Came here for the first time in almost a year. Once again never disappoints, came for a birthday party and we had our own private room. Prices were fair and worth it. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for something to do and have fun. Will come back

Great place for the kids and even adults. You pay by the hour, up to 3. One hour is usually enough for the adults. The kids are a different story so be prepared to dish out your money for extra time.Not much for adults to do other then the Dodge ball, and sitting around. Kids have a blast though.They keep the place clean and there is team members constantly walk around so if you need help they are there.I would eat before you go as well. This is a trampoline park not a restaurant. The food is just all snacks so not much to eat. They do have drinks.

From the moment I walked in, I felt a sense of hostility and just weirdness from the staff. I have a 21 month old, and he played in the toddler area for a bit (adults cant jump with the child in that area so he got bored quick). The toddler area isnt anything great... maybe 12 small squares to jump in? The other areas were not anything great either. If you just have 1 toddler, Im not sure its worth it. I feel like for the price, you can go to another place for an activity at a lower price and get more for your money.

Clean trampoline park. We came for homeschool jump, it was $10 per kid + socks, from 1-3pm Mon-Fri. We loved it! It was almost empty. Highly recommend.

Great place to celebrate your kid’s birthday. Facility is well-kept, clean with ample seating and walking space. From Dodgeball, basketball even a trapeze bar, Altitude provides enough to keep your family busy for hours.

Great place! we had a party there and the kids had lots of fun and they burned off their energy!! Ms.R the team lead is really helpful and sweet, she was patient, active and made sure that everything went okay and it did!! loved her smile!! our party host was v.good and she brought everything we needed. Again its a great place!!

I had one of the worst experience ever!!! A guy said that he working there but was not wearing any badge or shirt to prove that he was working at that time. He came up to me and my friends twice! The last time he came to us he started screaming at us. And I was like do you work here? And he keep saying I work here. So I went to ask for the manager and he said he does work here but was not on the clock. If you want to be harassed by employers that are not on the clock then this is the place you want to bring your friends and family!

Nice place! They may need to innovate it a little once I a while. It has been the same for more than a year! 11/4/2018. This place has not improved yet! Needs to innovate!

Beautiful place to take the kids to expend all that energy...temperature checks for everybody at entry...crowd control in force...social distancing implemented. face mask a must..complete wipe down of all surfaces everyday.

Although the staff was nice, she didn’t seem to know what she was doing. The entire place smelled like gross feet and dirty socks. The kids were asked to leave after the birthday was over so there was lots of crying kids being pulled out of the venue. They could do better with air fresheners or air circulating not just cold AC and letting kids play and jump for as long as they want if they came for a birthday party.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating for our child’s birthday party. The equipment is clean and they make sure you are happy. Thank you!

I had a bad experience today .... because i had expected a good day with my family & friends and out of nowhere me & my brother were clearly just jumping and this random guy comes up to us without a badge... without any proof he works there, tells us to calm down and not get too close. I personally didnt get offended and let it go... but all of a sudden i had gone to jump in this little area and there was a line .. there was kids in there for about more than 10 minutes so i went up to him .. and asked how many minutes left, and he completely ignored me and never answered. fortunately there was a woman next to him who had told me the time and was the only one who had answered. honestly, i went there to have fun, but that was one of the worst experiences Ive had

Smells like feet. And even after paying for 3 kids to jump for an hour no staff member told us only certain activities can be done without the use of parks safety socks ... that they sell at the park. Been to multiple trampoline parks and they all provided the safety socks for free if they were required for use with certain activities.

I had a very horrible experience, I was expecting great customer service from this place .A “ worker or employee “ yelled at us, He was not in uniform and was being very rude. I thought he was there to enjoy the park . I was wrong . The trampoline park is cool but I won’t go there again due to the poor and horrible customer service .

We visited Katy Texas recently and went to Altitude for a fun morning. We had a blast. Fun and lots of variety. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The facility was very clean. Highly recommend!

Had our daughters Birthday in the private room! They were so accommodating even for the the amount of kids playing! The speakers were hard to hear the announcements however everything else

Kids love it. If youre not a kid, bring Advil and ear plugs. Just how these places are. Fun though.

Still has a new place smell to it. Plenty of tables for parties. Staff was super friendly! Most of the parents there were all making the same comment about the prices, being too high. I have to agree slightly compared to other places. Prices were on the higher-end, but it is very open and that is one thing I really liked.

Its a fun, family friendly place. My grandchildren really enjoyed themselves.

Five stars! An activity that actually requires movement and get my kid off his device. Reasonably priced and solid WiFi so I could work while my son jumped. It’s not nearly as loud and obnoxious as places like Main Event - so I don’t typically get a migraine. Huge bonus.

