So much fun! Bought the package deals online before arriving. Process was easy and efficient. Plus it was cheaper than the prices at the register. We did the laser tag, played arcade games and even drove go karts. The place was packed but people wore their masks. Everything looked clean and well maintained. Staff were courteous. Overall, we had a blast! Will definitely be back.

Track is fun (on Wednesdays they combine them to make a longer track - which would be REALLY cool) and karts are consistent (which is great). Plan to be there a long time though because the gap between races you can get in seems to be designed to encourage you to spend money on food, drinks, video games, or something else.

1st time visiting was Wednesday night. I saw online great it was mega track night. We were greeted by Heather who was super informative about the setup and how to get checked in. Lorena was so very friendly and helpful at registration desk. She got us setup for krats/ mini golf/ and laser tag. I recommend the membership if you live in the area provides you a discount for pretty much all activities. All the games were fully functional and it was super clean. I made several trips to the bar where Charles provided excellent service and some delicious libations. He also provided me with some recommendations that I really enjoyed. I will definitely be returning maybe with the kids next time.

Sweet place. Indoor entertainment center with awesome electric carts. Had a spin with my son while he was home from UT and discovered they also have carts for little kids as well. Yea, will be back

Bar tenders could t care less of anyone at the bar unless they were family. We waited for 30 min just to order a beer. Games were cool and racing was awesome. But bar was terrible. I will go to main event and get quicker service. To bad. The vibe was good and most of the staff was very good.

The arcade was normal. Expect to spend at least $100 because games are pricey. 1 star is for how the whole management shows no approach towards containing the coronavirus control at all. No health checks, no encouraging masks on (even their own employees), no social distancing, no sanitization between plays, no accountability towards organizing large crowds during weekend, they just let anyone in and out. The entrance smells like pot while kids with no masks play inside. Shows how much the business care.

I came here for my sons birthday party, with a party of 15 --including 9 children. The private room they had set up for us was extremely clean and even included a small plastic bag for the kids to keep their belongings safe.They provided silverware, plates, and menus for everyone. The kids food arrived in boxes shaped like race cars, which was very fun and creative. Yvette was our server and provided excellent customer service for such a large party. She was very patient and catered to all my needs without hesitation and made sure all the kids were happy and having fun. The manager Alain, took time out of his busy night to check up on us and make sure everything was to our satisfaction and we assured him that it exceeded our expectations! I would highly recommend this place for family outings! My kids love it and are always asking me to go back and we will be-very soon!

Pure Entertainment at 5 stars. The staff knows how to handle a BIG crowd. There were birthday parties and events going on which never got in the way. For their first weekend open....this will definitely be a successful business. The music and food were great choices. The restrooms and restaurants were kept tidy and clean. Thank you for making this a great experience. Keep up the great work! I brought my family to experience the fast race track! The games, food, music, and virtual experiences were all spectacular add-ons!

We visited this location on Nov 20th and it was pure fun! We had a blast on the go kart, which was the fastest I ever rode, the hologate VR is highly recommend. The arcade games were super fun and it was a plus that they all were working . The employees were all wearing mask and they had appropriate Covid -19 signage. The customer service at this location was phenomenal ! I lost my phone the night we visited And I was so surprised that the employees actually help me located my missing device. The assistant GM even gave me a hand . That alone shows they actually value there customers. Most places would just tell you they aren’t responsible. I came from out of town but this location definitely has a lasting Impression on me . Keep up the great work, you guys Rock !

Very disappointed with the organization of the whole place. So many people running around with zero masks. Lines were not set up neatly and crowds would just congregate in one area.The line for go-karts was very unorganized and no direction on who should be lining up for which heat. That being said the karts were really nice had a lot of pick up and track was cool. Not sure what happened but my kart did not track my time so I basically just wasnt there. I asked the manager about it and they said it will come in an email. Well I never got and email and when I approached them again they basically said well that sucks sorry cant do anything about it. So dont know if the guy even registered my name or the kart was just messed up. Either way I didnt have anything to show for my race.Cool spot but be prepared for chaos.

