Pretty nice place to live (the double wide side anyway). Got a few bad apples here as does any other place. They are pretty good at addressing any concerns you may have. I recommend.

Love woodland Estates. Love how peaceful the double wide side is. Love my neighbors. Love Melanie the leasing manager. She’s amazing. Been through 4 regular managers in the past year. New one seems kind of strict. But she’s only been here for a month so far. Things might change.

I currently was trying to rent a home here and I even got to look at a trailer which was really nice and affordable. however the front office manager was extremely rude and when i put an offer on the place she sold it from right underneath me the next day. granted i get they cant hold onto a place but she had lied and communicated for the past two weeks about getting the place. she did not tell me that she already moved someone else in. wish is beyond upsetting. very unprofessional and carless. If she had known or sold the place she should have been honest. now im glad i didnt move here. i would not want to move into a place where my office manager lies and gives false information. at this rate she should lose her job!!! seems there is more than a handful of people that has dealt with the same situation as i did. i will never recommend this place at all. will i never move here either!! 0 stars!!!! on my rate!!

That place is going down hill fast. More and more bad people coming in. That place needs to change the name form woodland to hoodlum. Had yo give it one star to post this when they should have a minus

The new management is not good at all . They do not honor the previous owners agreements and will try to charge you for even breathing .

I would give no stars if I could. It was a nice place until it became a YES! property. The management here is INCREDIBLY shady. The management here is AWFUL! They will tell you one thing, then do another. They will come in every three months to do inspections that are just an excuse to be nosy and try and kick people out for any little thing. They will come in your house and change your locks and not leave so much as a note on your door as notice. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!! We just received our notice they won’t renew our lease from a stranger knocking on our door saying they found it on the ground! Because it’s less than 30 days notice and they didn’t send it through the mail! SHADY!!!!!

James was most helpful. He got me approved and into my unit in 1 day. Excellent customer service and always available to help!

Been here since 1982 never been treated so poorly since the yes community took over. The woman is very rude with residents and will carry herself with an authority complex towards residents, treating them as bad people. They do not answer their phones for issues and are very quick to tow your vehicle if its legal and running, but cars with flat tires and broken down are ok to be an eye sore. This new ownership will not show compassion to anyone with disabilities are refusing to be understanding and if you are unable to do lawn care or move your vehicle for any reason you will be treated as if you are lazy and receive a fine (charge) from them for having to do it for you.They cant even reply without using a copy paste response how lazy.

No stars if I could have lived here for 2 years and all this park is is problems my mother past in January and there slowly forcing me and my daughter out of the trailer my mother owned refuse to give us the title to transfer into my name latest news they won’t give me the key to the new mailboxes cause my mom has passed great community to die in hahah this place is a joke NEVER RENT FROM ANY YES COMMUNITY PARK

I left a review last year and am leaving a new one today. First, we just bought a refurbished trailer ( livand after now living in it, it has become apparent that they need better contractors who will do the work correctly). Second, we were told they were putting in new playground equipment (we have a toddler and were happy shed have somewhere to play as she got older) (they havent done a thing to the play areas and dont truly seem interested in following through on their promises).Third, while I do like the staff, at times they are rude and condescending toward residents. Example: we are a one car family, my spouse works 10 hour days so I have no way to drive anywhere during the day, we have a baby/toddler that I cant drag out in the rain and I have a disability that causes me to not be able to walk very far some days. So, they were supposed to turn off the Parks water to fix some pipes and this would require us to boil water. So it rained on that day, I was not able to walk (bad day for my disease and daughter not feeling well and IT WAS RAINING). I called the office to get an update on the boil water advisory. I was respectful and nice when I spoke to the manager. She, on the other hand, spoke to me like I was stupid for not going and reading the posted updates. Now, I dont ask for special considerations because of my health but the least they could do is understand that some of their residents cant get out and about and have to call in to ask things. So, if we are nice and treat staff with respect then why dont they have to treat us with the same respect. Will I recommend Woodland to anyone? At this point, NO.

