This place was great. Although they were short staffed, everyone was attentive and the manager was awesome. Than you Isaiah and Diego for helping the boys with everything. You guys rock! And to the manager able to multitask and handle everything! Keep it up! People do notice your hard work!

Great place for kids to run around and burn off some energy. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean it was considering all the kids running around from birthday parties.

This place is awesome it even has a full service cafe you can pay and have access to everything in the place including the arcade and you choose how long you want to pay to play for Very unique place super fun for everybody the playground is perfect for the little ones and everything else is great for the older kids they have very comfortable seating for the parents and extreme birthday party package rooms with very nice in tenative staff

It would have been a great experience had we not have been outright lied to by the manager. we walked in we said we had a Groupon, which would have been $20 cheaper per person, there was six of us. The man up front assured us it would not be. After reading the fine print on Groupon it would and the manager would not honor that. Also a female employee at 4:22 p.m. walked out of the female restroom without washing her hands. So theyre liars and theyre nasty but the place was fun despite seeing that.

So hard to rate this place. My heart wants to rate it based on the potential I saw and the energy of some of their limited workers. But sadly, this place has been DEVASTATED by COVID. Many of their arcades have been “repo’d” according to the front desk. They can only have a limited crew to run the activities and so everything was not up and running as it should. I hate it but I don’t feel we got our monies worth and my guess is this place may not make it much longer if things don’t change. I hope things improve for them sincerely.

This place is just awesome! We celebrate my son bday and is a lot of fun for all ages!!! They have a little kids area and something for everyone! Pizza is good! The private rooms are so cool!!! We got the video game room and the kids had a blast!!!! Service and staff is really good! We will come back for sure!!!!

Had my first visit to GlowZone in Katy yesterday. It was like being a kid again, except I don’t remember having that much fun as a kid!The mini Ninja Warrior course was my favorite! The Rubiks Cube climb was a lot of fun and very different. It was like climbing a tree without the danger of breaking every bone in my body.The staff was very attentive and fun!

I paid for a 1 hour pass after the cashier said it would be fun for my friends and I.. mind you I’m 19. walked in to my surprise to find half of the games closed and all of them catering towards children. I requested a refund after 5 minutes of being inside and the manager said no and offered me a free day pass thinking I would actually ever go back. She had zero customer service. Don’t go to this place or take your kids here.. Main event is right down the street and has better games and customer service. Won’t be taking this review down until they refund me.

We loved this place. It was fun the kids had a blast. Its a different than ur typical play room. Wear neon colors and be prepared to have fun! Even the adults would love it.

This place is fun for older kids. Came here last weekend for a bday party and I had all 3 of my kids, my youngest who is 3 could only play on the indoor playground and of course he wanted to just do everything his older siblings were doing but like I said great for older kids. My 2 big ones loves it.

This was the second time we had gone to this place. First time was good but today was the worse experience I have ever had. The wait for all attractions was So excessive as the staff would rather be in a huddle laughing than take care of the waiting customers. When I addressed the issue to the manager on duty Heather all she did was shrug her shoulders and say OK. I was later approached by 3 other employees who saw the way Heather handled the situation to apologize to me for how the manager had acted regarding my concern. Customers were waiting between 10 & 20min to be attended for some attractions. No intention was made by Heather to make any of the issues right.

I received free passes to check out Glowzone Katy with my family. Our two kids, ages 13 and 9 brought two friends and we all had an amazing time! We went on a Friday night, and it wasnt super crowded. Everyone loved the GLOW bumper cars! So fun!!!

This place was horrible,not enough staff on hand and the only food they had to offer was pizza.

Went on a Wednesday 3/7/18 for toddler time. We had the place all to ourselves. 1 downside was that the toddlers can not play with the other games they have there, they have to stay in Soft City which is the toddler area. There was a mix up about the Wednesday $1 day pizza slice. Kim was great enough to get us some pizza on the house. Thank you the kids had fun.

Kids will love this place, plenty fun thing to do for older children. You name it that have the games and rock climbing. Great birthday party today.

