Amazing place! Took my son for his birthday and he had a blast. Great tracks and wonderful staff. Gilbert was our tour guy and he was very patient and made sure we were comfortable on the Segway. We will definitely go back.

This place is a lot of fun! Dont go expecting a jaw-dropping experience, but we couldnt stop smiling. The 30-minute ride was just enough to be able to take time to get used to the machines and be racing around comfortably at the end.The guide was very clear with his instructions, and though you could tell he had given intros a million times and was bored he was still friendly and helpful. All in all, perhaps not something to drive a long way for unless you have other stops along the way, but totally worth it if youre close, have a larger group to play with, or are looking for some good, creative, and mildly active fun.

I bought a Groupon for my 15 yr old daughter and her friends. They had a blast. I wanted to participate with them but wanted to give them their space so I decided not to ride. I was able to take pictures and see some of the course; however, part of the course is not accessible if you are not riding yourself. They said the part I couldnt see was super fun. She is already asking to return. Im riding next time!!!

Had a blast! They were very nice and taught us everything we needed to know and it was way more fun than I thought itd be.

Not only did they ignore us for 15 minutes, but they also couldnt provide me a manager when i wanted someone sane to speak to . The employees are beyond rude and claim they are closed close to a hour earlier than their website states. The cashier even visibly rolled his eyes at me. Its honestly so ridiculous that the kids that work at Jumpstreet are twice as professional than the 20 some year olds that work at Segway.

They had me riding my first segway within 5 minutes of showing up. Realy fun course.

Wasted 2 hours and did not get ride.It appears they do not accept Groupon vouchers, what I never had with other merchants.

Bad customer service.