I took a small group of 9-10 year old boys. The place is setup well and definitely has a good vibe to the place. However, the place is significantly overpriced. Most arcade games will cost you $1.75 which is ridiculous....there are some games that cost $5. The boys were each given a $10 arcade card and it lasted about 5 minutes.The biggest disappointment was the indoor karting. For the junior races (under 12), the karts are throttled to 15 mph, however with the hills on the course, the karts are going maybe 10 mph. We have Razor products at home that went faster than these karts. At $18 a race, not worth your money for the lack of speed/excitement for 10 year old boys.

Super fun... The go kart was our least favorite. Do not waste your time. Everything else was super fun. The long Island was good. We will be going back.

If I can give this place no start Id do it in a heartbeat. The Karting is a rip-off. Not worth it I had a horrible experience. Track 21 still miles better then this. The arcade is good thats about it

Be careful with this place!!!They make you become a member by issuing you an Andretti card, which is fine. You have to add money to it, which is also fine. However, after a certain time if you don’t use it you lose it and they are showing “0” willingness to help. So sad this seemed like a great place but I won’t return. Don’t go there so they run out of business and understand what it means to rip off people.

My son and I had a great time! Alot of different things to do. Food venues are great. Price is fair. Friendly and out going staff. Definitely recommend:)

Its a cool place but pricey. I was bothered by the lack of social distancing and lack of sterilization procedures. Place was packed! In the food area strangers were sharing tables because of lack of seating. Great place for fun but a great possibility of being exposed to covid 19. Wearing mask was not enforced.

Never thought Id be leaving a review for an arcade but wow. Its the little things that make the world a better place. Not only is the place nice but staff is AMAZING. JOSH AND SEAN went out of their ways to help my family have a good time. Josh literally bent over and steered my daughter for 10 laps so she could race the baby race. He didnt have to do that but he chose to. Recommend 10/10.

Very poor experience, only paid for 1 race ($23.77) no instructions provided, no safety briefing from staff, music was extremely loud and unbearable. The first time trying to purchase a single ride was told it was over a 2 hour wait.The race was very poor, most was at reduced speed, had several complete stopped moments and only one lap at full speed. Not worth the wait time of over an hour, finally getting to race at 12:24 am.I asked the first person checking people in how they clean the helmets and he said they use two sprays and put the helmets in the Sanibox after each race.I watched the staff with the helmets and they barely sprayed them to sanitize them and immediately put them back on the racks avoiding their Sanibox setup.Talked with a manager and he said they dont do all the steps if they are busy to avoid back up and long wait times. He went to talk with the staff but they still only did a handful of helmets as I was waiting for our race.Overall a very poor experience, will not return as it is not worth the time. Other places offer a better experience for indoor kart races with better staff and quality instructions to have a better driving experience.Update (20201012):After reviewing the email for the track times, I show the following for three laps on the track.--------------------------Lap 1 - 1:21.031Lap 2 - 41.286Lap 3 - 41.398--------------------------Total - 2 minutes 43 seconds--------------------------I would expect the total time to add up to 7 minutes. I have been waiting to write this review since the Saturday I had my accident. I just wanna say Jason your a awesome manager, you really made me feel like you was concerned about that guy slamming into the back of me which cause me to injure my back. Only reason I’m not giving this place 5 stars is because obviously I was involved in a accident. The facility is so much fun for kids & adults alike. The team they have there are very helpful in my honest opinion. Only concern I have is the bar/people drinking & getting behind the wheel of one of these go-karts. Obviously if a mature person could drink responsibly then it wouldn’t be a issue. But that was the deciding factor of why I believe this individual decided it was okay to ram his go-kart in the back of mine. Maybe there is something that can be done about making sure individuals are NOT under the influence of drugs or alcohol because like we all know getting behind the wheel of anything in those conditions never leads to anything positive. So I ask for the betterment of the business & the safety of the people who spend there hard earned money that it can be looked into. Just a better way to make sure people are safe. Thank you again Jason for being such a stand up guy, wish you the best.

Great time. It was the kids first time driving anything and he loved it. Cart racing of 4 experience/age levels, laser tag, VR, mini golf, and arcade games with tickets for prizes. Social distancing was fine. Wear a mask and closed toed shoes with socks.

Fun place for all ages. I drove the kart with my daughter and it was awesome. I only wish it was jut a little bit longer.