The place is good for the kids. I have a 3 year old and we (parents) were there and play with her. When we wanted to exchange the points we got on the arcade, they didn’t allow us to combine the points, which made not sense at all. The manager couldn’t give us a reason and she wasn’t nice at all.

Fun place for all age groups, I really enjoyed my afternoon here. They have a variety of activities to keep you active. Came here on a Sunday afternoon, it was not really busy, empty if anything but still fun. Would definitely come again.

Celebrated our daughter’s birthday there, the kids loved it and the host went out of her way to please us. I even lost my wallet there weeks earlier and the manager stayed there often closing time to turn the place upside down and she found it!Unlike altitude Katy who has zero sense customer service and where I lost sunglasses and AirPods that where “never found” ... no comparison

The kids had a great time. Kevin at the rock walls & pillars was super - he really interacted with the kids and made the experience so much more fun for the kids! And Connor was really entertaining & kept the kids laughing. More personality & animation in the staff is a big plus! Thanks glow zone - the kids had a really great afternoon!

The games the attractions are amazingly kid friendly well done lighting was well done, customer service was very helpful definately having my next get together here.

This establishment is amazing. Perfect for kids. The best thing I love about this place is that if you do not want to go on the rides, you can accompany your kids without paying anything on the entrance. Loved our experience !

From the get-go we were deceived. As soon as we entered we had Groupons that would have saved us $20 per person, there were six of us. We were assured by the man up front that would not save us money. After purchasing at the original price, we walk in and reread the Groupon small print. We were duped by Glowzone. Not only that, after he brought it to the managers attention she refused to help.also, at 4:22 PM while I was walking out of the restroom another female employee was as well except for she didnt wash her hands. I would have let most of this go had I not been lied to, refused compensation, and the nasty chick who didnt wash her hands. Other than that we had a great time. The place was awesome, the staff not so much

The majority of the staff could be friendlier. About 4 out of all of them were friendly, many acted like they hated being there or didnt want to work with kids. The ones who were friendly really made the difference. Hot dog meal was good. They ONLY have 8 attractions not the 9 they advertise.

Great place to take kids from 6 and up. Inside is dark but everything is visible. There is only one play area for small children. The best areas are rock climbing and pumper cars. They offer private rooms with different themes for birthdays. I personally did not like a birthday party that was celebrated in a room cause they were rushing kids to everything. Other then that, this place is a great place for kids.

We were at Glowzone Katy December 8 Sunday morning from 11am to 1pm. Two incidents happened during our visit:1) One of my children was playing on a skeet ball machine (the one at the right while looking at the arcades). When finishing ten balls, the arcade read Err and did not deposit any ticket in the card. When talking to a GZ staff, I was told that there is nothing GZ can do.2) We didnt realize the arcade (a ball dropping machine nearby the Ninja course) was not functioning. My children kept on trying (at least three times) and the staff used our card to test, the machine remained non-responsive. I asked if we can get those points back and the staff also replied there is nothing she could do.Both incidents are very disappointing and leaving me with a bad taste in the mouth. The circumstance essentially imposes Glowzone being cheating on customers. I am not happy with how Glowzone staff handled situations like such. We may not go back again.

I found hair in my pizza, they do events every Friday for $20 and you get a free slice and drink yet still look stressed out when giving out the food, the girls don’t put their hair up when serving anything either it’s honestly gross. They need a better system they are too unorganized to be doing this every Friday.

I first heard of Glow Zone through Rosy Mendoza, their Marketing person. I didnt even know that this place existed until she I saw her Facebook post about it. I went with a group of 9 and all the children had a blast. My husband had a blast playing the games as well. The Staff was great, One gentleman in particular stood out. I dont recall his name, but he was great with my daughter who was fussing. We stayed for about 4 hours. I only wish is that they had more activities for younger kids who didnt meet the height requirements. All in all, I would go back.

Good place to take kids. Can get pricey but the kids enjoyed it. There weren’t many arcade games and the activities were quick to run through and not much repeat fun.

We had a great time! It was our first time and they were so helpful and nice! My sister had dropped her money (it was a lot) and a kind employee named Ryan made sure to get that money back to us.

