Great potential. The skate park looks pretty challenging and a nice playground. But doesnt look like anybody has mowed the grass our done any general upkeep in a while. I was disappointed kingsport would let this go like this

Pulled up here this morning and there were people sleeping on the floor in the mens restroom. Came back later in the day to shoot some hoops and the restroom was still in a deplorable condition. There is toilet paper with human feces all over it stacked 2 ft. High beside the toilet, not in it . If the health department is so worried about the spread of HEP A and other diseases, it seems like they would clean & sanitize these nasty public restrooms.

Nice skateboard park clean it would be nice to have drink machines and shade for the parents and grandparents to sit and watch kids five stars

Fun place to skateboard or bmx and make new friends! All the skaters there were pleasant and checked on you if you fell down! Hands down best place to go skate if you’re looking for somewhere to have fun.

Gorgeous place! The river is just beautiful.

Needs playground equipment cleaned and maintained better.

I like watching the skateboarders and bicycles doing the stunts on the ramps and in the bowls.The picnic tables are under cover so if its raining you can still have lunch. A great atmosphere.

It would be better if they get rid of that skatepark

Cloud Park is commonly know as the Skate Park in Kingsport, TN. While it is a skate park, its also an excellent picnic and walking park. Many times local people gather here to socialize or simply to take a break from a hectic day.

Offers many amenities, picnic tables, bathrooms, water fountains, bike racks, air pumps, skate board area, and it abutts to Green belt walkway!
