This place has come a long way from what it used to be. The new manager (Ms Nina) is the nicest person I have ever rented from. She is very understanding and she actually cares about her tenants.

We have lived here since March. The owner is a very good person and its not a bad place to live. Its mainly quiet here everyone stays to themselves.

Was just hung up on because whoever answered the phone decided they don’t answer any work related questions on Saturday. I simply asked if they had any spots available and the person laughed and hung up on me. Absolutely absurd way to run a business.

Very closed in feeling. Landscaping is looking better, and theyre working on the trailers. Hope it continues.

Worst trailer park ever! Old trailers, nothing is up to codes, high rent, & bad neighborhood.

Lived there years ago it is much better than it looks management is sometimey but all in all ok.

Suntree used to be a great place....now under new management it has a new name LIL Mexico filled with illegals and hookers, loud music, and full of drugs, even on sundays! the management caters this kind of crap and does it themselves...BED BUGS are bad there too...friend of mine bought a trailer from a guy there and only after a month being there in that nasty park his place was so bugged up he had to move....took my friend two months of cleaning, spraying, and bombing to get rid of them nasty bed bugs. BED BUGS are nasty blood suckers if you didnt know, if you have kids stay away from there. I went to visit a co-worker that lived there and just by standing there outside I got them, ended up burning my clothes before I got inside my own place. and this place does not deserve the 1 star is review app makes you give to post!!!!

The owners and Property managers as well as maintenance for this trailer park are a disgrace.My family and Ive lived here for a little over a year. They wont evict those in the park who are actually a problem by blasting their music and acting like the roads within the trailer park are a race track, but will evict those who were told by property managers that we should call the police on our neighbors. Plus all of their trailers are infested with BED BUGS and they wont do a thing about it. Not only that but as Ive stated before, weve lived here in this trailer park for a little over a year. The only way we were able to get anything even half-assed fixed is to call the City Code Enforcement on them. THIS IS A VERY BAD PLACE TO LIVE. I HOPE YOU ALL LOOK ELSE WHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