My friends and I spent an afternoon out at Andrettis and had an absolute blast. Terry took care of us and we stay late to enjoy all they had to offer. Plus good food and drinks. Pro tip: If you plan on a little extra back padding.

This place is awesome! Took my 3 young boys to play while in town. They had a mini go kart for them and Jean was so nice assisting them and making the experience one to remember! We will definitely be back!

Today was my first time visiting. I’ll start off by saying that I like the scan and go process for games and go carts. Secondly I also liked the attentiveness of the staff in the eating area. They were constantly sanitizing and keeping up with the constant flow of customers. The reason for my not so perfect review is the go cart area. Is there any way to sanitize those go carts in between rides? I witnessed people getting out from their rides, and the next group of people immediately being ushered into the same cars without any type of sanitation or anything. The staff in the go cart area, were more so concerned with riding instructions, but lacked any concerns for sanitation of the cars. Once my ride was completed, I immediately went to the ladies room and scrubbed my hands. But, as we all know everyone especially kids aren’t doing that.

I came to Andretti not sure what to expect. I waited at the bar and ordered some food and drinks. Then I met a worker named Terry he was very helpful and gave me a tour! Thank you so much i will visit again.

Mini golf seems overpriced for how long the game is, it’s on a timer so you are forced to hurry.Ordered wings from the restaurant area, didn’t get my food. Seemed like everyone was getting the wrong orders. Told the kitchen staff, waited 20 more minutes, still nothing. Went back up and they finally gave me an order of wings. The wrong flavor, no fries. So that was a waste of $18.The karting side, it took more time getting a helmet and going through the safety brief than actual seat time in the karts. $25.00 gets you about 7 minutes of time in a kart, about 2-3 minutes is actual racing. It’s a small track and you are lucky if you get 4 laps in. If some one crashes or spins out, all the karts go into limp mode, and you can walk faster just to give an example of how slow they go during that time.Arcade is alright, it’s mainly there to burn time while you are waiting for your turn to go on the Karting track.A friends truck got broken into while we were there and he was parked almost front and center of the building. Security doesn’t really exist outside of the building, so you are taking a gamble leaving your vehicle in the lot.All said and done, I’m going to stick to Track21 for karting, and the Game Preserve for Arcade games.

Andretti has so many different things to do. Ranging from arcade, mini golf, laser tag, VR and go karting. I almost go here religiously. Since Andretti had so many options, I planned a Team Builder work event. Everyone had a blast. If anyone decides to have a event, I would recommend you to ask for Terry Haynes as your host. He’ll take good care of everyone and make sure you will have a good time!

Awesome spot for go carting and games. They serve alcohol which is fun but mixed drinks were not the best.

Nice clean place to go have fun. The go-karts are great and the various VR setups are something different. Its also located around various other restaurants so you have options to eat if the menu here isnt to your liking.

This place is definitely not for kids under 7 year old.The only thing they have for them if the Mario kart and how can I say this it was just all disappointing..It was extremely pack no social distance and we left quickly because it was not at all appropriate for kids . And extremely expensive for what everything is worth.

Fun place. Better bar than IRace, but I felt the arcade game selections were limited. Go Carts were fun, but the adult track feels much shorter than the track at IRace. For carting, I pick IRace, but for hanging out I would pick Andrettis.

My friend left a review but it looks like they had it remove so Im going to repost it. I was there also and 100% agreeWent yesterday with a few buddies and bought two races. First we sat down to grab a bite and the restaurant completely messed up our orders and blamed us for the mishap when we clearly told them that we didnt order a dish that was brought to our table. Waited over 20 minutes to get the right order and was still provided the wrong order once more. We were agitated at this point and settled with the food we hadnt ordered. We proceed to the go-karts where things continued to get worse. You pay 23 and some change for a full race but instead dont even get to enjoy it because the races last about 7 minutes and if one person spins out then everyone is forced to come to a slow down. The worst part about it is every 10-15 seconds someone wipes out and the timer on our race still continues which makes paying for a race here totally worthless when you cannot set lap times because your busy being slowed down once or twice every lap. With all of the slowdowns we probably got in about a minute and a half of actual racing which is not worth the price of admission. This occurred during both of our races so we all paid about $50 worth just to get about 3 minutes worth of driving and the other 11 minutes spent slowed down or stopped. I have never felt like Id been more ripped off in awhile. The cherry on top of our experience was when we were leaving one of our friends vehicles was broken into while we were inside. Its a very packed lot with no security going. This place is very much go at your own risk

