True dump. Under new management.. Park starting to look better and I give credit to new management. Starting to do background checks and screening better for to financial capability. I see progress.

Thus is my first one star review and I dont say this lightly. Moved a customer from there. She gave the required three day notice and the next received an eviction notice with one day to get out or be fined $400. 4 out of 5 units are abandoned, upkeep is nonexistent I would not want to be there after dark. I dont know what happened it used to be a nice place, but no longer.

This place is a joke. Told the landlord about things that needed to be fixed or I wasnt going to pay rent and he told me to just move. They even took me to court saying that I didnt pay rent for months that I did. Is it my fault that he doesnt know how to use his computer? I have holes in the floor that if you step there, youre gonna fall through. The air ducts have holes in them to the point that the leaking pipes run into the ducts. The AC hasnt worked since it started getting hot because it crapped out. There are no screens on the windows, so you cant open them unless you want cracky Chan climbing through them and stealing all of your stuff. My best advice is to stay away from this place. I hope someone sees this and condemns the entire property.

Same owners as Hillside Estates... Renters Beware!! They will screw you over without batting an eye!!

It needs to get some trailers fixed up.

I drove through to meet up with someone and the roads are terrible! They have huge dips and potholes that would put a lifted truck to shame....not to mention trailers that are literally falling apart around people and completely trashed. They need to take some pride in the place and get it fixed up especially the road!!!

Went looked at the mobile home its beyond repair floors needs replacing a total mess when they informed us it was move in ready. He said the mobile home is at least the year 2000 model but it looked way older and not taken care of at all inside nor outside. And is asking too much for rent and down payment for a crappy mobile home like that.

Lot of work in this trailer park needs to be done as well as read about a murder and this trailer park not too fond of it

Quite park owners dont put up with drugs and dead beat tenants that dont take care of property

The owners dont fix reasonable stuff. Its a place to stay if youre hard up but theyre scandalous so if you stay keep your receipts and document everything.

Needs lots of work.

I live here and its horrible they dont fix anything and they yell at kids for playing and they try to tell u how many visitors u can have visit in a month ect and they get mad when u put work orders in to try and get things fixed even tho they never fix anything anyway and they charge 375 to 400 per month for a cockroach infested torn up trailer ...Im moving