We decided to bring our daughter, we get to the front and we’re told you have to wear closed toe shoes. This was our second time coming and the first time that wasn’t a requirement. We ended up leaving and my 6 year old crying because she had waited all week to come and play and we couldn’t stay.

Not worth the money, by a long shot. Customer retention must be close to 0. Very deceiving from the outside appearance and outstanding marketing campaign conducted by company. How are you gonna have a glow in the dark attraction and have no lazer tag? Never had my kids beg me to leave because they were bored. I cant imagine them staying in business long if they dont lower entry price. The mini golf course, if thats what you want to call it, isnt gonna cut it.

Surprisingly, it wasn’t that busy so that made a good experience for the first time. As soon as you walk in your greeted which is always a plus in my book. My only complaint is that a few of the employees don’t like to “work.” I have worked with children in the past so I know it can be exhausting. However, you have to be energetic and go in mentally prepared to work at a place like Glow Zone. For example: One employee told my child he could only go once on interactive climbing cause her feet hurt. Another example is that some employees were talking, laughing, and playing around amongst themselves but yet had a bad attitude with parents and kids. My advice is to hire employees that are more cheerful, energetic, and playful. Also, I don’t recommend this place for children who are over 10 it can be boring for them. Kids under 10 will have a good time. Overall, it was a good experience my kids had fun.

Was fun for the kids but the website does not give much info. When you arrive there is a sign on the door that says close toe shoes only. We had to leave and go all the way back home so the kids could change. They dont have enough attractions inside for the price they charge per hour, the kids quickly became bored, especially since the arcade games were not included...

Not impressed. It’s a descent idea but doesn’t seem to attract many customers. I assume the pricing is the issue as if you have more than one kid it becomes quite expensive. The best part is rope climbing/ obstacle course and bumper cars. Check Groupon before you visit as they will match the price at the store.

Very expensive. 4 out of the 10 bumper cars did not work. Nurf gun malfunctioned and did not work. We paid too much money for any of the equipment to malfunction. Pizza did not taste good. Had alot left over because the kids did not want to eat it.I do not recommend this place.

First time here and staff was awesome explaining packages,everyone inside was helpful and personable as well,so much fun but can get a bit pricey but will definitely return!

The staff was friendly (the hello was a little delayed upon arrival but still pleasant ) ... when they were unable to accommodate my request they requested their manager. Kim, who was already assisting another customer (ok she’s engaged with her customers and not absent) was available for me immediately after the previous customer (didn’t disappear and come back to me ) And she was able to grant my request ...Yes there were additional charges for ticketed games and snacks but truthfully I didn’t mind. My request was honored, the customer service skills were superb, and the company profits. It’s a win win. Highly recommended!!

My niece loves this place. So much to do and the all day pass price is not too bad. I take advantage of the Groupon deal when its available to make it easier on the wallet.

I brought my daughter and 7 friends (all age 7) here for a birthday activity. They all loved it. They said the rope obstacle course was scary once on it but they made it through. They concurred their fears. It was a blast. My group had a lot of fun.The Sunday ultimate pass was certainly the right deal for us and Im glad it was only 2 hours.

DECEIVING! From the outside and lobby you think on the other side of the doors is an amazing experience, but thats not the case at all!!Its basically an empty room with harsh lighting, and neon lights. Limited and poor quality of games. Over priced food and admission. Chuck e cheese would have been money better spent.

Great for kids of all ages. Both of mine (6 and 3) enjoyed the various activities available. They even had arcades and other activities for parents to so with their kids. Overall recommend it as a good indoor playland.

Well staffed and very clean. Kids have a blast here everytime we go. Highly recommended if you cant think of anything else to take the kids to go do anything.

Planned a field trip here for our Summer Camp program, and our kids had a blast! Tim was very helpful in working with us to plan a great trip and it was successful. At first some of the staff at the front desk didn’t know what was going on, but once we got inside everyone one was very helpful and we will definitely be back for another field trip soon.

Came only for my nephew only to find out on our own after paying he couldnt play majority of the activities because there was a height limit. Dude. You cant afford to advertise that? Maybe tell your front counter employees to inform us of this before handing our hard working cash over, only to bore our young ones with bumper cars and golf. Literally all he could do.

