My mother lives there. Very nice place, peaceful, clean, well maintained, a very smart affordable community. I havent seen better in Lake Charles or Houston where I live.

My mother in law lives here. My husband and I are seriously considering moving to Sugarloaf. The park we are in now has gone up on the rent $100/month and have not made a single improvement that we were promised.

Clean, small community. Great for families and any one starting up on their own. Neighborly people and safe. No speeding vehicles or loud patrons.

Charlie and I moved to Sugarloaf Community several months ago. The people that make up this community are a special caring blend. We feel at home living here. Thanks to all that work, to make this happen.The Nolands

Very nice community. Kept very clean and even has a pool. A little crowded tho, then again most trailer parks are.

The monthly lot rental is very high...considering that the owner has been there 30 years plus!! The road in and out to McNeese is subpar. The strict rules regarding your “lot” appearance are appreciated. ️

This is a really nice mobile home park.. and its so close to everything you can possibly need to live close to. Its very clean, yards are all groomed and have pretty plants growing. No one parks on the grass, it so pretty.. and quiet.. and they have nice shade trees that are trimmed so pretty.They are close to McNeese, Walmart, and plenty great places to eat...I just live this park.. and its way off of hwy14.. but so easy to get in and out of..

The Restricted Community has a clubhouse for special events and a swiming pool to cool off in during the warm and hot summer months!I noted Restricted because its the restrictions and the enforcement of the restrictions that keeps this community a desirable place to live and visit loved ones.

Its a regular trailer park. They are WAY TOO CLOSE together, and have no yard to speak of. Its not a place Id buy a place in. But the good side is it seems to have very little crime, it IS quite.
