Good place good people big spots fair prices

The new landlords have done a good job of cleaning this place up. Its a much better place to live now.

This is a great place to live I love it here and it has a great community and the managers Rick and Martha Bronson are the best managers they have made this place so much better and it is just a really great place to start a family and people accept you here and it is great place to live.

I remember many years ago where you would have to worry about your things in your yard now since we have new managers Rick and Martha, they have made this place a lot better by getting deadbeats outta here. And they are the friendliest people i have ever met, easy to get a long with.

This place was very bad at first, but now after the new mangers Rick and Martha this place has really changed for the better. Now it is a better community for all people and kids.

Manager is great and easy to talk to. Park in clean and residents are nice.

This place was not fit to live in. Then Rick & Martha took over & turned it around. They got ride of the dead beats & trouble makers.

My sister lives there. It is mobile home park

This place tries to sell you homes that dont have a title/deed to them and charge you more for people(friends & family) who,stay longer than 5 days

Toooo expensive

3 managers in last 6 months. Paid off my mobile 7 months ago and still no title. Last manager was attested for stealing a mobile out here. Place is a night mare
