Slum lord location. When you need maintenance work done its like pulling teeth then when he finally shows up he tries to bubblegum a solution instead of just spending the little extra to replace it with a new part. But I will admit the trailer park is always quiet no fighting and ruckus that you get in a lot of run down trailer parks

There is drug dealing in the park the guy that cuts grass will whine about you all in all dont rent from them if I was you I look some were else before I rent from them its run down no maintenance done just rub down dump
