This place is ONLY 15 minutes from my home and such a tranquil place. It so reminds me of home TEXAS...But with its on Missouri style. Just an amazing place for a day long hime or just a 30 min lunch spot to defuse...

Excellent place to go trail running near Jeff City. Lots of miles of single track. Compact space. Never crowded.

Beautiful park, lake, and disc golf course. The rolling hills and view of the lake made for a great day of disc golf.

Cool, well marked bike trails through the woods. Different levels of riding, good for kids and adults. A lot of spider webs in the early morning though!

It would be nice if conservation could remove even half the moss and lilly pads

Its gorgeous and so well cared for! The only part i dont like is if you call the binder campgrounders; they say that they do not allow tent camping but yet the website says that they do. JC parks advertises that you can but when you call to reserve...they only allow 1 tent per RV site but you cant just go in with just tents to camp or rough it

They need to get rid of some of the vegitation along the bank so my grandkids can fish.

Fishing at Binder Lake was horrible. Moss everywhere. It used to be a good place to take our kids is a run down area now.

Binder is a great lake and park. Very fun place to take the the family for just about anything. We fish, we hike, we let the kids play at the playground, and you can also disc golf. Always a good time, but people need to be responsible for their own trash. It sucks seeing so much laying around because people are too lazy to clean up after themselves.

Beautiful day at the park to do some geocaching. Unfortunately, we couldnt find 2 of the 6 we looked for, nor had others so they probably need to be serviced but there are tons there!

Binder Park is a great park for disc golf and softball and fishing. Two great course with varyingdifficulty . Both equally enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Visited in a 38 motor home. Sites concrete and fairly level. Lots of trees but was able to navigate easily. Need extra water hose as you share spigot. Good to have a Y connector as well. Would visit again.

Come play disc golf! Two 18 hole courses that are fair challenging. All kinds of space and woods for walks or runs, or enjoy fishing or relaxing by the water. 150 acre impoundedment.

Binder Park is the largest city park in Jefferson City. It is popular for fishing, festivals, mountain biking, hiking, and sailing. It is a great place for a picnic!

Had a blast out on the lake. The place is just beautiful and well kept. Will return soon!

A small, beautiful campground. Sites are mostly level and shady. Bring a long fresh water hose because the water isnt necessarily right at your site. Each site has a picnic table with a roof over it. Camp host very helpful, laundry was clean.

My husband and I spent our 38th year anniversary at this gem. We loved the layout of the campground. All the sites are very nice. Perfect location too. The camp host was awesome! Happy they were able to go on vacation after two years. Thank you so much for the enjoyable stay. We will definitely be back.

Nice open area....but no bathrooms around and fishing areas werent shaded at all....roasted in the sun. Need more shade trees. Fishing was pretty good...got alot of bluegill and a nice bass. It was very clean!!

Nice large park with lake for fishing, small boats, and play areas for kids. Popular spots for athletic events (baseball, volley ball, etc). Picnic areas available.

My family loves to fish and my kids also play softball and football there. Great place!

The hayride was amazing the scenery couldnt be more beautiful. The Autumn leaves and cool breeze was breathtaking and the bonfire was icing on the cake.

Beautiful lake and multiple disc golf courses, pavilions and parking, picnic tables, grills, and fishing. I spent three hours there Sunday while my son and friends played disc golf. Serene, peaceful and relaxing and beautiful, a wonderful outdoor park and all free with hiking trails for people and dogs. With a large lake for fishing, kayaking, and just relaxing in the quiet beauty of nature outdoors.

This park is very nice. MDC does a great job maintaining the trails, even recently added names to the trails to make them easier to follow. The disc golf course is the best in town In my opinion. Fishing is underdesiarable probably because it is the most popular for fishing in town. Over all this park is in top five in town for sure.

The environment is great, huge park that you can go for a run or a nice walk. It is a quiet and peaceful place if you head down with your family.

Best complex to arrive at. Baseball fields, fishing, kayaking, disk golf, etc. Great place in Jeff City. Well maintained, and not full of goose pooh.

Nice size lake, great for fishing, hosts a renaissance festival in August I think, good nature trails but must watch little ones as they could easily fall into the lake, not for elderly who need cane or walker (the trails, that is, they are not paved, lots of roots and rocks sticking up), nice pavilion for get-togethers, floating dock to fish from, very pretty, camping area

Nice small lake here in Jefferson City but could use more fishing docks.

Binder Park is beautiful, open and great for kids. Fishing is great and there are a lot if place for the fam to fish along.

Peaceful tranquil lake!! Lived in Jeffersom city for 24 years and love having this lake near by!

For a Urban park, this one is very nice. Many miles of trails. The trails are not always maintained well, so summer can be tough with weeds and ticks. A little nosey but not horrible. Jefferson City is lucky to have such a place as this.

I recommend Binder Park its one of Jefferson Citys older Parks but they have renovated it a lot of things going on there. Theres a swimming pool there is an Amphitheater theres an art area. They have a lot of weddings here. There is a Pavilion with tables there is a lot of equipment for the children to play on. Down below is where they have the ball games. Next thing I got to say is fun

Very nice park with a ton of hiking and bike trails. Plenty of fishing spots. Playground equipment for the kids. Plus, disc golf. There is something for everyone in this hidden gem in JC.

Clean quiet well separated city run park. Full hook ups clean shower house. Host were both very cordial and helpful. Reservations a must.

Great for sports, camping and frisbee golf.

Good ball fields. Beware that when they are dry it is almost lile playing on concrete.

Quiet campgroup in a nice park! Campground host was very kind and helpful. Bathrooms are clean but basic. Only difficulty was the long reach for water...our hose didnt make the reach.

It’s a very large city maintained park. Large lake with plenty of fish, RV camping and a decent country setting. Overall it’s a nice park

Very nice campground! Very clean bathrooms. Full hookups and great price. We reserved 3 sites for our family and two others for a night on our trip to the Capitol. Camp Host was great. Friendly place. Nearby park activities. Had a great time! (Reservations recommended)

Nice boat ramp and accommodations. Fishing can be a bit tough but I did manage to catch a 5.5 lb bass. Theres bigger ones in there!

Had a great time here! The park was very clean, there was good fishing and close to everything.

Second time here in week. Helpful attendant at the entrance. Love our spot with all the trees. We recommend Binder Park!
