This place is a joke. Ive been trying for months to get ahold of someone regarding my deposit. Im sure they are going to tell me that it was damaged in some way, especially since the certified letter they sent about the inspection was MAILED 2 DAYS AFTER DATE OF INSPECTION.

Beautiful mobile home park in wooded countryside setting, excellent and well kepted, i would live their in a heart beat to a nice get away from it all lifestyle.

We love it out here . Love all the trees but looks like we are going to loose a lot of the walnut trees. And not so sure about that as we need the shade . Hope not . But over all have been here 17 years and will probably stay till we are too old to take care of ourselves. Lots of wild animals and is like living in the forest .

They let you volunteer to moe the grass plus they let me park my big truck here so its more convenient for me

Great community. The property is well maintained and clean. I really like the new signs and lighting that have been added to the entrance. The owner continues to make great updates. The on-site staff is always helpful and friendly.
