My friend lives here and I know the owners. They are a vibrant young couple and if they accept you then you are as good as family without intrusion in your life.

Awesome owners. Always willing to give u a hand. Even cut us some slack in rough times. Only complaint is there is a large favoritism issue which can get quite annoying. Thanx for everything Dan and Jeff!

They do not rent to single moms. If you do get into a home you will be judged and dragged in and out of court until they decide to take you to court retention of property, which you will lose and they will put you out regardless of your payment history. All because you are an unwed mother

I like this place because it doesnt have any threats the bills are low and the highest price to pay for a trailer is 20,000 my family bought one for 19,000 or if you want a double trailer its probably 25,000
