A nice place to sit and eat lunch, or sit and just admire the open space. There is nice shrubbery andflowers in this area. On either end of the plaza are large water fountains with globes of the Earth in them. One is usually missing the water, but the other floats and you can spin it.The Carillon itself is very loud when it chimes, so be ready. If you dont like loud sounds, you would be best to cover your ears.
