Nice play area for toddlers and one for bigger children. Nice walking trails. It was nice just wish people knew how to use trash cans provided instead of the ground. Ugh.

I really appreciate the manager at this pool. He is always right on top of things. Ive seen him doctor wounds, making water rounds for his employees consistently, and even jumping in the pool fully dressed to help someone. He has personally helped us with our autistic son several times. From removing a splinter to making him laugh when he was crying. Totally love that man.

New amphitheatre going to be very cool when finished.

My family and I love coming to Porter Ellis Park and pool. The pool was renovated a several years ago and it still in great shape. The fees for children ages 1 to 17 is $4.50 and for adults 18 and over is $5.50. Prices after 5pm are a dollar off for children and a dollar fifty off for adults.

This was a pretty cool park. We were here for the 2017 Eclipse and had quite the experience. Parking was free, there were plenty of vendors selling decently priced food and drink, and all of the people were really friendly. The grounds seemed to be well maintained as well. The only complaint I think would be the parking at the top of the hill, but of course we were here during a very busy time.

I love that this park is more quiet. It has a nice walking path, an amphitheater, a small water park, a big concrete octopus where kids (or adults!) can sit or climb, plus a playground and pavilion. There are also more private picnic tables and grills, so it really has everything you need. I will say that its not in a TERRIBLE part of town, but you want to be cautious at night just in case.

This was the first time I had been to this pool since I like 10. And it was actually really nice. I rented their party table for my daughters 5th birthday and it was great. Lots of room for a the kids and wasnt very busy(it was close to end of season, like after school started lol). Only thing I didnt care for was that the party tables were on the opposite side of the pool so the kiddy pool was a bit far and they dont give like a time notice prior to closing like memorial. But honestly they were way better than memorial pool anyways!

I was looking for new place for me to walk my dogs. This park was clean and the park is very well kept. The whole trail walks around in one big circle and the view of the river is nice. Pool seems clean and well maintained but I havent swam there yet. Deff still a main go to for walking my pups.

Its a Park full of life from Young to Old, Friends to Family. Great place to do some Grillin, Chillin with family & good friends. Does have a pool in the park along with a medium sized jungle gyms for the smaller children.

Great views and a pavillion. Public restrooms. Walking trail can be an easy loop or a challenging loop.

The park was still beautiful, a day after the big tornado. The park is generally clean, well maintained and serene!

Always a great place to take photos or walk the dog or just enjoy a park while doing park things. The pool also is open for dogs at the end of the summer and I bet your pooch would love to dip in the nice wetness of the parks pool. Just do it I promise you wont regret it. I swear.

Beautiful park in Jeff City. They have nice, newly renovated playgrounds and the park is kept clean.

We love this park and frequently play and run here. They have a big kids playground as well as one intended for smaller kids. Its kept clean and is safe for kids of all ages. Public pool on site and is cheap to swim. Easy to find from East McCarty.

Had a great time. Picnic lunch & playing in the play area. We enjoyed watching the train go by, too.

EP has been here since I was in grade school and played baseball. It has not changed much and its still the goto place for parents to sign kids up for games.It gets hot so bring drinks, shade abd bug spray so you do catch so weird bite lol. Good little park. They do have a neat little place to buy drinks now and food. Nothing real special here.Your trust worthy critic

Went for the Hocus pocus outdoor movie showing and it was great! There were plenty of food trucks there, but some ran out of food mid movie, so didnt get to try but one.Although it was in the 3rd week of October and cold and chilly, I would do it again!

Great playgrounds, great swimming pool, lots of open grassy spaces, good parking, good sidewalks. But there are a few hills, so its good for walking up and down hills, but not so good for walking level.

Always clean and very friendly staff and my family loves the calmness! Just a great place. Close to our home.

This is my familys favorite park in Jefferson City! The red swing for people with disabilities is a briliant idea although our trip there today we seen that all four parts of the buckles were broken and unstable. Other than that, this park never disappoints!!!

We went there for the day in the park it was a wonderful day they should do more events at the park more area for more people very nice place to play with kids have a picnic live music whatever your case may be I suggest this place for any gathering for many people
