My twins love urban air and selected urban air for their 10th birthday celebration, with everything thats going on I wanted for them to have a little fun for their birthday. Well this is closest location to us, and we come all the time never really need any services but the services received was never bad, so the experience received for the birthday party was shocking to have a horrible experience. I was told when confirming the party, I can come early to setup decorations, I selected the glow theme on the glow night, so all my decorations were glow in the dark...party room provided did not glow. After going into two other rooms.... was told the up light is not working, finally being place in third option with no air... the time is now 7 time for the party... the table are now not setup the birthday sign was never replaced on the table the host did not host. And so Im not writing book because there is sooooooo much more that went wrong with this party...but to top the night off was the pizza was burned...when addressed to the supervisor... I was told thats the way their pizza looks... its not burned... now Im looking at the pizza and smelling the pizza and its burned. The kids didnt even eat it... this was by far the worst birthday party celebration ever.

Great place to wear out your lil one and even yourself!My main reason for 5 stars is no mask haggling. It gets to hot jumping around while wearing a face diaper. Honestly and I dont care what people think if youre that scared of Corona then you need to stay home and never come out again. Wear YOUR mask, wash hands, and youll be fine around us.The food is priced very good and taste great!Pizza was better than Chuckee Cheese!Staff cleans continuously, sanitizer is around every corner to use!Will be inquiring about a membership as this is my daughters new favorite place over Monkey Joes.Thanks everyone!

My niece and my nephew had an awesome time here! The service was great and the place was exceptionally clean! Xavier was amazing! He was very friendly and was always available to assist not only with the attractions but food and drinks as well! As an adult, I enjoyed myself! I would definitely return!

My son had fun, but I’m somewhat disturbed at the cleanliness. The bathrooms are disgusting and the staff is standing around watching the sports games on the TVs and chatting with each other vs off cleaning up the bathrooms. Toilet paper all over the floors and excrement on them I spoke with the manager and she went to take care of it but I’m feeling like that should be something regularly check on.

Beautiful park with lots of attractions! We love going down here in the summer, getting some activity and then having some lunch. Its the perfect way to spend the vacation.

1st visit today.. Very little people.. They check your temp when you walk in and it is very clean.. The staff are friendly and helpful.. Kids had a blast!! Snack and drinks and seating available throughout the facility...

We love this place! So much for the kids to do to keep them occupied all afternoon. Staff is an amazing group. Would recommend this for anyone who wants a clean place for their kids to play. The Ninja course and the rock climbing walls are tied for my kids favorite activities.Membership is an amazing deal, but even the cost to get in one time is worth it. Also appreciate that they have a parent rate

UPDATE: Received a call from the GM and she kindly and quickly handled my issue for me. I am looking forward to taking my daughter and grandkids to play.I have no idea how the park itself is as I cannot get anyone to call me back about an issue I am having with a gift card. I have been to the park twice and was told to call corporate. I called corporate and was told that a message was being sent to the location to tell them to call me to assist with resolving my issue. It has been 2 weeks and still no call or email. That is TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

An outstanding place to go and visit on a pretty day with family. So many awesome areas to get pictures and its all free.

This is a very cool place. Perfect for the kids to burn off some energy. Friendly staff and their pizza was delicious. The serve adult beverages too. We will definitely be back. My kids,nephew and niece had a great time. Check it out.

What a great place in Katy Texas. Theres not a lot to be said, but this really is the one of the hearts of Katy TX. We decided to take the kids down here and go ice-skating.

They are great. Have membership and it is a great value. Clean facility, great service. Kids love it.

Waiver would not come up despite completing it three times.. 30 minutes of jump time wasting despite showing the staff waiver was completed. Staff completed our waiver on her own and it still didnt come up.. Ill stick with the location on hwy 90 should I ever return..

Ive been wanting to come here for so long and I finally made it! Amazing place!!

Take my kids here all the time, they love this location. Im reading some of these other reviews and its crazy to see what people claim to be experiencing. Everytime i go to this location the staff is wearing masks, i do notice people claiming that they dont see court monitors at specific attractions but when my kids go all they have to do is ask for someone. Its crazy what asking will do. Maybe some of these poor reviews should try talking to the staff about their concerns and letting them fix it before they come on here and give the business a bad review. Every issue i have ever had at this park has always been resolved ( which really isnt many) and thats what i love about the staff and management at this location. Keep up the good work!

First visit today, not impressed by the service. The attractions are being run by teenagers who are not too keen about customer service. They told us that sky rider was closed when it wasnt. Had to go and find some practically for every premium ride as stations were not manned.

Wonderful place clean and friendly. Xavier with glasses is so informatve helpful and friendly. It seems they care during Covid. Manager is nice also! My son loves it here hes 8. Food is good and not skimpy and bland.

Urban Air in Katy is a very nice state of the art facility. It’s very clean and roomy. Great place to bring the kids for a few hours of fun the the air conditioning. Also the staff was friendly.

We had a family of 13 and we enjoyed ourselves the entire time. Great customer service, wonderful staff, 2 employees by the names Nate helped me find my lost phone in the obstacle ball pit as well as other members of the team. They are sincerely great people there. They also make the experience great with their friendly personalities. My family and I are most definitely returning again.

My nephew had his 8th birthday here on opening night. We all had a blast! I love the various attractions that are offered. There is fun for young kids as well as even adults. The manager Nate and staff were all very nice and accommodating. I will definitely be back.

So much more than expected I wish I was a kid again! They have an area for trampolines, dodgeball, balance beam fights, as well as an obstacle course, climbing wall, and a giant playground for kids. Theres a small zipline track for kids as well. As of right now they havent opened the indoor skydiving which will be another attraction. There are different tiers of tickets for the kids: basic, deluxe, and ultimate. Each one allows for different attractions with ultimate opening up the entire park. ***hint: if you buy the tickets early before the park opens there is a promotion for 30% off if you buy online as of the last time I went on 8/22.

Manager Nate was very kind and had great customer service! Urban Air is very fun had so many things to do all the employees were nice,The food was also very delicious. Overall I REALLY reccomend Urban Air. If you didnt know Urban Air in Katy Tx is open to the public.

This is a fun playground with some interesting features.

During COVID-19, facility is not practicing social distancing and no mask is required. Most kids/adult in the park were not wearing mask. We felt it was unsafe and left. I will come back and update my review after the pandemic.

A clean and nice environment to take the kids to . Staff and the manager Gio are very friendly and helpful if I could give them more stars I would . Definitely returning in the near future.

I want to give this place1-2 stars only but it will be unfair to the friendly staff. the staff are friendly and very nice. I was disappointed though because it doesnt look like the other Urban Air, this seem oddly shaped. So the worst part that is why I rated this is there is NO FOOD SERVED - theres Icee machine but no Icee, they only sell soda can that cost $3.18 EACH and you dont even have ice. We stayed there over lunch but the only thing mt kids can eat is chips or candy, and sometimes they dont even have someone in the counter. I gave them cash and it took 10 mins for them to give me change. Its probably not the employees fault - this place is not completely ready.

I brought my niece here and it was unsettling. No one was wearing masks, signs that say this table cannot be used people were still sitting on. Also I did not see a monitor watching the dodgeball area.

We went there for a birthday party, Xavier, was great. I had surgery recently and was in pain he went and got me some ice and made me comfortable he went above and beyond to make sure the party was great.
