Absolutely lovely people. The sweetest and most understanding landlords you will ever have. The homes are well kept, clean, bug free, they fix things without a fuss. Overall a good place and safe for kids to play.

Quiet park. Friendly neighbors. Decent mobile home rentals, quality/price.

I paid the rent upfront ($560 all of my disability check) and they said they would work with me with the deposit. Later when I ask for a refund do to the high deposit for the light bill ($500) they said yes and I would have it on mondy. They said to that I can get my money back and Monday came and they left town without informing me and I had to wait a week. A week later and I try to get my money again. They again say that they will give my money back but when the time came for them to send my money they said that I cant have my money and that I was wasting there time

My best friend just moved there. Seems nice and quiet.

Nice owners not big on spending on or for others but or repairs of any type so can with extra cash to rent

It is a wonderful place, the owners are very down to earth people, willing to help, weather it be to answer questions, or show you around their park. Very family oriented. I am buying a my mobile home, and renting a lot. Thanks for all their help!

They dont care about you at all! Watch out for this place, their trailers are terrible and if you put your deposit and rent to start on their promise to fix what they would is a LIE! You can never get a hold of them to do anything! They are nice when money is involved, very shady.

TRAILER TRASH !no easy way to put it !Your charged a deposit thats not refundable no matter what.But the deposits they keep from people is not used to clean or repair anything in between tenants.Units are filthy, they stink, carpets are soiled with pet urine, dander, fecis, ect.Mold around windows, tubs, sinks & in cabinets.Roaches, mice, fleas & bed bugs are plentyful.The park is NEVER EXTERMINATED OR TREATED FOR PREVENTION OR ANY INFESTATIONS !!Windows are not up to code, drafty & unsecure.Door locks are not changed in between tenants.Slumlords promise lawn up keep but only for a select few.Out of control tenants are allowed to remain as long as they pay.By law the owners are required to keep up the property & maintain a safe living environment.These slumlords only know & respond to you when your dishing out money to them.Faulty electric & plumbing, plugged toliets & sinks, burned up & rusting water heaters all go unattended, your request to fix, replace, provide are ignored & to hell with you........but your rents expected on time !They are now finally going to be facing non compliance charges with the state & hopefully fined heavily !

I always enjoy my visit

Saw ad for 2-3 mobile homes for rent, shown 3 and none were cleaned at all. Was in a bad spot so didnt sweat the cleaning, agreed to do it myself. Wasnt told about Duenweg charging a min $100 a month for sewer alone, yet had to wait over 2 days to get water on due to shadiness with owners. Was told good, clean tenants were wanted- no pets- found several pets already here, told that when something needs fixed, they are on top of it, if they were informed. That wasnt true. Heating & Air unit had serious issues that took months to finally fix. Light fixtures never got fixed. Mold under sinks caused by plumbing problems got increasingly worse and was reported but never addressed. Lawn care was supposed to be provided; it was half-assed and rarely mowed, ultimately had to buy mower & do it myself from then on. Went 9 days after renting before I finally got a key to lock my door, it was rigged to work and bent- couldnt make copies for family. Roaches & mice were visually obvious day 1- was told buy bait traps. Got a cat to control the mice, spent$85 first 2 months fighting roaches. Neighbors were drunk, loud, intrusive and skanky and come spring- left front door open daily so their roaches came right back. Owners never even sprayed. Posted speed limit is 25 & 10 mph in park- people constantly flying in all hours, loud music & engines disrupt any sleep,etc. Owners spent mass $$ decorating their creek area but nothing to do with repairs or upkeep of the mobile homes. Was there 3 months before able to fully occupy with furniture from storage, kids got new beds........new sofa.......all became infested with bed bugs. Tossed them out after over $400 trying to rid them. Found 6 other neighbors also infested with bed bugs that had laid eggs & dormant in carpets. Over $1200 a month in rent, electric and water/sewer alone, to be annoyed, disrupted, infested with rodents, vermon, bed begs, $$ lost in furniture, breathing in black mold for a year-this is putting it mild & politely.

This place was nice when I moved in. Then it changed hands. The new owners have made it an awful place to live.

Good clean park

Not a place I would want to live ! Owners do not care about the upkeep of their properties at all. These owners are horrible and lie! They let their tenants go without air or hot water because they are to worried about their own needs. Someone should report them or call the cops on them.

I would never recomend living here to anyone. I had gone the whole summer withput AC because landlords are too cheap to replace the unit that sat outside my trailor. They dont do upkeep. I moved in not being informed that the electric in my new trailor didnt work. Took them a month to finally come out and fix it. I basically paid 525 that month for a cardboard box. I wonder where all the money they make goes when all the trailors are so ran down. I keep a close eye on my bills, paid deposit up front, stayed current with them on rent. Yet they had tried conning me out of almost 3 months worth of rent. When they didnt get it they had evicted me with only a 5 day notice! I happen to know thats illegal in the state of Missouri but they make their own rules. I have now renamed the place turkey creek escapes
