short term !! Would recommend to anyone traveling or looking for quiet neighborhood.

Charge WAYYY to much for rent on rundown flooded out trailors. The one we looked at was so bad it had green mold growing on the exposed particle board flooring around the bathroom sink. Their were soft spots water logged and dried moldings, poorly hung doors, and holes in the walls. Not a place for people with young children.

Wow! What a nice place to live. Its SAFE and PEACEFUL. In price comparison to places just as nice. I-10 resort wins every time.

First of all the owner should be embarrassed that he named this place a RV resort.. its really an overpriced trailer park that has RV spots that you almost need a 4wd to get parked into. Plus, they are taking advantage of all the workers coming in to work at all the refineries. A year ago you only paid $450 (everything included) now they charge $625 but expect that to go up because they are putting in more rv spots. The laundry room is nasty and when they replaced a couple of the washers (same size) they went from $1.50 to $1.75, funny thing is the other 2 $1.50 washers were still in there. There isnt a place to fold your clothes and ppl go in there smoking. The pool is ok, but dont expect to layout because there arent any chairs by the pool, just a bench and a couple of picnic tables on the outside. The 2 ponds are good, I didnt fish but loved watching the ducks and turtles. They did fix some of the roads but unfortunately its just gravel and with all the trailers and big pickup trucks they still end up with big mud holes in the road.Again, if this was a true Resort I wouldnt mind paying that much, but not for a glorified trailer park.Now the manager Liz, she is very nice, but I feel sorry for her because she has to take the brunt of all the unhappy campers.I cant recommend this place, unless you cant find anything else.

Really sketchy place. Cars racing in and out all night long was hard to sleep.The person I spoke to on the phone never met us there just had us set up on a gravel lot in front of the office.

A little sketchy and further off the highway than we thought but reasonably priced. Dont just drop in though, call ahead.

There is water al around my rv the Wi-Fi doesnt work . i called the office and talk to liz and ask for a nother lot she was rude told me she was busy on other stuff that she had to take care of, said she would check and call me back . That was 4 days ago i havent heard from her i called friday to see if she got the rent and she didnt answer . my truck is full of mud im tracking mud in to my rv . 195$ a week for a muddy lot, Wi-Fi that doesnt work and last night i tried to order a pizza, and not one place delivers to this rv park. This place sucks

Quiet place, nobody bothering you, WiFi is decent, and the manager is awesome . She will look after you and help when/if she can. Ill stay here again if I ever work in lake Charles.

What a dump. It is time for some association to start rating these places. How can all these dumps call them selves resorts . The showers are ready to fall down the pool has a lock on it and by the looks of it was not used in years . We had to watch an idiot drag his poor dog across the parking lot yelling and screeching at her for no reason. paid $35 dollars and it was $30 to much . Keep driving .No wonder Wal-Mart parking lots are getting harder to get into

To the owner of this trailer park maybe you should think about hiring a new manger Liz is very rude she only gets on the ones she dont like to make them move people that was renting a trailer from the park goes 3 months without paying r mowing the grass and nothing is said I would not refer anyone to this trailer park cant even have a guest to go swimming without them paying 30.00 to get on the lease if she lets them I hope the owners take a second look at their manger and her daughter that doesnt pay rent