The whole experience here at Andretti’s was incredible. Paola in the starting line section was super helpful and explained everything perfectly, from the races to the membership options. Service with a smile!! And I was truly impressed with how she was able to explain all this information in Spanish to my mom. It’s so great to have someone that’s attentive, energetic, and bilingual! Next time I go, I will ask for her!

Great arcade games for all ages. Family fun environment. The cars are super fast and sooo much fun.

I came last week, super expensive but well worth the price for the most part. Had a pretty good time at the mini golf with some buddies of mine, our golf attendant, Paula or Paola, I’m not entirely sure, was very attentive and was quick to respond when one of the holes wasn’t reading my putt. Overall, a pretty good experience.

Stopped in just to see what the place was all about. Pretty nice place from what I could see. I met this girl that works there by the name of Paola who seemed very energetic and knowledgeable. Asked her about membership and pricing. Whats really impressive is that she answered all my questions without a stutter; pretty good training for a new place.

Having been to all the go karts tracks in Houston this track has the worst process for getting riders in the carts. We missed our second run because we spent 15 minutes just getting our helmets, then another 15 minutes just getting in our karts. We had maybe 2 full runs in our intermediate race. The adult race setup was run better, but we had the same experience in the track with only getting 3 full runs without either being stopped in track or slowed down. We purchased three races were only able to use 2 as it took so long to get a race off. As with the other tracks you need to be prepared for a wait before you first ride.The adult carts were fun, only time we were on the brakes was to avoid contact. The intermediate carts we did not have to lift to make it around the track. My 14 yr old would prefer any of the other tracks in town as the intermediate carts just did not have the pace and he was not allowed in the “adult” carts even though he was faster by 2 seconds then others in his race. He is able to run the bigger carts at other tracks.We played putt-putt, I was surprised they did not have any wait staff, the manager sent us to the bar to get drinks. The bar was understaffed, customers were two deep around the bar and the bar staff were in the weeds. Putt-Putt is a speed game after your first putt. Less skill and more of Hockey style of play.A majority of the staff were extremely helpful. I would suggest working on the process of getting racers in the carts.We will be back but more then likely in the earlier in the day.

Thursday was my first time coming here and let me tell you, Paola from starting line was extremely knowledgeable on all the games and was able to answer all of my questions. Incredible customer service, “yes, sir” and, “no, sir” I as a customer felt i had the upmost respect, you rarely ever see that from people nowadays. Will DEFINITELY be coming back!

Hands down, the best indoor go cart place in H-Town! The place is very clean and fun! Its a great place for kids and adults! I will definitely be back!

Everything was awesome! ...Except for the Team Leader Jasmin. Worst customer service ever. She argued with me about the attractions we request, then started half-swiping our cards and spouting declined, same thing, yours declined too. It sucks because the other staff was so great. As long as you avoid Jasmin, youre guaranteed to have an amazing time.

When its too hot to do outdoor activities. This is absolutely the best place for indoor activity. Wish they more selection on video games...like Fruit Ninja

A few of the mini golf courses didnt work. Go karts were constantly getting slowed down by employees. I understand the safety reasons if people are spun out on the track, but clearly the track is too crowded if its happening that often. Maybe had one full lap where we werent slowed down. This place has potential, but far too many problems to be this expensive.

Ive been wanting to write this review since the fourth, nonetheless Ive been to this incredible locations four times and each time I have had the amazing opportunity to be helped by Paola, she has been an absolute gem with myself and my family. She was able to thoroughly explain every part of the arcade as well as the family membership (which we DID end up getting!!) Such an incredible experience, I love this place!!

Insanely overpriced for such minor experiences such as racing or mini golf. The “membership pass” is a joke and just a quick con to pull on families. It barely makes a $3 difference on prices. The prices need to be reevaluated.

