Great staff. Fun environment. They have alot of options for things to do. It is a good time. Especially if you have children that want to have fun. Great family outing.

Mini golf is well maintained but the rest of the place is a sham. Games are very greedy with tickets and dont even put out what the say. Coin pusher was labeled 5 tickets per coin drop, only gives 2 tickets. I told the staff and the just shrugged it off. Swipe stations dont work and take your money multiple times. This place is a money trap and the teens working there could really care less. Take my advice look for a chuck e cheese or a Dave and busters. Its seems like a good deal at first, I paid 30 dlls and got 150 points, but the games are 5 to 10 points to play. Disappointing from beginning to end, stay away!

This place USED to be a good place . Everything USED to work.. Now you will waste your money literally attempting to play 2 or more games. . We brought our granddaughter here and she was extremely sad due to every single game she played was not working or not working properly.. we will not return with our grandchildren here.. Owner and management should consider fixing and updating this facility.. we dont blame the staff.. Its the owner and managements responsibility to make sure their business is running correctly and properly, to have customers want to come and spend money here.. just our 2 cents.. apparently theyre waiting for their establishment to close permanently ..

It was very hot inside.. the games that were supposed to give out big tickets for some of the larger prizes were OUT of tickets and not shown to be out of service. When the staff was told about this, there was no reparations made, just told, Its been a busy day, we probably couldnt get to refill them. So we were out many Big Tickets.. not happy with that.. they didnt even care. This place needs better Management or Staff..

Nice place to take your kids, located in the center of Katy Mills mall next to five below and near dipping. Not expensive if you use the deals or coupons, many fun activities, video games, rides, fun for all ages, Birthday parties can be thrown there, many fun activities.

I like the fact that this is in the mall but the people working there dont seem to care and they are uneducated on how to do anything. They need more training and need to definitely be more friendly and attentive to the people that are spending money in there. We Centaur kids in to do the paintball and although they said it was very fun they also said it was extremely hot in there and the teenager running that particular area stood there with his hands crossed, leaned up against the wall, did not speak to any of us parents at all and just acted like he didnt want to be there

Best place to have a birthday party. They take care of everything. Very helpful party host. It comes with so much! So many activites to choose from. Pizza was great. Great for all ages. I probably had more fun than all the kids.

Lots of games that toddler age kids could play and mid afternoon was perfect time of the day to check them out. ONLY issue a few games said the kids accumulated certain amount of tickets & yet none printed. All in all they still enjoyed themselves immensely!

Check out what youre interested in to see how many points youre going to need because you can spend them quite easily here. The best feature we got excited about was that they have a gaming booth for Luigis Mansion! Absolutely love that one! Great for fans!

First time ever seeing the tilt that was completely new. And they have like PLENTY OF games. I dont know if I saw a little cafeteria area to eat stuff at like ours down here.

Busy place to be and the staff isnt very helpful. I went up to the middle counter to reload my card (because the kiosk machines were out of order) and there were several staff members in the middle of a conversation, and continued to have the conversation while serving my family. This makes me wonder where the supervisors are or if the supervisors are relaxed and allow this to happen. Employee behavior definitely reflects management.On the bright side, the games are fun. The points you earn are loaded on the card and you are able to exchange those for prizes at the middle counter.

Lovely place for kids

Half the machines didnt work but would let you scan your card or take off points then say there was a card read error. Not a lot for such a big place either and Ive been to quite a few Tilts throughout the country that have been much smaller.

The games malfunction often! Also when trying to pay to play the games the games took points off your card and the game wouldnt start!!! Bad customer service! The up keep is low grade! Mane theres not enough room on this page for me to put my facts down!!! Go to main event!!! Spend your money there! A much more manicured place! Staff are more professional!!

The best place to bring your kids to pass time. Of course if youre a big kid like me, youd enjoy it as well(my daughter and I played the games together).

Just left here a few minutes ago.To be fair the people who work here are nice. However, barely any of the games work. Tickets didn’t come out of machines when we won, the 4 player air hockey table took out points but didn’t give us a puck to play with and several of the claws on the claw machines either didn’t open when you played or were stuck open.Don’t waste your time or money.

Great place, took my 3 year old toddler there and she loves it. Great for kids of all ages.

Yeah just a normal arcade place

For an arcade its really disappointing too many of the machines where broken especially the childrens stuff. They had some new things in there that worked fine but its like they do no maintenance they just run the machines into the ground.

This place has good games and great service but would not do another birthday party here ever. They constantly tell you to move out the tables before your time is over and they start cleaning up a hour before your time finishes my party was from 4 to 6 by 530 we was out the tables did not appreciate that and was uncomfortable. Thats why I have it a 3 star other than parties is a good place for kids to have fun.

Sadly I used to love this place, but it has gone down hill... half of the ticket games would Hardly work, and the others that did were so worn out, you couldnt see your score. I hope they get someone in to fix these things soon.

Chose this place to host a Birthday party. The arcade machines werent working.. Kids were disappointed... Only 1 pizza was served and when asked for more we were told we ran out of dough. Someone got pizza from another place and managed the show.... However one good thing is that the girl managing kids in arcade was very patient.