I booked a Birthday party here for my 7 year old daughter Jade sight unseen but had heard great things about Altitude Katy. We definitely were not disappointed. I stopped by earlier in the week just to check out the place, the staff, etc. and everyone was so nice!! Chris at the counter answered all of my questions he was patient and kind! We discussed my ideas and expectations for the upcoming party. He gave me all the details and I felt like I had made a great decision when I left. Fast forward to the Saturday of the party. Grace our party attendant was waiting on us when we arrived, she was so sweet and extremely helpful. (I love the name Grace by the way) Anything we needed she had the sure, let me get that attitude even to the things we didnt think to ask for, she did it!! I never had to look for her, she always close and helping out. My daughter had an amazing time jumping and so did her friends! So, if youre thinking about booking a party for your kiddo here, YES, do it!!!! It was a great experience for us!

We take our grandson here when comes over to visit he enjoys this place . Compared to Cosmic Air, Bounce Bounce . Plenty of parking

Had a very bad experience with a birthday party at this location. To be fair this was 4th birthday party we had hosted at this place and didnt have issues before but this one was so bad we would look elsewhere for future gatherings and recommend the same to our friends/family. We had used a free party coupon we won in a charity auction to book the party and they kept the coupon when the party was booked. After the party when I was trying to checkout the employee at the counter, Aaron kept insisting that they dont keep coupons when they book parties and I should have it. When I said I dont have it as I gave it to them when I booked it, he claimed he had booked the party for us and that no coupon was used. I specifically remembered not seeing that guy when I went to book the party. To cut a long story short, he finally figured out the party was booked wrong and they actually had the coupon. I believe there is something wrong with their booking system or he did not know how to look at it. But all this interaction with him kept us away from the party guests for 20-25 minutes as they were leaving and some people even felt bad. The accusatory tone this employee used with me and my wife was also very insulting, and to top it off once he figured out his mistake there was no apology! This was one of worst customer service experience Ive had in a long time. There are many similar facilities in the vicinity so they will not be missed.

Baseless rules that make no sense and are enforced to nickel and dime the customers. Wouldnt recommend. There are SEVERAL fun plexes within 1 mile of this area that dont enforce meaningless rules to take advantage of un-suspecting customers..

Normally we have fun here. But one lazy parent refused to pay attention to his two children who crashed our party. Not that we would mind fellow fun-lovers play, but these kids were just plain rude and wouldnt follow the rules and neither there dad or the staff would tell them anything. When I asked one of the employees on the floor for help she said, I dont know how to handle children... Then why are you wearing and Altitude shirt with a whistle around your neck?! THAT IS YOUR JOB! Then after we finally got a dodgeball court with our group and other kids that were willing to play nice, we get told we had to leave because another group had reserved the court. So basically, they CAN enforce the rules, but only if you pay extra. Officially hate this place and wont hold any more birthday parties here. My son was VERY disappointed

My kids love this place! The staff is very attentive and helpful! They always have the cutest events for preschoolers occasional. Very clean, and its safe for my 2 and 6 year old to play.

Wonderful place for children to release some of their energy! It can be a bit crowded on the weekends but this should be expected of a popular venue for children. Ive read reviews that the prices are too high, however, Im on a budget and feel their prices are quite cheap. I like that I dont have to worry about socks and may purchase them for only $2. Customer service is always excellent! If you want your kids to have a blast, I highly recommend checking out Altitude of Katy!

My son loves this place. Always a fun and friendly atmosphere. Plus I learn they have free hot coffee and Wi-Fi for the parents.. Overall great place!

We love it here! The toddler jump on weekdays is very affordable and a great outlet for my children. Be prepared to buy their socks if you dont already own some, but you can bring them back for future trips. This Altitude is superior to others we have been to. They have a great trapeze that you can swing on into a foam pit. They also have an area with trampolines that allow you to jump super high. My biggest child (husband) especially loved this spot.

Not bad but very crowded and sounds like a racehorse track announcing names and birthday parties. Clean nonetheless but the workers in the jumping areas just whistle happy and do not really pay attention to their surroundings. Kids making a quick buck. As far as the ladies on the floor at the tables did however help out a lot and kept the kids happy and well taken care of.

They advertise a toddler time which is great. However they don’t tell you that they don’t do it in the summer. The day school was cancelled they didn’t offer the toddler time pricing. Real shady.

Me and my family will not be returning!The staff on the trampoline floor couldn’t stop blowing their whistles!!! I bent over to pick up my daughter because she fell and the lady blew her whistle at me... me and my daughter were jumping together and the lady blew her whistle at me! I can’t count the number of times I had the same lady blow her whistle at me! I finally took my socks off and packed up and left. Trust me I understand safety but this was extreme!!!

This is the place to go if you need your kids to get tired in the best way. My son had his birthday party here, it was worth the table rental per hour vs the party deposit. Ask about that if you have a smaller party. I only had concern with no security or barrier was between the kids and the double doors going to the parking lot. This place is very busy, so we had 1 parent in our group stayed at the door while we wrangled the kids back to the table just in case someone got curious.

