Who runs this place. Nobody here to take care of the place. Grass is 3 feet tall and fireworks going off every weekendI have not seen a soul since winter. Every phone number I call is disconnected.

Under new management, park manager really has been cleaning the place up. A Lot of new Mobile Homes in the park. Really nice place to live. $355.00 a month, lot rent

Terrible community. So many druggies in the park. Management is an actual joke. 10/10 would NOT recommend unless you like being threatened and living in an actual dump.

My who re soon to be ex didnt take me again

Manager is not a professional business oriented person and has poor mediation skills. He has refused to sit down professionally to discuss late fees that is disputed per my receipts. Refused to have our water turned on unless we paid the disputed $ that he claimed was late fee. We paid the fines with an attached letter that it was not an admission to late fees owed but for the water to be turned on. Well water still not on. Requested owners # so we could mediate still denied. This was to be for my daughter so she could go to collage starting this summer at kvcc and then to Davenport . Think twice

Ok I live in this community and I would like to say it has clean up a little on certain parts. The manager means well just doesnt know how to go about things in a professional manner. Since he first became manager to now he has came along way. Hes trying to be professional about things but when people start yelling, cursing and being noncompliant, he tents to get upset just like anyone would. Yes he needs to work on his attitude but give him a break his trying. Hes new at this and its going to take him some time to get the hang of things.

Its an overpriced dump filled with classless people. Domestic disturbances happen daily.

Lived here for a bit. Like a lot of trailer parks there is a problem with people on drugs but they are cleaning the place up
