I was weary at first with the price and polices. I couldnt be so wrong, the jet skis was great, the staff, was incredible friendly and understanding. I definitely would recommend them to all my friends and family. We had a blast, it was worth every penny! We would love to go again next summer!

Walk up rental on a Tuesday evening - ended up going out on a tandem kayak. The water was SUPER choppy, but that couldnt be helped. The staff was quick to get us in and out of the kayak and were easygoing about the return time. Prices were very reasonable as well!

Went to rent a jet ski for an hour. Extremely fun and worth the price honestly. Staff gave us all the information we needed and helped whenever needed it. Shout out to the cute tall girl with the black hair. She was the best

Ive rented a jet ski here every year for the past 4-5 summers. Service is great, they give you all the information you need before sending you off to have fun. Staff is always polite. Value is pretty damn good--you pay for the time + gas used. Even 1 hour out on the water is plenty of time. Save yourself the hassle/maintenance/cleaning of actually owning these toys. Location is beautiful, youre allowed to go basically anywhere on the lake, get a close up view of all the luxury waterfront properties.

Great location for SUP! Just be sure to go on a day thats a little less windy! We got caught in near white caps, but still had the best time!

Ive rented kayaks from Woodmark three times. Will be returning to rent from them again next summer. Gorgeous location, beautiful waterfront. There is nothing I didnt like about my experience with the staff here, or the actual boating.

Pretty good for a funtime with family and friends. We rented a speed boat, wish they were a bit cleaner,1 star off the rating for cleanliness, otherwise the staff seemed quite seasoned and were courteous, quite helpful with demo and instructions...go for it....

We rented 2 jet skis today + half way through one of them sounded out of order/wouldnt accelerate. We called the number they provided + within 20 minutes they came out TO US with a brand new jet ski. Not only did they bring us a new jet ski, but they gave us an entire extra hour for the inconvenience. Turns out it was just a stick that got stuck! They made us feel well taken care of + we will ABSOLUTELY be back! Love this spot.

Great boat rental company, convenient location and friendly staff. Best place to rent jet boats/jet skis on Lake Washington! Have rented their 12-person Yamahas four or five times and their jet skis before. Prices are more on the premium side and they charge extra for the gas, but their watercraft are well-maintained and regularly updated. The Yamahas AR240s are pretty fast and good quality with nice speakers and materials, perfect for a boat party. And recently the company proactively permitted me to reschedule at no charge on the day of due to inclement weather!

Rented a Jet ski here for 2 hours. The prices were reasonable and the lake was absolutely beautiful out. Its a massive lake and 2 hours were not enough for me to cruise around and see it all. The attendants were very nice and made the process fast and enjoyable. I would rent again if i am ever back in the area.

I dont understand why they charge for gas money if you are renting the jetskies but I guess “It is what it isss”

The service crew are friendly and made us feel valued - my son and his dad got to start their jet ski 15 minutes early before the start time. The breakdown of the jet ski and inspection was good; thorough. Overall, we had a great time.The pricing can be confusing for all rentals. The price is per hour unless youre renting half day, whole day, or otherwise past the per hour price.

This place is great! Loved the staff who are young, nice, funny and knowledgeable. You get your moneys worth. Rented a boat for three hours and it was great!

Didnt know that it was standard practice to charge for fuel after the ride, but they could have at least mentioned it? We arrived 30 minutes before our scheduled ride to fill out the paperwork and such, but they were so inefficient that it took more than 30 minutes. They were very inflexible and didnt adjust the time to give the hour that we paid for. Its either that or a refund prorated for services not rendered. They were pretty rude when I brought these points up. I wouldnt come here again, and wish I didnt in the first place.

I generally dont write reviews, unless theres a scam going on. I had an argument with the manager about a large scratch that was already on the jet ski clearly before I went on it. I just didnt take pictures, which was foolish on my part. They charged me $800 for damages. Can you imagine how devasting this was financially on my family? Does this place not have any morals? Is it all just profit for them?

The worst customer service and they charged us hidden fee of $20 per jet ski for fuel which they have not disclosed on their site or when i booked. I would not recommend for anyone.

We came from far away and you guys supposed close at 7:30, and was just 6pm and you have enough jets kit on the water and I dont know what you cant rent one to us.I am very mad about itBe professional and respect your hours.I will call the city about it

I rented 2 jet skis twice from this location, both times 1 hour long (absurdly high hourly rates by the way, especially when comparing to Lake Chelan).1st time, the waves were not choppy so we were going full throttle most of the time. They charged us $40 for the gas used.2nd time, the waves were very choppy so we were going half the speed most of the time. We were charged $40 again for the gas used.They didnt even fill up the tank and just defaulted to that amount.. It just didnt add up. Also, the owners response throwing out a bunch of unauditable numbers really bothers me. Lets face it, you can throw all your unproven stats to me, but the policy clearly states that customers just pay for the fuel used during your rental verbatim. Despite the fine print, the owner thinks its still okay to round up instead of taking the time to read the fuel meter like other locations. Its unbelievable easy to just read the fuel meter and charge the fuel used. Thats good business practice. Just think about it. During the time span of a day, you have all sorts of people who like to just hit the gas hard for 1 hour vs. a person who just likes strolling around, enjoying the view (the view is absolutely gorgeous at SLU). Lets just charge both of these individuals $40 for the gas. That does not add up and youre allowing the slower individuals to pay for the speedsters gas. Im sure I can just let human greed and the maximization of business profits determine how much gas I used, or we could just not be lazy and read the meter.Anyways, to further accentuate my point on gas price gouging at Woodmark Waterfront Adventures, I went to Lake Chelan and the water was so smooth, so we went full throttle for 1 hour and 30 minutes (this other location gave us a complimentary 30 minutes! (not at Woodmark Waterfront Adventures)), and they charged us

Have tried contacting this facility on numerous occasions with no luck and even got out phone numbers blocked . if there was an option for half a star or no stars we would’ve used it! Extremely disrespectful staff . No polite people at this location they expect you to know everything and have zero questions and have your money ready! Ie all they care about is they’re money . I sent my wife down there to just ask a few questions. Only to have her return to me in tears and despair

My wife and I tried to book a boat but they were full but we were able to get a jet ski. Unfortunately our plans changed and they were kind hearted enough to refund us our money.

The manger at this location was extremely unprofessional and very short. She seemed impatient and failed to explain policies clearly. The rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. The day my family went out they were under staffed which resulted to our rental session beginning late. The manager did not take this into consideration and ended our session early. The level of customer service given was unsatisfactory and it put a damper on the entire trip. I would not recommend this place to any one until there is a change in leadership.

They have newer boats and jet skis. A bit on the expensive side.

Ive been here twice for Jetskiing with my friends and it was great fun. The splash of cold water on a warm summer evening is very refreshing and the splendid views of I90 and 520 during sunset are worth the money.However the amount of prep-talk and paper work these people subject you to is way too much. Weve reached 15 mins early for our one hour slot, finished all the paper work and got ready to get on skiis and got our instructions on how to get around and safety precautions, inspections etc in 5-10 mins. And then two more people spent another 10 mins talking about the same thing over and over again. We lost about 20 mins of our 1hr slot listening to the same prep talk from 3 different people.Make sure you go waaay early if you want your entire hour.

The idiots who run this place will charge your credit card without authorization before checking their records of paid charges. Do not recommend as much as the Jet Skis were fun staff is Zero

Be very careful before taking the jet ski, check all the scratches because after your trip on the lake, they will charge you hundreds of dollars for scratches you didnt do. they just lie you in the face and makes you pay money for nothing. I will never use their services again and i will sugest all my friends the same thing.
