Very Nice

Would be a nice place if they changed manager. They have moved in some “interesting people”. We moved out along with several others due to the management.

Great place for a family......Very quiet and homey.

Its a great place to live. Its clean, safe and fairly priced. They have garbage pick up twice a week. My kids had a toy box outside and their bikes and no one ever messed with them. We also kept our grill, lawnmower and weed eater outside. My kids would play at the park and we all loved the pool. Its a very nice community.

Love it clean good place to live when u want privacy

The manager, Miss Beverly, makes up her own rules as she pleases. She has He maintenance man cut your grass when it isn’t bad and even when you still have a few days to cut then wants to charge you $50. She is always posting new rules on her makeshift posters as you exit the park, i.e, grass is supposed to be cut every two weeks, she decided it needs to be cut every Thursday instead. The pool has stupid hours, kids cannot be in the pool after 5PM which is stupid because that’s when parents come home and are available to swim with their children. As of today, guest are not allowed in the pool, another rule she has changed for her convenience.Last summer she was tired of children leaving trash near the basketball court so she had the maintenance man remove the basketball hoop, the poor kids did not have a basketball goal all summer. . .Again, stupid rules because she doesn’t want to deal with it or do her job. There’s no basketball hoop again this summer, though I’m not sure if it was broken or she had it taken down because I have yet to ask.If you can get past the unstable management, then it’s a great place. But she really makes it hard for you to enjoy living there.

Very nice trailer park but rent is entirely too high just like everywhere out in the lake charles area. Might as well rent out a regular house with a backyard since the prices are about the same.

People and owners are very dramatic when it comes to having visitors over everything is so strict, man loosen up a bit

Had the worst experience renting in my life at this place. The manager is a total slime ball. She is very prejudice and only wants one type of people in that park. The neighbors are nosey as hell and God forbid somebody hears any sound coming from your trailer at night they call and report fighting when there is none. The maintenance man will show up and mow your yard when its not even high and then try to Bill you for $50 for like 25 square feet of grass. They dont even have real trash service its a guy pulling a trailer and hes probably Beverlys cousin. Dont go here ever. You have to call the property managers in Canada to report the manager. We did and of course were gone shortly after. I do think she was suspended for a week after that though.

Ms. Beverly runs an awesome park.

The women Beverly that runs this place is the worst!!! She will find any way to steal from you have your home robbed raise prices and lies!! I wouldnt buy a home in this place or rent!! The cops are always here and she will go in your yard and threaten you and your whole family wanting to fight like a child!! She is not business like!! And talks bad about everyone here just to cause trouble and dont think u can find the owner to this place he must be more of a coward then her!

Park manager is rude and evil. Even if you are a rented she treats you like a criminal. Dont move here. It will be the worst move of your life. If owner of park hires new manager place is wonderful. But bad management is slowing shutting this place down.

The manager dramatizes over everything needless to say shes a racist and very very rude yeah her name is Beverly I could say so much more but Ill leave it at that and trust me does she still peoples money yes she still the companys money in a heartbeat shes as fake as the fingernails she wears very racist person very ungodly person where you think she gets the money for what shes got shes a thief
