Great park. Very well maintained. Always on top of things. Trash is picked up when scheduled if its out. They make sure the grass is always cut. Management does a great job. I have lived here for 10+ years, better now than ever.

This review has been edited to reflect the current state of things.When new owners bought the park, the lot rent went up $100. In addition to the rent going up, the amenities lessened. Rent going up can be seen as reasonable when state of service is maintained or increased; however, that is not the case here.The park for the kids has been removed to make room for more trailers. The owner is not interested in creating an updated an safe amenity for the families who live there.Management has been making a noticeable and increased effort to communicate appropriately with the tenants. This is appreciated.

This park has gone back on their word now after the storm came through. What was said verbally through Dana is now being changed. The new management is money hungry and does not care about the tenants anymore. These long term residents are completely disgusted with the lies and increase of rent with no amenities. Completely disappointed in what they have done with our home!

This used to be a nice place to live before the new owners took over. They increased rent by 50%, took out the childrens playground and will fine you for literally nothing. We are moving out this month because of the new owners and poor park managment. If you are looking for a nice place to start out, look elsewhere. Greed at its finest.

They are making the park nicer, and free of non wanted occupants.i was a little upset when they forced me to paint my mobile home but after i painted it i was amazed at how much better it looked. THANK YOU DANA. My only complaint is that my grass grows too fast lol.

If they wouldnt have taken down the playground I would have given it a higher rating but alas they did. Its its quiet and the neighbor state of themselves which is nice.

The lot rent went up 75% overnight, the tap water is shut off almost weekly “due to required maintenance,” the property manager WILL FINE YOU if you don’t cut your grass biweekly (but lets neutral ground for which they are responsible go five weeks without maintenance)..No pools, no trampolines, no go karts, no children’s park, smelly tap water, unreasonable office staff, and anything you leave out will get stolen. Even on Christmas Day. 10/10 do not recommend.

Very nice place to live. Leonard (Dee) Franklin and his friend Kendrick are very efficient at their job. Very good workers. The Manager is also great.

I am very pleased with the new management. They are courteous and friendly but also make everyone responsible for keeping their property nice.

This place has changed significantly (for the worst) since the new owners took over. I lived there with a friend of mine (we have since moved to Sugarloaf) and this (Fairview North) was a pretty decent place to live until the property was sold to these new owners. Now it looks like the “ghetto” in a Section 8 neighborhood.When I say “ghetto”, I’m referring to people playing their music so that everyone in the neighborhood can hear it, kids and adults walking through your yard to get wherever they are going, and kids playing basketball in the middle of the road and obstructing traffic. That’s just a few of the many things that go on there.There are residents that live in this park that have no regard for other people’s safety. They drive way too fast down the streets in this park. Unfortunately, there’s going to be an accident one day, and someone’s child is going to be struck by a vehicle.The management DOES NOT enforce the rules in this place. When the new owners took over, they made everyone read and sign a piece of paper stating the rules that must be followed by all tenants living in the park. Well, it is just a piece of paper, because like I mentioned earlier, they don’t enforce the IMPORTANT rules that should be enforced.Finally, as soon as they took over, “BAM”, they increased the rent by $100.00. We have since moved to Sugarloaf, and the lot rent is only $275.00, and they DO enforce the rules.

We moved in 3 months ago, new management is awesome !! With the tropical storm coming they came by our mobile home to make sure everything was secure. So thoughtful. They had tree surgeons out trimming trees.. love it here, peaceful and quiet.

The only reason they get one start is you don’t have the option to leave no stars! Where do I begin... trash pick up is a joke, they pick up what they feel like and leave the rest, the have no respect for your personal property and tied red caution tape to my house with no explanation as to why, they have office hours posted but are never in the office and can never answer the phone, they just have no business owning or running any type of business. I have lived here for 3 years and since the new people took over it’s been hell.

WORST PARK EVER! Never had a problem until this new management came in. If I knew things would be this way, I’d have NEVER moved here!!! Definitely looking to get out ASAP!! They are money hungry and the rules are absolutely absurd!!!!! Literally walked in the office after calling 10+ times to see them sitting in chairs doing NOTHING. they don’t pick up the trash when it’s scheduled. They’re LAZY when they do pick up the trash. This place has become a nightmare. Then they want to up the lot rent to $300 a month with nothing extra... the parks they compared our rent too have a park/ swimming pools. We have people who are NEVER in the office, don’t pick up trash on a normal schedule, people who’ve come in and with NO notice changed EVERYTHING! Highly disappointed!!!!

Nice for a trailer park but they keep going up on lot fees says my friend who lived there.

I love the new girl in the office. She’s so sweet and helpful. And I love the neighborhood.

Just got finished driving through Fairview Mobile Home Park and I cant believe how trashy it looks. Grass not cut, trash not picked up looks like the ghetto. There isnt any way I would pay $300 a month to live there.

Lot rent going up to $300 per month. $50 late fee. $550 fee if trash is not bagged correctly. This is ridiculous
