The park is ok, its the old Chardells trailer park location. One of the tenants is really a problem.

This place will never fix anything when you ask. They make their employees promote lies. They will fine you constantly and they make us find reasons to evict people. The trailers are full of mold fleas and roaches that maintenance will do nothing to fix. The owner is so broke that he can’t afford to pay his employees so he holds checks for weeks on end or just plane and simple tells you not to cash it until he says so. I 100% discourage anyone to move here

This place has some really nice homes with really good prices. Angela is such a pleasure. She works very hard to make sure the tenants are happy and that the park is a safe, clean, and fun place to live. I would recommend anyone looking for a place to rent to consider moving here . It has been an absolute joy being here and getting to know all the people who live here.

We have lived here since September and love it. Angela and Kelly both were great helping us with our lease and anything else weve needed. Maintenance guys show up literally within 20 mins for any small repair that weve needed. Very quiet and the kids love it!

The staff is great. Especially Kelly and Angela. Always helpful. This is my second time living there and they always go out there way to make sure all issues are taken care of.

I am very impressed with the work ethics and dedication these women have shown. Any problem that has come up they have got right on it. The park is definitely looking awesome these days. Thank you Ladies!!

Beware of the potholes in certain areas. Wish I could be more specific but it was dark and I was completely unaware.

Friendly service and thank you Angela for everything you have done for me and my family to get us situated. Family oriented atmosphere which is the best place to be for family values.

Not sure if you would like it but if you need repairs it will take almost a year to get help too slow on everything. Now this isnt a personal experience but I am going by what I have seen. They are nice houses but you can expect repairs on them.

Worst place i have ever lived they refuse to fix anything and do not keep accurate records trailers are full of mold and leaks people in the office are shady and lie about EVERYTHING

This place is incredible!!! I had to relocate to the area last min on a job transfer. Angela went above and beyond to get us in a house!!! The neighborhood is great and I would recommended this place to anyone!!

The people in the office are extremely understanding of certain situations and make you feel like family before you even rent out any of their homes. They go above and beyond the standard and make you feel like despite it being a medium-nice tailor park, it is more of a community.

Such a safe, kind and quiet neighborhood we are all treated like families not tenants!! Very clean and handicapped accessible!!

It is a very clean and inviting mobile home park. The people are nice and very accommodating.

We just moved in but so far I really enjoy it I like the ladies in the office they are very nice and very helpful

HEED MY WARNING!!!! Please stay away from this place unless you like to get sick and be around unsafe conditions. I almost died from a moldy trailer I was renting. Was hospitalized twice from the mold and was septic on one of those occasions. Once I got back from being hospitalized the second time, I had standing sewage which stayed there for weeks without getting better, once I left, I found out that it has gotten worse. They decided to do things underhand and evict my son and I out because I bucked their system and went above Managements head to her boss for help and also health and hospitals for help because of the unsafe conditions. Onc anyone refuses to show you the proof of a test about mold which has almost killed you anyway and keep charging things but not wanna show you the break down of why they are charging you such things. Something is wrong and they need to look at what they are doing to people. Just stay away from this place, I wouldnt wish the treatment which was received on my worst enemy.

Road are full of potholes

The staff there is so rude. Lots of the rules don’t make sense and they fuss kids playing at the public basketball goal they have that... icing on the cake... it’s kind of over priced.

Bumpy road thought I messed up the underneath if my car .....

Quite little mobile home park. Not a bad place to live.

Not the ideal place to live. The driveway is all messed up due to high traffic and moving in and out old trailers so if you have a small car if your not careful you could damage it.

They give you this Drainage excuse, but they are quick to keep the road INTO the park maintained...eff the rest of us.

Worst Trailer Park in this parish! Money hungry people will write u $50 fines every week for non sense. They also go in your home unannounced without your permission.

The speed bumps/pot holes will wreck your car even going 5mph

The Roads are really bad. Plus alot of stealing from Residents that leave Lawn mowers outside not chained up. Stolen in broad daylight.