First off the games are a bit expensive which I didnt mind but the employees were rude and have attitude. Most of the games dont work and take your money still instead of refunding me the game played the employee told me to go get her every time I needed a new game for my son. I dont want to keep walking to the kitchen for this when I can just have the points put back its more simple that way. Restroom was dirty on top of that

A couple of decent stores but not really a nice place to take the kids. A lot of games dont work or freeze while you are playing. Spend a few extra dollars and take them somewhere else.

My daughter had a great time interacting with the various games and the employees were attentive to our and her questions. She is 2 but can articulate well for her age and though she can be shy they had patience as she warmed up a little to give them her tickets. She was even given a prize that was a little out of her ticket range(by 2) but very excited with her mid size minion plushie.

I played a game.

Overall my kids and their friends had a really great time over the weekend. Surprisingly good amount of games and stuff to do inside, which includes a mini-golf, tilt-a- whirl, mini-bowling, and Lazer tag room... In addition to the arcade. Very easy to rack up tickets for prizes. They also have a small food & snack spot where you can order some items & sit. Staff and the Manager were nice and always keeping busy with helping customers everywhere I looked. If I do have to point to an area of improvement, its that a good few of the arcade machines were broken or in need of repair... And in some cases you couldnt tell until the game started (already spending your money to start it). Its not a deal breaker, just some more attention I feel needs to be given on upkeep as this is a very busy location. However, like I said, we all had a great time and even had a birthday party here for one of my kids which was handled really well.

Me and my girlfriend decided to play a game where you when actual physical tickets. Had to win two to receive a special prize. We went to turn in the two tickets only to be told they did not give out the actual prizes advertised in the machine. Instead we were offered prizes a girl would not like. We would not of continued playing the game with the goal of getting the prize. Very shady. We left without getting any prizes.

Food / Games & carnival ride for kids of all ages. Defenatly would have my sons birthday party here. They have events too around some holidays.

Had a great time there with the kids. Young man working the cash register was nice and helpful. A bit pricey, but fun.

Theres some good indoor rides, pretty reasonable price for a few tries. The rest of the games are okay and modern.

Really do not like going to Tilt due to the large number or broken machines and cheesy prizes. I limit my visits to almost never but still have to go for my 6 year old loves it.

Most of these games are much older and dont work properly. The light gun games dont shoot right and many have broken controllers. There arent enough balls in th ski ball machine. The only games that worked were the basketball free throw and a couple of claw games.

I don’t think this place is Ben deserves 1 star! That’s how ridiculous it is!! They either don’t have the snack bar open at all or they always out of something! I wish they just shut it down or get new management! The games don’t work 90% of the time!

Games arent that great. Mostly old stuff and things designed to eat tokens and give no prize. Staff was okay but had to wait a while to talk to someone.

Great place to visit while at the mall. Not enough workers at times to assist with technical issues on machines.

I have been here three times I have taken my children here for their birthdays they also have a golf a laser tag and games is not a lot of games but its enough for kids and the pricing is pretty fair its easy to get to if you going do the entry of the mall just ask them what number entry they are mall there is an entry door make it very convenient

This place only gets 1 star based off my past experience that was ok. I booked a party recently and was calling to clairfy about the food order. The GM, Blanca, was extremely rude! She behaved as though I was a bother for even asking questions. She didnt even try to apologize or correct her behavior. Excuse me! If Im paying $500 plus, I want to make sure I understand all parts of the package. I was not going to risk this type of treatment on the day of my childs party. We cancelled and found another venue with better service and rates! Later, we found out that this place is not all that clean and games are often out of service! It was once a fun place, but they dont have to worry about my hard earned dollars anymore!

The customer service has went down. Blanca the manager and other staff are rude. It use to be a fun place to schedule field trips. Now service horrible and prices are higher.

Cash machines broken most places. Staff look bored. Games seem to work but colors bad and they reboot often. Selection good. Kids seem to have fun.

Half the games are bad and I swooped over 40 points total for nothing. Did get points for other games tho but one that didnt work was a group one and neither none were label out of order when I told a guy he said, oh yea, that one doesnt have the puck for air hockey

This place sucks. Half the games are broken and they have something against using air conditioning. It is soooooo HOT. Complete waste of time and money.

Quite a few broken machines but the ticket counter was fast and polite. My daughter is very soft spoken and even with all of the noise the employees where quite attentive. Wish more of the machines worked but overall a good time and we will return for sure. Thank you it made my little ones day.

My twins boys just had their 8th birthday party in here, they had a blast! this is the best place if you are a busy mom/dad, you don have to take care of anything! they will do it all for you: balloons, table cloths, cups, plates, cupcake tower...they will even set up a table for the parents...kids loved the mini golf and laser tag....they even have an activity while the wait for all the guests to arrive ( coloring and sign a birthday t shirt for the birthday boys, so nice that my boys decide to wear it during the whole party) I am REALLY REALLY happy with the whole experience !

Its ok for children but the arcade machines are outdated. I played a racing machine that looked like it was from 1997.

Very disappointed in the entire establishment. Most games do not work properly and very dirty. I would give negative stars,but that is not an option. It cost so much per game and for them not to work is maddening. DO NOT GO. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!
