Just moved in. Assistant property manager is nice. But no cleaning was done before I moved in so I had to do all of that cleaning which was not a fun time. AC doesn’t work. I have 2 kids under 6 and one is a baby. Made them aware of it as soon as they got in office and all I have gotten is a phone call having me check the filters which I did and they are fine. They don’t know when they can get someone to fix it. Not the greatest way to start my experience here.

No longer Bykota as it now has new owners and under new management. Majority of the old trailers have been demolished, the remaining have been repaired and remodeled. New trailers are being moved in... Many previous tenants evicted!!Updated lease covenants are ridiculously restricting, and favor landlord rights rather than tenants right to fair and suitable housing. They assess different tenants different charges, without giving reasonable notice.If you choose to move out here, make sure you read through the the lease with attention to detail! They tamper with your mail and packages. The manager and her husband are both felons, shady, and scandalous as f***!

We love our home at hillside estates

I like being here now because the new managers have done a lot to clean the place up, no more drug dealers. They also got rid of the unsightly trailers and are moving in brand new ones.

This is no longer bykota estates. i believe its new name is hillside estates. new ownrrs and the improvements to the community are awesome and much needed.

I am sure that there may be some decent places here but I didnt see too many livable places yet people live in them. Its very sad. Not a place that I would describe as a desirable. Trashy. Rundown. Bugs galore. If you are seeking misery and deplorable living arrangements, then this is the place.

Decent living and Pricing for those in need. Landlord Is very fair and has changed the Outlook and living area of Bycota by getting out some of the negative areas and tearing down old trailers abd putting in new efficient living arrangements. You can pay weekly or monthly and he will work with you on the deposit.

A 3rd world country in the heart of America.Newton County Sheriffs Department keeps most of their meth here...Decent folk to sum bag ratio 1-100JUST DONT GO HERE.!!

Your mail gets stolen and people blame you for things you dont do. Dont live here.

A lot of abandoned and vandalized mobile homes. Bad roads. Needs a lot of work cosmetically. Not an ideal place if your looking for something eye pleasing.

Brad helped us out when we was in a bind... However when the fire dept put our trailer fire out and said it was unlivable... Dude wanted rent for a place we couldnt live in... He evicted us when i refused payment until the home was repaired.

Management is very helpful very nice very pleasant to deal with