I LOVE this place! Brought my cousins here and they had so much fun! The person that helped us out was Paola, she was super attentive and helpful with any and all questions we had. Greeted us with a smile (I could tell she was smiling through her mask and tone of voice, that means something!) I can’t wait to come back and I will be looking for paola for the future!

Great although I felt that the covid 19 precautions in place werent adequate, i.e no cleaning of arcade stations between use.i even asked for wipes to clean the play area after the previous players were done with the race car arcade games but an attendant whom I asked informed me none was available,supposedly someone was assigned to clean each area after use but individual wasnt doing his or her assignment.

Family Day Shannigans2-3 weeks before we were due to visit Andrettis, I reached out to a event coordinator, for the best way to accommodate my family of 20 people.We were given a great package, with a buffet and 4 activities per person for a little over $1200. The day before we had a family of 3 cancel, and I emailed the coordinator to inform her. I sent in replacement names and ages, as previously done for the guest list. She said it was ok.The day of arrival, I arrived 30 minutes early to welcome everyone, since I was the host. I was sent in circles, noone knew, where we were supposed to meet. After 20 minutes of waiting, I was informed that we would have to wait due to the coordinator, scheduling our buffet in a area that wasnt suitable, and should have never been booked for such a large group. We waited,(filling out waivers), for a party to end and as they cleaned the room. To cut the time, we were migrated to the room, while they set up the buffet table.One plate per person, (was the buffet), due to the fact that, we ran out of food and drinks, and when we asked for more, we were told it would take 20-30 minutes to cook, and that would interfere with our alloted schedule. Im grateful for the gentleman working the golf section, for the host kept disappearing and he was very patient every time he had to walkie talkie her.Fast forward to the activities: my guest list was never updated, which interfered, with our Karting tracks and rides. Laser tag was fun! The golf course broke on the last hole, which by then we were so disappointed that we just gave up on it. The arcade cards we were given, were only good to play games that doesnt when prizes or tickets, which was a waste of time and money. To top it all off, for all that happened throughout our visit, the host offered 5 more arcade cards to come back and visit for a hour, which once again is a waste of time, since most of us travel 20 plus miles to visit this establishment.During payment time, the manager asked me to email him, the email and response to the coordinator concerning the list change, which I did in his presence.Inspite of all the mishaps, my family enjoyed themselves, and we are on to planning our next family outing!

We went with friends to let our kids hang out before an event. My daughter is 13 and not an experienced driver so the whole experience was new for her. The staff on the course was extremely rude with one of the staff members even yelling at her when she account crashed into a wall. He told her WHY ARENT YOU LOOKING! PAY ATTENTION DUDE!!! As he pushed the cart back into position. The karts were also very shaky and didnt handle the corners well. Overall the experience was ok but we wont ever go back thanks to that rude staff member. A little advice, if youre going to work in service try having some manners and patience.

Staff so friendly, everything was clean. The manager Jason helped us with our visit and made us feel so welcome! Kids LOVED it. Really great way to spend a few hours having fun with our teens. Price is high, but they really work hard to make sure everyone is safe and its a great experience.

Was not at all impressed with this place. The go kart workers at the check in area were absolutely dysfunctional. Then the karts themselves have this ridiculous engine sound coming through the speakers mounted on the karts, that was playing while the worker was trying to explain the rules. I had to ride intermediate because my boys were under 16, the carts weren’t that fast either.Make the drive to K-1 Speed up 290 if you really want to do some fast kart racing.

Driving the cars around the track was fun. The food was good also. The virtual games also were fun. Maybe add a few more video games if possible.

The games took my money and did not let me play, the go kart workers kept stopping the race I did not get to enjoy the race. I would not recommend, this was a waste of time.

Little on the expensive side.Very nice inside and up to date games. Cars we drove would go 35 mph. Can ride with a friend or if you are small, they have a bumper seat. We had a great time.

