We were denied but loriell and Eric went out of their way to get us approved. They were very kind, patient and understanding. We are so very grateful. We love our home! We’re first time homeowners. Very nice community and friendly neighbors!

If 0 stars was a choice that’s what I’d give. The office never had anyone there and they straight up lie & argue when you point it out lmao.

Moved in 3 years ago and regret it! Seemed nice when we moved in however that is not the case anymore. My children have been assaulted multiple times by other kids within the park. The management did nothing. They lie saying that were on city water but were not. Its bleach, chlorine or sulfur that you smell in the water. We pay a third party company for water and its at least 40 dollars a month! City Bills every 3 months, and the water is a lot cleaner and safer! Who they think there kidding? If you have a job that requires you to be at work before 11am dont count on it in the winter. They never salt or sand the hill leading out which is always ice! Plus they will purposely plow your vehicle in! Rent goes up every year since Ive lived here. Seems like anyone can move in here now always people coming an going. Watched the park throw away lots of peoples belongings. Just not a good place to live anymore. Which is why were trying hard to move out! Before the lease renewal date. Which the park would care more about the tenants!!!!!!

Very clean and up kept trailer park. They take very good care of the park and make sure there isnt violence in there and all the trafficing. But i think they should expand the park if possible and let the residents have their own driveway especially for how much they pay.

Needs better parking options for residents and guests.

I applied to rent from Twinleaf and paid $40 for application fee. They took my money, had me look at a trailer I thought I would be renting but gave to someone else, and now every time I try to contact Melanie no response. I have stopped by office during office hours and its always closed. I just want my money back. Lack of professionalism

Just recently moved in and there was minor problems that have taken them a couple of weeks to fix... So what I mean is that it shouldnt take that long with minor things, I would like to see how long it takes them when something major happens???

Just started here working as maintenance they only had one guy for a while now there is two so stuff will improve and im happy to be able to say im a yes employee and hope to make the community better and make all tenants happy to live there

My ex-husband lives here, where he has our children on the weekends. The park is set back off of Stadium Drive a little which is nice, especially for people with kids. But, residents vehicles have been broken into, there are WAY to many speed bumps (which is annoying), the homes only have on street parking and guests are supposed to park by the office or something. I think the rent here is too much for what they offer.

Office is always closed. Takes forever to get lawn mowed and when it does they do it at weird hours when I’m trying to get the toddlers to sleep. Also neighbor keeps taking my parking spot. People drive way too fast down the road and or have to drive with terrible music full blast. Kids run around everywhere unsupervised. My trailer is falling apart and no one had fixed it. My toddlers keep bringing me nails and wall trim... and I’m paying over 1k a month!

I have lived here for about 5 years. The park has changed hands several times the most recent company so far has done the best job however there are some things they do that I dont agree with like coming in and chopping off limbs from trees that are in your lot. I just want to be notified first.

I tried coming to fill out an application office people were rude. Nothing changes with yes! Community. I hate all the parks they own because they dont try to help make things easier they make it harder for home owners. Yes community needs to be replaced wish It could go back to the first owners.

New management so some things have changed. whether you are renting or buying make sure you are clear on the details. Staff and maintenance are friendly.Depending on where you live on the property, peoples will park in YOUR parking space in front of YOUR house repeatedly. It can be hours before they move if they move.NO friendly neighbors, the way the world is today it has become a normal thing. SAD!If this is what your family is looking for i say YES.

Fairly quiet place to live, especially for being right off Stadium. The homes are nice on the inside, the rooms are fairly well placed. One of the only two downsides I noticed while pet and house sitting was the pack of private parking areas. Instead of having a drive, you park on the street, which might not be as pleasant during the winter. Another downside - yet also an upside - is all the speed bumps. I have never seen so many speed bumps in one area, and its rough on my low-riding car. At least it helps protect the residents, especially the children.

Wouldnt recommend this place unless you want to pay a ridiculous amount of rent to live in a roach infested park. The negative reviews are 100% correct. They dont care about their residents...Just how much money they can get from you. I regret moving here and will be leaving as soon as my lease is up.

The homes look nice but when things break down (which happens a bit) the renters have taken over a month to get a hold of. The parking situation is terrible: everyone parks in your parking spots and someone has hit my car trying to parallel park and they didnt even have insurance to cover it. Theres a nice park where kids can play at but when I try to get my mail, they are in the streets and they throw their balls over my car. Originally thought the overpriced rent would be okay for the up and coming community but its not. Plan to move as soon as my contract is up. Just a warning, you shouldnt move here.

This place is a joke for real for real

Ive lived in this community for 4 years now and it has been a nice place to live. The management take good care of the grounds and are eager to keep this a peaceful place to live. They have taken the time to bring in new homes and it looks full of homes now.

