If youre in the area, worth a visit. Bench to sit, relax, and enjoy nature. Even a fun shack to learn about local nature.

Lovely place to watch birds.Unfortunately the trails close by have people walking by or riding by playing loud music.

It is just a small place, but it has trails and a nice overlook to watch the black birds, Hawks, and waterfowl. I had an hour to relax in nature between shifts.

A level paved walk good for birdwatching. Used mostly by neighborhood families. You can park at the garden center on the street and circle back there after visiting the preserve for a cool drink or souvenirs.

Always magical here! So many birds and other little animals. Sometimes there are birding classes. Check out their sign for details!

Greenlee is Wanekas smaller and much-less-trafficed cousin. Its an excellent spot to watch birds and listen to bird calls and birdsong. Great blue heron seen here, along with lots of other cool birds (Im not a birder so cant list them all). Amazingly quiet for how close it is to major arterial Baseline, especially in the early morning and late evening.
