It is a very quiet and safe place to live, close to commercial area.

DONT EXPECT ANY INTERNET SERVICE!!!! The only thing available is Satelite internet and it is too expensive! If your not needing to use a computer and just using your phone then its a great place...otherwise....Id continue to look!

Nice quiet Park although I have a lot of grass to mow because I live on a dead-end street but I can tolerate that. I love living in this park

Waited 6 weeks to receive an approved application. The manager said it would take 2-3 weeks. Then when we tried to move in they said we couldnt because they didnt have any rv spots ready. Manager said it would take about a week to get our spot ready. I went back a week later to talk to her and asked if she knew about how long it would take for the spit to be ready, because it wasnt. She said she didnt know but would call and find out. The landlord called and said that we would have to find another park because they are a laid back park and they didnt want a frustrated tenant. Wonderful. Our family has been living in rv parks for 2 months waiting to move in there. We loved how beautiful the park is. I just wanted to know how much longer it would be so I could pay correctly for our RV lot rent. (Daily, a week, or a month) depending on how much longer it would be.

Cheap lot rent but thats it. Crappy water. They do not and will not maintain the roads or the area around the dumpster. If you complain about anything they just tell you to leave. The park management acts like its a bother to do her job. The only thing about the park is I had good neighbors.

The loe243333e pt rent is very affordable. It includes water, sewer, and trash!!! We now have city water and sewer. Yes the park manager is very strict
