Clean park. Nice place to stroll in between restaurants and stores. Parking is free.
I work with kids near here, so spend a lot of time in this park. Theres a lot of wide open space, great hills, wonderful trees, a skate park and a really beautifully laid-out playground. The playground is very tall, though, which makes me a little anxious whioe watching over a handful of kids.Kids especially love the trees in the autumn - theres a particularly good one that creates the best kinds of piles of leaves!
My boys love this park! We just moved to area and have enjoyed what Peter Kirk has to offer. From the Thursday sprinkler fun, to the skate park. I love how open and close everything is. Especially when one kid is on scooter and the other on jungle gym!
It doesnt feel like you imagine a park should feel. More it is a stretch of grass in-between a couple of roads that bound it. But, that said a stretch of green you can walk through in downtown Kirkland is a blessing, as the buildings around get higher and higher as the years go by.
All it was was a giant parking lot I was very unimpressed with the site same couple of people seem to be jogging around the block it was very annoying
Fun little playground, close to the baseball fields, skateboard park, library, and pool. Not much shade around, so be prepared with your sunscreen. There are picnic tables for eating lunch, but again, none are shaded. The park is clean and well-maintained. There is four hour parking on the street, which is usually fairly easy to find as long as there is not something happening in downtown Kirkland.
Awesome place to hang out and do some outdoors activity. Convenient location. Nearby public parking
Great upscale park in the heart of kirkland. Has every outdoor activity you could want. Walking distance to everything in downtown. Good family place.
Well groomed and nice areas to enjoy weather
I love that they are making a Mimi mall. I shop at the QFC all the time. The park is nice and they have a lot of places local and walking distance around the park.
Heather was an amazing stylist and a beautiful person. Very kind! Great experience!
Love this place! Came from Salem, Oregon and found Dicks was putting on a car show for their 60th birthday! Had a great time looking at all of the beautiful cars! The food and customer service was awesome!
Well maintained, library nearby which has restroom, water, parking. Has free WiFi. My kids love this place. In downtown Kirkland.
This Park is a lovely Park and it has a great view of the baseball field. There is the Marina Village right next to it and so is the beautiful Public Library of Kirkland. There is a safe playground that kids all ages play on. Also the skate park is a great place for beginners and veteran Skate Borders to skate at. The poll is right next to the park so in the summer you could go for a dip in the Pool of the Peter Kirk Public Pool. The neighborhood around the Park is very friendly and there are restaurants in every corner of this giant Neighborhood. The theater next to the community center is a great place to stop by and watch a play in the summer. There is so much more to do and tell about this wonderful Peter Kirk Community and we hop that someday you could come and visit Peter Kirk someday!!!
Too many pot smokers without masks
Playground, library, public pool, community center, basketball and tennis courts, skate park, QFC, Emerald City Smoothie is right across the street from the playground... one stop fun for the whole family
A large park good for toddlers and bigger kids. Popular and rarely deserted. A single big play set with fields and hills. Theres a skate park for older kids and teens.
Nice playground in park bordering a really busy road. Its also adjacent to a big grocery store, not the most attractive.
My baby loves this place
Different big changes been gone for 18 years ut all looks different to me
Great park for little ones. Lots of benches for parents to sit and enjoy with nice latte or cappuccino. The only problem, there is no washroom, so either use nearby Wendys, Subway or public library (only when open).
Very nice park with playground. Looks like there are going to be more improvements made as the neighborhood is changing.
Great little park. Parking can be challenging.
Lovely playground near Kirkland public library and pool
Beautiful park with something for all ages. a giant play ground for the toddlers, a skate park for the older kids and a swimming pool for everyone open in the summer. situated next to the library and transit center there is a fair amount of street parking nearby. spring and summer brings baseball games on the field and a small concession stand. lots of space to sprawl out with a blanket for a picnic if you so wish.
Great pool. Tired locker room but cant beat the price
Great park with playground, tennis courts, basketball courts and a skating area.
Its a nice park, but with all the construction and insanity around, its a hard park to get to and enjoy.
A wonderful spot to sit and think, enjoy the moment...
A lot of area and play structures. Lots of kids come here.
