The Lafayette Community Garden and Outdoor Learning Center was established in 2011. It is a cooperative garden with 50 individual or family memberships and 20 associate memberships. The garden is open to the public and the best visiting hours in season are Saturday morning from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and Wednesday afternoon from 3:00 to 6:00 PM. There are multiple classes for both adults and children that are open to the public. Check the website for details.
