Its the nicest Trailer Park Ive been to

Basketball goal is broken, barely hanging on. Glass is everywhere on the basketball court. Swimming pool is rarely clean and is neglected the last month of swimming season. Pool rails are either absent or not screwed in so they swing around when you try to use them for stability. Off season the pool is a green, gunky, eye sore.

Aweful.. the manager is schistey, they HARASS the tenants. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE TO MOVE THERE.

It needs improvement!! Before was beautiful landscape around park!! Keep clean! And now look little bad... Hope ppl keep clean in park...

It is surely a very nice and comfortable park.

Does not treat their attendance right. they will tell you one thing and then go back on their word. Needs New Management.

This place is horrible. They break the lease all the time. Don’t give you notice of anything and try to fine you for everything. They pick and choose who has to pay a late if your late. I’ve had to pay several times when some of my friends here are much later than me and they get there late fee waved. The owner will not speak with us. Won’t answer calls or emails. Today the towed all the trailers, campers etc that have been in the designated spot for years. New management came in and said the owner don’t want anyone’s stuff there anymore and had it all towed with no warning. No one reached out to us asking us to move our stuff, the towing company was very apologetic and the officer said we need to take them to court because our lease says we can’t have them at our trailer they are to be at the designated spot. Multiple peoples stuff was towed away today without any knowledge until after it was done and had to pay a hefty fee to get there stuff out. This place is a mess! This is just some of the few things. Lot rent has always included water. Out of no where they put water meters on all trailers and said we have to start paying them water, it’s in our lease water is included in lot rent. They said if anyone has a problem with it they will be evicted. There is no bill for water. They just tell us what we supposedly used and we are to just hand them the money with no proof no bill etc. This place is junk and the owner is a slumlord!!!

For a trailer park its pretty nice. Theyve had questionable staff as of late but it could be worse.

The park has seen better days. The office is always closed there is no communication.

They are suppose to post in the office from the water company the water rates they charge for water and the water rates charge is suppose to be on the water bill. but they dont tell or show what they charge tenants for water.They stopped sending out notices because the family members they have at the office on payroll refuse to deliver notices. They have the family living in the park rent free.The pool is so nasty with stagnant water and dead rodents floating in the water. its sickening to look at. No one who is on payroll at country acres will clean it up.

This place is the worst.Management picks on the elderly and disabled people who live here.

Well maintained and quit. No complaints about this location. Office staff are top notch. People complain about the security guard, but much like the police if youre not breaking the rules then you have nothing to worry about.

I lost my home for no fault of management. I need a place to rent and would recommend this place to anyone looking. Management helped me all that they could. If your right about a problem they will do what they can to help. If your wrong they will then work with most anyone to rectify the situation for all parties involved. Has its problems and rules but if you want a good place to live and grow give them a call.

We still have pet issues at the Park here. They allow some people to keep their dog outside when they are home. The barking of all hours in the evening is a nuisance. And as you can see, they even let them not clean up after the dog as well.

Veggies were cold, mashed potatoes were hard and lacking in portion size. Drink refills were never correct, but the staff was pleasant.

Pool cleanliness is iffy most the time

My post was to long... very poor management!! They dont care about anyone else besides the select few thats in there group. They dont make there family members who is also residents who is also secretary at the office follow rules that they are writing other people up for and handing out fines too. This is just an idea of whats happening.

Best mobile home park arround this area

Dont buy trailer they dont fix enough so you dont know whats wrong with them for 24000 not even let you go I side before you sign papers