We celebrated our 9 years old daughter birthday party here and it was awesome. The facility is very clean and the kids had a lot of fun in the trampoline area. Just a little crowded that day. Our party host Jose did an amazing job and explained everything to us and the kids.

This is great option for indoor fun. Spacious place for the kids to jump and get some exercise.

We had our son’s birthday party on a Sunday and it was a blast! Our host was Destiny and she was fantastic! I didn’t have to do a thing but say thank you to Destiny for being on top of everything! Our guests really enjoyed themselves one even booked a party that day. The pizza was delicious too. Thank you Altitude Katy we will be back soon!! From booking to check out it was flawless.

My kids love this place. Its a fun place for a playdate with their friends, and weve also had a couple birthday parties here. They were very organized for the birthday parties, and the kids always have a blast!

My kids love coming here! I love it because even though there are so many people running around and having a good time, its not messy or dirty. Love the toddler area for my daughter because its super safe and made with kids in mind and the older ones have fun on everything else. Staff is very mindful if you have a party and always act very professional even when they have to get a bunch of kids out of a dodgeball court for the next group.

Rude employees....... paid full pride for 3 kids. Their staff member followed us the entire time we were there making us fee uncomfortable. He kept asking for wrist bands for the kids and the receipt. Not a way to treat your customers. Never coming back

This place is really clean and the employees are super nice. They have a lot of food and so much stuff to jump on, you won’t want to leave!

Giving 5 stars because great fun for the kids but 1 star for adults no food and limited on drink selection. Very boring for adults to sit around with no entertainment. Could use flat screens for adults to watch even though extremely noisy with kids having fun.

Be careful when I went with my friends and I normally dont like to go to Trampoline parks because a guy had a Serger. It was scary.

My kid didnt like this place. Bounce bounce and urban air were his favorite. I would recommend this place if you have nothing else to do or have a large family or adult friends so that you can pass the time talking until its time to go.

It was fun but the staff ruin everything I definitely won’t go there again because most of them are always showing attitude and are grumpy, when people go there to have fun. You should start firing people who show attitude, but you probably would have to fire the entire staff so just trying to do something about it.

My eleven year old grandson had his birthday party there. He and his friends had a ball. The attendants they assign to the birthday party were extremely helpful. It is an attractive and well designed place - looks quite safe. My only request is that they provide food for adults. You can order pizza as part of the birthday package but theres very little - drinks and bagged chips- for snacks.

Worst place. Waste of money. Plus they take all ur personal information including driving license. $11 for one Hour.

I liked this place. They had plenty of stuff to do and a good enough toddler area.My main concern is that there really isnt anyone watching the door and with so many little kids, I feel like there should be someone watching the door, because its easy for kids to get mixed up in there.

Kids had a blast. We were there in off hours so wasnt too crowded. Not sure what its like on busy says. Id rate it higher than the similar place in the nearby mall. Only issue is that you have to use their socks. Seems like an unnecessary requirement.

Pretty cool place but why do the waivers ask for my drivers license number, address, cell phone, etc. Thats way too much Information. Why do people think its ok and normal to willingly give companies this private and very easily stolen Info?

This place is so much fun my kids, they love it. I find the price high. They also have days that they close at 4, happened to me twice, got there 3:30 and had only 30 min to play. kids left very disappointed. Call before going to make sure they dont close soon!

My daughter enjoys this place. We had her 5th birthday party here and lets just say on a Saturday, in the middle of the day...it was a bit chaotic (but I guess thats to be expected).There is plenty to keep the kids occupied, only thing is at age 5 (or really any age for me) you have to keep a close eye on the kids because there are no security measures in place for a place so large. There is not door system at all, which makes me nervous for a place so large. I would suggest looking into a stamping system (similar to chuck-e-cheeses) or even a numbering system on wrist bands (where parents get a matching number on a plain wrist band) and have someone checking the door.

My sons love this place and so do I. We jump around like freed zoo animals and no one can stop us from laughing, swinging, jumping, and climbing. Weve had 3 birthday parties here and each time weve had a great experience.

This place is a fun place in theory but if you have even an ounce of anxiety it’s probably safe to say you’ll need to be medicated. Kids everywhere and it’s impossible to keep an eye on your kid without getting run over. The teenagers they have keeping an eye on them do their best but someone is gonna get hurt just because that’s what kids do.

An addicting fun place for kids. Be aware, if you plan to go on a weekend, have plenty of patience to find parking spot near the place.

I had my sons 4th birthday party here this past weekend. Weve been a few times just for fun. My son hurt himself while playing and an incident report had to be filled out. However, the staff and the GM was very accommodating. Of course, the waivers were signed. Although, the manager individually came up to us and offered to show us the footage of our son when/how he fell & hurt himself.Thank goodness, 30 min. after he was better after icing his knee. Our host was great and so was everyone else. Even when we were checking out the employee directly asked if my son was feeling better. Of course this is expected if running a business, but its not always present these days.So yes, it was good experience despite my son hurting himself. I would recommend a party.
