You can’t evict people with a document you typed up on Microsoft word. It must come through the sheriff’s office and the courts. Wouldn’t waste my time here and put my mental well-being and safe living situation on the line.

We finally bought a home . Trailers are so clean, the entire park is very quiet and clean.

I moved on to the 1st road in May of 2018, since then I have seen steady significant improvement. They are always working on something in the park to better it. The management is super sweet and very helpful. I love Mrs. Dana and Mrs. Peggy both are amazing ladies always so nice to my children. I have not had very many issues since moving here and literally every issue I have had has been resolved very quickly. No complaints from here!!!

I would like to give a big huge thank u to mrs.dana and mr. nick for there help with an issue that I’ve had and that they are working on very quickly to resolve. Thanks a bunch

The trailer park is really starting to come together for families to happily live. The landlords are amazing and if anything ever happens they’re always there to help. We have had a really good experience living here. Not to mention it’s so close to the school with mikes pick up and drop off amazing. Love it here.

I moved in here on New Years Eve this year and have loved everything about the people here. The Staff and management here are really improving the place and it is looking great. I can not wait for all the updates to be done so our park looks beautiful. If you obey the park policies then you will have zero problems here. Hope to have some new neighbors soon.

The properties I have viewed are not well maintained by the owners. they are not even cleaned before the tenants move in. If you have nowhere else to live this would be a place to go but do not recommend it at all.. they seem to be very run-down mobile homes not to mention the filth and the mold..

Ms Dana has done so much to improve this park. It is really starting look nice. The neighbors are quiet and the ones I have met are friendly and help each other out. Thanks ms Dana for all you do for our little community!!!

This park has come a long way since i first moved here. With all the improvements that have been done it looks awesome and is a quiet place to live. Kudos to Dana and Peggy for making this a place u want to call HOME..

This is the WORST trailer park ever!!!! Management does not do anything to help with issues! Loose dogs running around. My kids have been attacked several times. All the “good reviews” are a lie! The trailer park posted flyers bribing people saying they were handing out a $50 gift card to people for writing good reviews! BE AWARE!!!!

Lived her 12 years and we love our home.. the land Lord is supper nice and I have alot of people I can visit with.. love morning coffee with friends

It is really pretty there. Quite a mixture of old and new, diverse.

They send fake/illegal letters to tenants to scare them into homelessness during a pandemic because they are owed $300

I have lived here 9 years first 7 were fine. The last 2 have been horrible. I have been robbed 3 times. The last time was Valentines day and they took everything of value and some stuff that wasnt. Gone to work and come home to that. Dont do it, you arent safe here. Trust me and the neighbors never see anything.

Heard alot of bad things about the park but I guess it depends on who u are... That will determine what will happen to you. I installed surveillance system that notifies me when there is motion and records video. So, If someone was to steal I will have a video of showing what they were doing when I shot them. Havent had anything stolen yet.

We moved into the park Dec 2017 and the conditions were out of control. We were warned of the dangers of the park immediately! Many sketchy characters walking around and individuals in and out of the park all hours of the night. When we were informed during the summertime 2018 that their were new owners we couldnt wait to see the changes in store. Over the last 8-10 months the changes that the park has gone through has truly changed our outlook about living in Country Oaks!! Neighbors that were a concern for us have moved out, people have cleaned up their yards, trailers have been painted to look nicer, skirting around ALL trailers, driveways have new concrete and look extremely nice! The park looks like a community instead of a run down trailer park. I truly LOVE where we live now and Im so grateful for all the wonderful changes the new owners have made!!

I’ve lived here for a few years now and I’ve never had any trouble from anyone and this past year things have been changing in the park for the better and much nicer than when I first moved here I would definitely recommend this park to friends and family did I mention that it’s pretty quiet most of the time other than kids playing outside which is alway good to hear lol it’s also well watched by others in park it’s like we look out for each other’s kids and or homes just an all around great place to live keep up the great job county oaks I appreciate all y’all have done and are still doing to make this a better place to live

There is major improvements happening and it is looking 10 times better, kudos to whomever is cleaning up that place! We need a good safe place to live near the elementary school.

I have lived here 11 years.. to be honest this place has its issues just like anywhere elts.. But of you respect Ms Peggy and Ms Daina their will respect you.. You have a problem they will try and find the answer.. Every were has its pros and cons.. But I have recommended this place to others and they are happy because no place is perfect... Can not wait till they are finished with upgardes..

If I could give 0 stars I would.....This place is horrible not only is it filled with meth heads but they will not fix anything that is broken I lived here a year before they ever fixed my front door so that I could lock it. Then told them my outlets were not working they sent someone that didnt even fix the problem. Told them they still were not fixed and they tried saying I told them they were fixed now why would I lie and say they work when they dont. The remodeled my trailer before I moved in but all they actually did was cover up nasty mold and mildew. My porch is falling apart. My backdoor doesnt open properly if you open it you play hell closing it. I could go on and on. This place has great improvements on the property but their trailers are trash.