Horrible grounds worker, lack of quality and properly skilled employees. Maintenance workers encompetent and lack motivation to do anything.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Management has let a convicted murderer move in, and other people with felonies as well, even though thats part of the rules. Management refuses to make any repairs or take care of any problems you might have as a tenant, and wont hold up with their end of the lease. Ive never had a bug problem in my life, but now have roaches because management refuses to take care of them in other households and they have moved into mine. They have tried to scam me multiple times, between over charging for fees and trying to charge bogus deposits that are not in the lease. Only rent here if you like bugs and being scammed!

If youre looking to move in here run. Roaches drug use and violence oh my!!!! Nothing but a cash cow for upper management. Unjustified demands for money at any excuse. For example sidewalk chalk on the sidewalk in front of your house that you pay 1000 dollars a month for. Not at twinleaf. Thats grounds to be fined.Theyve tried to illegally change multiple parts of my lease. Thankfully I keep everything. Same goes to any of the sister trailer parks in the area ( ex. Pavilion, Americana, millwood park, and shatow) they will all be owned by the same upper management.. Pieces of sh!?!tttttttt

Raised rent after the first year, I found it to be too expensive, them you must shovel your own walks, cut your own lawn and pay water and Consumers. Way to much for a renter.

Never been treated more unfair by any management especially kate! We live right in front of them and have been treated like kids which is mindblowing. we are being kicked out and its funny when we havent been late 1 time. This is the most corrupt renters scam ive ever seen i urge anybody who has a provlem finding somewhere to live to keep looking because these people will make youre life hell

Staff is fine for me and house is nice!

This is one of the most unorganized establishments Ive ever had the the displeasure of renting from. The office is frequently closed when the sign says it should be open. The maintenance people have absoutly no idea what to do when you call, so the emergency maintenance isnt much of a thing when theyre not allowed, or willing to do anything. The park does an extremely poor job of notifying the residents of any and all changes made, including lot rent increase, and street cleaning, where they will tow your car if its not moved, but they dont tell you it needs to be moved. Children run wild in the park vandalizing trailers and cars with no action after things are destroyed. I would highly recommend stearing clear of any of the mobile homes parks ran by this management company. Let my mistake stop you from making one, by not ever moving here.

Only live in this development if you like being scammed. The office is closed half the time, especially around the time rent is due...its almost like theyre trying to make people pay extra fees. The posted business hours apparently mean nothing. The employees are also unhelpful, rude, and sassy anytime you have a question or a concern. You have to pay Lot rent on top of housing rent, which is a scam. It should be private property at that point, as youre renting the lot as well as the residence, and yet people treat it as a public park and use your yard as a thoroughfare instead of the sidewalk. Management does nothing about this, even though its a rule everyone that signed a lease has agreed to. Pets are allowed, but one employee, Kait, told me Id have to pay $600 to have a pet, which is a lie. Very disturbing experience, actually, because there is no pet fee or deposit written in the lease, I really just think she was trying to scam me out of $600.

I would not even give this place one star. They try to tell you when you can have company. And dont like kids playing outside its not a family friendly trailer park at all.

This place does nothing but try to scam you and collect an overpriced rent check. It doesn’t matter how high in the company you reach to complain, either, any resolution offered is a lie anyways, they only do things half-assed here.

The ONLY reason I would rate them one star, is because the houses themselves are nice, minus the fact that we were told lies when we moved in. It smelled like animal pee, there were dead roaches all over the trailer when we moved in, the carpets in the back half of the trailer were not replaced and they were gross and smelled terrible, there was a bed bug problem they refused to address until 3 months TOO late! Ever since Yes Communities took over, I have had NOTHING but problems. They have been harassing me, even though we are moving out WILLINGLY. They have threatened to have people arrested, they have threatened to tow my storage trailer i am using to move out, they have been nothing but rude everytime we talk. Its ridiculous. I would have NEVER moved in if I would have known how terrible it is there. And I would NEVER recommend any of my family or friends to live there. Not worth the money!!

They have cockroaches that the management knows about and doesnt take care of. They pay for certain people bug treatments but make other residents pay. Whomever they deem worthy enough to not have to pay. Or they may have you pay for bug spray and they never paid the contractor.They lie to you, take your money, they will even go as far as moving you into a cockroach infested house with no warning.If you threaten any type of landlord tenant dispute in regards to their lease you signed even if they know they are in violation of the lease or state and federal laws and regulations.They charge you for parts they get for free. Theres is a trail of money in this company and it doesnt lead to the corporate bank account.Call fair housing if this poor excuse of a property management comoany has leased you a cock roach infested house within the last 9months. Enough of you call, there is a class action lawsuit they dont want to deal with.Im sure the management will have this removed. Maintenance is not good. My A/C hasnt worked for a month. Ive called every week for a month now and they say someone will be over this afternoon everytime and nobody comes to look at it. Still broke. Not happy.