First experience was great considering restrictions due to COVID. A little disorganization/confusion at counter when buying races and also at the racing counter for my adult race, but ALL employees made up for any minor frustrations with over the top politeness and willingness to answer any questions and accommodate me and my 8 y/o son. From the moment we entered the building to the moment we left, extremely nice and helpful staff...please keep it up!As for the racing aspect, thought the speed was good for my son and he had a great time...on the way home, he asked to have his birthday party there.The adult race had four of us on the track, and if they were any faster, it may be a little scary. Great speed and handling (once the tires warmed up), and the generated engine sounds seemed pretty realistic and was a nice touch. Felt I may have been a little out of my league before the race, as two of the four racers brought their own racing helmets, gloves, etc., but thankfully I was able to hold my own.Definitely planning to go back, looking forward to trying some of the other activities once they’re available too. Glad to see this business have the opportunity to reopen.

Visited with my family and noticed the place was jam packed....no cdc or county guidelines wrt Covid 19 were being followed on max number of people inside the arcade. I left the place immediately. Alot adults n kids roaming without the masks. 6 ft distance requirements not being followed. Guess this place is all about making $$ without considering safety of the people. Not going there ever again.

Very unorganized!! Not a good experience at all.If you go on a weekend dont purchase laser tag, you will find yourself asking for a refund. They have scheduled events and if its booked you will not get to play. They a horrible with time management. On the other Jason a manager did take care of us with a refund but my group if 7 didnt get to play.

For anybody that thinks this place is expensive does not realize how much money it takes to build a bizkart and im not going to say. ALSO remember that these are very fast cars if you know how to drive them if you want to go pedal to the metal come early during the week.This track is capable of a 27second run on the green track.The track is designed for full throttle driving with no brakes with the right line.You will get a better experience when the tracks are to their selves.The green track is the fastest track.The blue track is shorter by 225 ft with less straight aways and sharper turns so you will not get the speeds you get on the green.so with that said if you feel like pissing your pants its waiting.

At Andretti both visitors and staff showed little commitment to the implementation of COVID general practices. Staff members were talking to customers while pulling their mask down and there is ZERO social distancing (nor is it promoted). This becomes clear at the registration waiting line, the registers (that are super close together) as well as the wait line for go karting.When we left and asked for a refund because of this we were just smiled at and told these were just guidelines (in other words they dont think they really should comply).Besides this the wait for go karting was 1:30 hours, we left and returned but again were waiting 20 minutes before we decided we did not want to stay in the high risk environment.

Love this place! We had a great time! Definitely be back.

If I could leave a zero I would. I’m an avid Andretti karting fan. Every state I visit that has the Andretti brand I visit. The one in Katy Texas horrible never again.. It’s clear no one knows how membership cards work. The people working on the track are rude. It says on the paper to arrive 30 min before your race. Very unorganized. Disappointed in my experiences.

Our first experience....a little much in cost, but we had a lot of fun! The Tower Gate was awesome. The employees were all over engaged in customer service and care. Terry did an outstanding job ensuring that our experience was a great. one.

Came for drinks on a Friday. These bartenders don’t even know how to make an Amaretto sour... more like Beige kook aid. Mint Julep tastes like club soda with seasoning, Mario Martini is green water. Buy beer

Very clean and the video games seem reasonable in price. Went went for the mini golf, which although is creative is a total ripoff costing $14 a person for 8 holes. We did not try the go carts or laser tag.

This place is great, it has indoor go kart racing, VR gaming & plenty of arcade games to play, its good for kids & adults to enjoy themselves; I didnt try the food & drinks. The pricing for games is fair; the only thing that would need an upgrade is the redemption prizes, really not anything to choose from, unless you have almost 10,000 or better tickets

This was my first time at Andretti, July 25th. I was there with my boyfriend and we waited 10 minutes for someone to assist us at the mini golf area. When someone finally came he registered us to play told us to stay at the blue courses and left. I had no idea how to play and he couldn’t bother to give us a quick run through AND that area was full of dirty cups! The game kept saying I was skipping holes which was really annoying because I registered with my boyfriend and we moved from 1-8 together.Now it’s time to play laser tag and again the guy did not bother to give us a quick run through, the game was glitching and we were pretty much just playing chase 2 minutes into the game. Pretty annoying experience but at least we ended the night with a great game of air hockey.

Came across some unhelpful staff members, some of them had an attitude. Overall it was an average gaming experience, but we enjoyed the go-kart racing.

It was cool. The Vr and racing were on point.
