Great place to visit. There are so many squirrels playing in this park. Im happy this park exists.

This was an amazing place to take my kids it was clean and not over crowded. The water area was really fun and they have a play area with slides and swings. Definitely would go back.

This looked like a nice park with a really fun playground, but the playground was still closed (as of 9/13/2020), so we didnt stay.

Awesome park!!!! This is the best park in Johnson city in my opinion! Splash pad, and huge playground with the padded ground. It is newer and my son loves it! There are different areas so there is something for all ages. Pretty cool little walking trail and other small playground equipment just past the gated playground. Across the street there are tons of soccer fields and a nice paved walking/running loop.

A nice and peaceful park to go for a walk in, have a picnic, take friends and family to. They have a public restroom, playground for the kids, and relaxing scenery .

My kids request this park over the others in town. The splash pad is amazing and all the children absolutely enjoy it. There are so many things for children to do here to entertain, you could spend all day and then some!! Between puzzles and sound stations to secret tunnels and educational boards. There are plenty of tables and shade for adults and snack time. My personal favorite is the entirety of the park is enclosed with a high gate with one exit/entry point. If you haven’t been here yet, it’s a must!!

My kids love this park and we had a lot of fun here. Restrooms close by, close parking, gated play area, and walking paths close by too. Love the cushioned ground!

It’s nice going early on the weekends. Cooler temps and less people. My go to spot for an active toddler.

Great staff that works here willing to help out with everything and the place was extremely clean and I appreciate everything Park staff does theyre so friendly and I maintain the park extremely well

Were from out of town and we visited this park to attend a party. It is awesome! They got lots of pavilions for party. The play area is also great for kids.

The best park in town hands down. They have great playground equipment to play on, a great walking path, a fence around the play area, padded astroturf in case kids fall while playing and a great little splash pad in the summer. Plus pavilions to rent for birthday parties or anything else you might need them for. Its always nice and clean as well.

This a great park for kids. The playground includes water fixtures for hot days and it is fully gated with a high fence and only one point of entry and exit. The rest of the park is beautiful, and the pavilions and well kept, some even including a kitchen which is helpful when hosting parties. The entire park is also gated, making for a safe environment for kids. The staff is attentive and plentiful, and the park is very clean. Pavilions reservations are also well priced. Will be returning for more visits in the future!

We were sad to see the playground was closed but the picnic area was nice for our family to share lunch. Restrooms were open and clean.

My sons favorite place to be. Can be packed in the summer... But no wonder.. Splash pad and awesome adventures on the playground for the kids to get into. Its great. Lots of shade too. Bathrooms are available by the pavilion.

This park is beautiful! We have a 2 yr old & there was plenty for her to enjoy, i.e.: slides, swings (a couples swing for parent & child), merry go round and plenty of activity areas. Theres also a water park area that worked great. Most of the grounds are spongy with artificial grass making it safe for falls or running. There were a number of picnic tables & a pavilion.A beautiful area, lots of fun for many ages! Well return before the warm season is over.

Love that the splash pad is free. Also reservations for the pavilions are super affordable. We have my sons Birthday parties here every year for the past 3 years and its wonderful the regular playground is also extremely nice and differs from all the other playgrounds ive been to in this area.

This is by far the best park we have visited. Our son is only a year old but he had lots of fun on the swings with mom and dad and the small slides. I wish we lived closer because we would visit this park at least once a week if not more!

One of our favorite parks to go to with the splash pad/playground combo. And the fencing is such a relief, helps ease your mind even if just a bit.Also love the adult/kid combo swings since my 2 year old insists on swinging for 20 minutes straight

Really fun place for kids! You can enjoy the water on a hot day and play in the park,which is huge! I would encourage you to try it out

Great park good place for a cookout

I like what has been done to a once boring park and some place our small children have to cool off. I took my two individuals with disabilities and they really enjoyed watching the kids running back and forth paying in the water. I thought it was nice also plus it was free to get in. Johnson City finally did something right.

My 13 month old grandson absolutely loves this park! I really like that the ground isn’t hard & it’s all fenced in!! Best park around!

My kids love the park and I love the location, security and safety. Little water park sprinklers to swings to a high playground all enclosed where you can see your little ones in a fun, safe, friendly environment. I would definitely recommend.

Its amazing fun for the kids. My only problem is their isnt enough seating for someone who wants to spend the day at the park and then go sit outside the park to eat. All the pavilions were full. And theres was only one picnic table available that we had to wait on. And the bench inside the park was full. As was the pavilion.

Great playground. Its much better in summer than winter. It has a small water play area in summer. Restrooms arent great. Porta potties only available.

