Your lot rent goes up all the time with really no explanations or improvements to the park. The office is hardly ever open or available. Keep your grass watered at your own expense The pool area for the past few years has been less than appealing. No updates to the little play are for the kids in the 17 years I lived there. Same old gym equipment which most has been donated. I wouldnt live here for free.

This is a very nice community, it is very clean and all the houses are very well taken care of and the streets are well cared for. The people I met here are very nice and friendly, the club house is great for parties, the pool is super clean and not over chlorinated they are very nice lounging chairs a place you can rent soft outside very nice clean bathrooms and changing areas. The only thing I can say because I would want a bigger yard. Other than that it is a beautiful place.

I called about Rent to own and the guy who answered was very rude and said “ No we just sell homes. You have to get a mortgage or a loan!” And hung up on me. Very rude in my opinion.

This should be renamed Shadybrook Farms. They are doing alot of shady business. They are trying to push people out of their homes by falsifying statements, trying to charge people extra.. said that we were noncompliant and that we had been taken to court and evicted, but none of it true. We were not informed of any court hearings, nor were our landlords, until after they had gone to court. Then, they didnt tell us, we had to find out indirectly, halfway through the month, so we only had two weeks to pack everything and find a new home. We ended up in our car for two weeks thanks to these people. Turns out that the papers we finally saw werent real eviction papers from the court. They came up with them to try to push us out. Others from around the park have been sharing similar stories. A family member dealt with the same things but was able to fight them off. I would HIGHLY RECCOMEND going somewhere else. I have heard they are trying to turn it into a senior living place, so they are pushing anyone younger or with kids out. So many houses are emptying out at an alarming rate.
