Same here with the lawn problem. We just moved here few months ago, we asked The sale man what area we need to take care Before we move in, and then we mowed the lawn every week. At 5/22 they charged our violation fee said our backyard didn’t mowed or trimmed. We were like fine, some of the area we didn’t know it’s our responsibility to take care of. So at 5/24 Sunday we mowed the whole area!And Then! We got the other violation fee at 5/28! Saying we didn’t mowed or trimmed our lawn area! The whole area! We are trying our best to do a good resident here, But that’s how they treat their residents.

Poor management. Love to charge excessive fees for “gotcha” items. Lawns supposed to be inspected on Wednesday. I mowed mine on Tuesday, still got a 50 dollar violation. Try to be a good tenant, pay on time... but they want to screw with you. Well, they may get my $50. But I’ll let everyone I know how they are.

Do not under any circumstances get involved with these people. Very poor management, worse communication and a complete disregard for proper buisness practices is all you will get. They will evict you any way they can to seize your home for resale. In short they can and will screw you at the first available moment. Beware.

I really like it here. It’s clean, quiet, and pleasant. When my husband passed I needed to sell our home and find something smaller and more manageable for me. George was (and continues to be) so helpful. He went above and beyond helping me to find my new home. Christine in the office is friendly and helpful. I’ve been here two months now and I love my new home and this park. It’s conveniently located, close to stores, restaurants, etc. I look forward to my retirement here.

Our journey at Wyngate began over 10 years ago, with the help of a friend and honest salesman named George! We needed a home right away and George not only found us the house we needed but moved the process along swiftly so we were moved in and enjoying our new home in no time at all!!Over the years there had been a couple different property managers in the office and they were ok, but things changed drastically for the BETTER when Christine came into the picture. She is a truly kind, caring and friendly manager who puts her heart into the job. Another great quality she has is the ability to be stern (even with us) when necessary and do it in a very professional manner!A few years ago when tragedy struck our family the Wyngate team were there EVERY step of the way including John, Matt & especially George helping us through a very rough time and process!!So to us they are our Wyngate family.Thank you ALL for EVERYTHING!!!!The Thrashers

I went from the freedom of my own home with a garage and basement to a small place in a park. There is no longer freedom for my dog to run in the back yard, but we needed something on one floor due to age. I hesitated to move into a “trailer park” but I noticed this one has been in business since the 80’s and still in beautiful condition. It is comprised of Manufactured homes but not so high end that we would be hurting from mortgage and lot rent combined. My first contact was George and he is truly kind and caring. I chose a small home and we moved in. It was hard for me to get used to the change, but the people here worked with us. Christine the park manager was my next point of contact and she is also a kind and caring person. I have noticed though she has a tough job she does it well! If a person adheres to the rules (they are there for a reason) and pays their bills it is simple! Matt is the maintenance manager and has also done his utmost to address any issues. When we realized we needed a bigger home the staff made it as easy as possible for us to do that. I feel like they are family now and we are extremely happy with our home and the park. They sure changed my mind about what it can be like to live in a park and I am happy they did! Kudos to Wyngate Farms and their wonderful staff from top to bottom!

Christine who works in the office is very helpful. She has always helped me out when I had a problem and always called me back when I had an issue or questions. George is also an excellent guy to deal with if you are looking for a place here. He is a very nice man and will take the time with you. Christine has recently helped tremendously that involved some paperwork that needed correcting and updating. She was a big help and acted quickly. She is a great gal and an assert to this community. She does her job and treats everyone in the community fairly.

A nice, quiet neighborhood with well-kept homes and grounds. The office staff go above and beyond to meet the needs of the community as well as perspective community members. There are no rental properties in this community. That is a definite bonus!

Wyngate Farms, since reading my old review, has made some changes with management and it has improved. New management has bent over backwards to repair the relationship with myself and my husband and we enjoy living here now. Thanks to the new team. The new team have made some much needed improvements to the exterior of our home and the lot.

Lot rent increases at a ridiculously fast pace, but the neighborhood is clean and quite. I guess thats what your paying for.

When you first come in they are friendly after that they are a little different in how they treat. If you want people to stay and have a great home, then dont start changing the rules for certain. Cant have one set of rules for one person and a different for someone else and if they dont like you cant do like some can. I thought it was a great park until I see how they start treating people.

They are nice to you at first, but Oh how they change. Elderly People beware. They dont care about you. They come around and if your place is not up to their standards the wait till your away and do it themselves and over charge you.

Is a snobby community. Friend harassed frequently. Very sweet lady and does not deserve the treatment that I see.

Thay are over priced and not family friendly.You will not be treated with equity!Thay will charge you for services that did not happen.There is corrupt management some were along the line. People speed throught the park and blow past stop signs.

Not a bad place to live but not a nice place either. Management can be difficult to deal with at times.

We have had a very close friend/family live here for over 20yrs, and My kids, husband and I eventually, acquired our home( now 5 yrs) . Managament has turned over a bit, changes have been made for the good and sometimes confusingly not so good. We have kids, and mostly we keep to ourselves. We have felt picked on at times, because older, less understanding neighbors have had issues... With us. Kids, dog, etc. We take pride in our home, and our kids behavior. I dont think its the management, mostly, it has been the child like actions of our neighbors that is my biggest complaint. This is a very nice, convenient community, but as with any community there is politics and drama..and with that. I dont play well. Also, I do believe that new homes are high priced for starter homes and they do that to keep future rifraf out...just saying.