I enjoyed this place, there is plenty to do for the kids. And everything feels extremely safe. The food court is horrible, prices and quality.

I went to Glowzone to celebrate my two son’s birthday. My husband and I met several times with the event planner, Ali, and spoke with event staff to confirm plans. The day of the event was a nightmare. The staff at check-in could not locate any of our information. It took 2 staff plus a manager to determine who / what we were there for. During the time slated to eat, the pizza was placed on the table with no serving utensils, no plates or napkins. The kitchen staff hung out in the kitchen the entire time so getting help was next to impossible. I had to go behind the counter to get to-go boxes due to staff not being visible to assist. The game attendant at the bazooka ball was rude beyond words. Throughout our time there I spoke with 2 managers and 1 supervisor regarding the service which they assured me Ali would reach out to me to discuss the missed opportunities for good service but of course Mr Ali never made any attempts to contact me. I gave it one star because the children loved the activities but don’t expect good customer service, you’re only paying for the activities. Very unorganized, staff seems to hate their jobs!

Horrible service! I’ve waited a month for a manager to call me and nothing. I did recieve an email last week stating they didn’t cover injuries that happen, there was no injury!! No response to my reply.I had a 800.00 birthday party at this location.Party host was no party ( video proof) no interaction with the 15 children. I rented the dance floor room, took the host longer to change songs than the songs lasted.Food and decorations were a joke. 2 cheese pizzas, 2 pepperoni pizzas, horrible maybe lemonade?? Red plastic table cloths.No structure or direction! Plus no response!Save your money don’t do a private room!Not worth it!I’ll update if I ever hear from anyone

Not a fan! No wonder it is not busy even on Saturday. Not long line but took the longest wait to pay and get in. Ordered a hotdog and took 15 mins to get it and was not even busy at the cafe. And if you pay with card they need to see your ID. WiFi is not open to public. Got a day pass but card stop working one hour, went to front desk, they said it is one hour card, I told them I paid $30 for all day, she still said it is one hour card! Hello, I’ve just told you I paid $30, it should be all day and here is the receipt, after back and forth a couple times, I need to show all the card that I purchased together. They changed the card for me but not even on single apologize. So much in one day!

Went here on an all day Groupon pass, my daughter loved everything. Most of the staff was very friendly, but some of them you could tell just wanted a break from the screaming kids. We loved that most of the activities were fun for adults and kids. My daughter is 9yrs old and could participate in almost all activities. We will definitely be back again!

Recently visited your location in Katy Texas with my daughter and I was surprised at how welcoming your staff was. I was immediately greeted by a young manager named Corey and Kim. They showed me around and even played with my daughter. Their welcoming attitude was a appreciated and made me a life long customer. Thanks for the great time and management.

Fun place if you have the money. Its easy to drop $500.00 in 2hours. Skywalk wasnt my cup of tea girl that was working seemed annoyed that I had an anxiety attack when I got up there. Lazor tag was amazing and the boy who runs is is amazing he joins in to makke things more interesting. Movie theater is great food is good and ius brought to you, was a bit dirty.

Went there with my family of 4 and everyone had tons of fun! The place was clean, lines did not take long. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They have a variety of activities and games so everyone found multiple things they enjoyed.I liked the ropes course stuff the most and the staff helped me not be too scared. My kids liked the ball blaster game. There are tons of activity places in katy but I will come back here as the variety of activities and how clean the place was.I highly recommend Glowzone in Katy

Had a great time on a date...we did wall climbing, walk on pillars or I think they are called totem polls, and bumper cars...the staff was very friendly & attentive.....we went on a week night, so it wasnt too crowded compared to a weekend.

Kids and dads had a blast due to the activities as opposed to just video games. 4 and 1/2 hours of fun for us.

Had a blast on Mothers Day. Great place for the family to play together and the staff is helpful and friendly. Rockwall, bumper cars, Bazooka Ball, Golf, Ninja Warrior course, Skywalk with zipline!! So much fun! The arcade is a separate price, but theres something for everyone.

Lt was ok but i think well stick with Main Event or Dave and Busters until they develop a little more.

SO MUCH FUN! I love having something like this in Katy!