Nice entrance, but clearly no money is put into home maintenance or rules. Not as bad as some rundown communities, but there are many that set a high standard and are quite nice.

I was interested in some of the mobile homes they had for rent. I had left a message for the sales and leasing office as I believe it was the property manager said too, as well as sent an email to them. I never heard back from them thru either form of communication. The lack of response and such makes me think its maybe best I didnt receive a call back. I can only imagine the lack of communication would be the same if I did move in and had an issue with something.

Ive lived here for 4 years the park they claim they are remodeling it since last year .my kids have no were to play. It is a good place to live other then not having anything for kids to do .they are more into moving people in then they are about fixing the parks up for kids to play.

Ive been here for about 3 months now. Im very happy with this community so far. Very quiet, people mind their own business and clean. Some of the homes need repairs and improvements. There are a few lots with dilapidated homes that need to be removed. The play area is supposed to be remodeled soon ( I was told when I moved it). But other than that we are happy with our new home here.

Nice but they are like every other trailor park their to do lists never get done unless theyre threatened. They bring new places in but never get around to do things that shouldve been done to the existing homes. Which is the parks responsibility.

No one seems interested in getting back to us in reference to renting a place.

Apart from never having any issues with neighbors or staff while living there, Im leaving a low review because when we moved out the water bill was never taken out of my name. I call and call and never get a call back and Im thinking of just taking these people to court.

I had issues finding a place to live because of my lack of credit history and I called her and got right in. I am so glad that she gave us a chance and we love our home. It is a nice and safe quiet neighborhood with big lots. My daughters love the book exchange by the office. I have never had a problem here! (:

Its what you would expect from a mobile home park.Your getting her cleaned up. I do love the location in the country but close too kzoo and the bus lines.

This place is a joke. We have had nothing but empty promises. Back in September 2018 we went to our office to let them know that there is black mold in our rental trailer. 2 weeks later the sent someone down to look at it. He confirmed it was black mold and said that someone would be down to take care of it in 3 days well... they never showed, so i started paying my rent to an escrow account. They tried to evict us for non payment of rent, to which they failed. After our court date they did come in and cut out the sections of mold and did replace the flooring in the bathrooms and 2 of the 4 rooms of carpet. They never fixed the holes they cut into the walls, which have exposed wires in them. We have been told month after month that they are going to come fix it and now it is January 2019 I have only 4 month left on my lease and it is still not fixed. I woke up today January 20th 2019 and my pipes are frozen. I have tried multiple times to contact maintenance emergency and have not recieved a responce. We went to look to see if there is something we can do and found out that our pipes coming from the house to the main water line are plastic and have no heat tape on them. I rent this dump for 800$ a month it is not my responcability to fix stuff around here that is why I rent, and why have an emergency number if all I can do is leave a thousand messages and never hear back? Also they have a gold key service meaning they have a key to come in your house to do maintenance l. They are supposed to come change the furnace filter once a month but seldom do that. When I tell them no one showed up they lie to you and tell you no one was there. Well... two things, one, you have a key so if we are not here you can come in and do what you need to do. Ant two, i have a live in nanny that takes care of my toddlers while we work. She dosnt have a vehicle so she never leave... meaning someone is always there.They need to stop lieing to their residents and actually do what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it.

The grounds could be better. The homes are not as well kept as I would like to see. Children seem to run noisily about in the early spring so I would hate to see it in the summertime.

I am in a nice doublewide and office staff helped us to get in with great care.

New management is dishonest and rude. they raised the rent and kicked everyone out.

It was great 3 years ago. They have a lot of riff raff and disrespectful people now. Nobody watches their kids. I feel the place is going hill.

The community is close to Kalamazoo without being in the heart of it all. They are located close to great schools. Of Mattawan Michigan.

Looks to be very clean and a nice place to settle down!!!