Good little park. I enjoy eating the mullberries in the summer.
Nice and but the bathroom are most of the time not very clean the mens are not clean
Family park aimed at children and families. The basketball court is very small, but functional. The fields and tennis courts are large, with a nice playplace for the kids. Also a teen center and a pool!
I am starting rowing, and I had to pass a float test. So we got there l, they new exactly what to do. And we didnt even have to pay entry because I just floated for ten minutes, and then we left
Great slides for the kids!
Its a nice park, right next to library, public pool, community center and shopping square. However, the playground is missing swings and a play structures for the smallest ones (toddlers). The slides are too steep even for a 4 year old.Otherwise a great place to hang out as a family on a warm and sunny day in Kirkland.Other amenities include tennis and basketball courts, baseball pitch and lots of green lawn for picnic.
Great locale to Coach BSB
Beautiful Park, has a nice playground with a treasure hunt for pictures little thing, grass, and right there near Kirkland Downtown. Has tennis courts. However, I dont like that there is no fence between the playground and the road... so kind of scary.
Watched my grandkids play basketball
4yr old loved the playground. Other children and parents were friendly and welcoming
Everybody was helpful and nice
Fine compact playground. Would be great if not for lack of swings on sight.
One of my favorite parks. Good open space, some tall grass, playground, convenient location, and good picnic seating.
This is really fun park located in the heart of Kirkland. The play structure is fun for kids and gives them different options for fun ( slides, climbing, etc )
This is a relative rating compared to all the other parks in Kirkland. The playground seems to be popular with kids but on nice sunny days (rare to find lately) you wont have much protection from the sun.
Great place for the kids!
There is enough space for all kinds of activities, and sometimes you can watch baseball games on the field nearby.
Great park for my kid. Usually a nice place to sit and read when they arent along, too.
When the punk kids arent playing inappropriate misic and swearing like sailors, its always good
The park itself is much more than just the baseball fields you see. Theres a skate park, a swimming pool open during the summer, a trail leading to Park Place Shopping center, and of course the library. Great summertime picnic hotspot as grassy fields surround the landmarks.
Great playground situated between a baseball field and small skate park. There are benches and a few tables, plus grassy areas around it.
Good family park
The only outdoor, public pool in the area, The Peter Kirk pool is warm, family-friendly, and very reasonably priced. I only wish they were open more hours!
PK Field has been a spot from my childhood that is still available now for my kids. Fun to watch the games, clean field and good concession stand.
Nice setting! Bathrooms could have used attention...busy day!
With LeeJohnsonField, this is a jewel of a place adjacent to parking at Kirkland downtown Library to be watching high school baseball games...Who knows when one of these athletic baseball farmed high schoolers would be recruited by Mariners to become the next Seager Brothers playinbbq for the MLB Mariners or LA Dodger or for Texas Rangers? Best baseball watching during baseball season and well kept. Two thumbs up awesome park/baseball field with 24hour QFC Groceries up the street!
Lovely surroundings!
Peter Kirk pool is nice for a hot evening swim.
Great park, lots of children, almost never overcrowded. Close to parking lot and pool.
Great place to watch a random ball game in the summer
Nice little park with a perfect spot for a 18m slackline.
Swimming pool, skate park and good playground, kids heaven
Minus the bums moving in and the people blasting ghetto music that the kids heard the N. Word repeatedly and profanity The Park it self was okay
Cool place!
Nice place for kids next to the library.
Great facility
I love swimming here.
It is fun
Didnt even go in or on......why ask me
IT, THE JUNGLE JIM
Lovett is nice
Nice place
Great place for the kids to swim.
Not much parking around the park.
Take your kids to the game, and library, and or skatepark
Needs public restrooms
Very nice visiting topography
Love this field!
This place is great but the new parks is worse than the old park.
Nice park and pool.
Great park
Visible
Construction
Great equipment, busy
Sessions too short. Costs too much
The same as when I swam here as a kid 25 years ago
Beautiful
Lovely park
Awesome place!
I felt like a child again
Good place to go with kids
Good place for tennis
There is no swing in the kids section.
Lots of Pokemon Go players. Needs more bathrooms and drinking fountains.