Perfect for kids birthday parties, picnics, bbq, corporate events, etc.

Great little park for kids but way over crowded and very little shade considering. Wish more places like this existed in the Tricities. We drive 40 mins to get to this park and unfortunately its been so crowded that kids can barely play. Parents have very little place for shade and one bathroom to share for everyone. Great park for days when its not over crowded which is rare.

I brought my cousin here and we both loved it! The playground was nice and big with plenty for him to play on plus they have a splash pad which I cant wait for that to open. Im glad we dont have to drive to Kingsport anymore for the splash pad!

Clean, well maintained and safe for children (play area is gated all around). Features an automated water park area that includes swings, slides, things to climb on and explore. Surrounded by trees and shaded picnic tables make it easy to monitor the fun all while being comfortable.

This park is amazing and safe for children. I liked how it is fenced in with the gate having a lock that the kids cant reach.

We had my daughters graduation party there it was very nice really enjoyed the Park

Free place for kids to enjoy playground equipment and splash pad. Picnic tables and enough shade to not be baked. Fenced so the kids can roam free and you can relax.

This is our favorite park! My son loves playing on the playground and splash pad. I love that it is always clean and well maintained. The play area is gated and secure.

The new playground and splash pad are stellar for kids. The park and shelters are also great. The main park (excluding new area) is mostly shared by nature hardwoods, and there are several pavilions for picnics or parties.

Love, love, love. Easy to get to, relaxed atmosphere, and the entire playground and splash pad has an almost inescapable childproofed fence surround. Ok bathrooms.

Great family park! Safe for the children in the play area. Ample seating unless its a weekend with lots of birthday parties. Bring a lawn chair just in case!

This park was amazing. It has things for all ages.

The park could not be better! It has a soft walking surface and plenty of equipment to play on. Perfect park for children and their parents too. Locking door so kids cant just Escape. The lock is broken at the moment but when they get that fixed it will be back up to being the best park in this area.

Love this park. Its the only one Ill take my kids to. Its always clean with lots for the kids to do. I love how its fenced in. Its 45mins from my home and its definitely worth the drive.

Great place, gated area with splash pad, lots of room to run. Bathrooms were clean. Had a lot of fun. Pavilion were spread out nicely, each one had their own bathrooms.

I was helping my wife with her head start classes family day, so fun what i could see, the kids were having as great time. Park staff are very helpful as well. Grounds are well maintained and rustically clean.

I would give it a 8 on a scale of 1 to 5...Nice way to cool off on these hot days for the kids...It is really a clean, safe and secure large enclosed area.. plenty of swings slides and large play area.. definately. going back again and again...

Ill give it a four star because everything is great and my child loves it, but I have never used or seen inside of the bathroom so I just cant give it that last star without knowing. The splash pad and playground equipment in the fenced off area seems to be in good condition. When you start walking into the park and away from the parking lot it is beautifully, naturally shaded. The equipment/benches/playgrounds are not as updated when you get back into the park. They do have a few different sized pavilions. I would visit this place every week because Im a mommy and most kids would absolutely love it.

Probably one of the nicest large and shaded playgrounds for small children in upper east tn. Even has a real ice cream truck roll through a few times a week. Awesome!

My favorite park. There are play items for all ages including a splash pad, fun playground items including swings for small children, tandem swings, a merry go round, and a small child play area. It is free and there is plenty of parking.

Visited Rotary park for the first time since they remodeled it and had a blast! Definitely gonna again tomorrow!

Love this place!no admission cost. Completely gated. Public restrooms are available. And the whole place is handicap accessible. Parking is free. Just bring sunscreen!

Love this place. One of the best parks around. Clean, and safe area for kids to play. I take my baby all the time.

So much fun. A friend had his birthday party here. So much space. So many choices of things to do. Very well maintained. And even though lots of other people were there never seemed to be crowded. Loved the atmosphere. Got to see adults and kids play together. And the water park a must see for families. Will definitely be returning to this place to check out more of it.

A great park for all ages. Fun features that keep kids moving, playing, and making friends. Best of all, its free. It can get a little crowded, but there always seems to be room for the kids to play anyway.

I love this park! There are many playgrounds to play on so if one is too busy for my liking I walk til I find another one. Lots of things to do with the family.

Its a nice size playground and has something for multiple age ranges. It has a variety of swings and I love that its completely fenced in. Restrooms are close along with picnic tables. In the summer they also have a great splash pad

This is a great place to take the kids to cool off and let out some energy on a hot day. The park is entirely fenced in so parents feel free to sit down and let the kids run wild.
