The park is very well managed. The upkeep and presentation look good. Very quiet but also welcoming for families.

Loved the trailer. Cant wait to move.

Trailer park where you own your own trailers some good trailers some Junkie

Love this place

I went to visit this trailer park earlier this week to see if they had any trailers available. Once arrived and in the office, the two managers seemed more interested in their gossip about another manager, rather than assist me. Still interested in a trailer, I stayed and waited for them to finish their gossip. I was then greeted very boorishly. While looking at the trailers they showed me, neither one could tell me a thing about the trailer. I asked, in the third trailer, if you don’t know anything about the trailer then how can you get a renter. The “Area Manager” stated snidely “These homes aren’t for rent we sell them. If you want to rent a home you better look elsewhere!” I thanked the two for their time and left. With rude managers as such, I would be foolish to even consider moving to this trailer park.

Management can be a bit hard to work with but neighborhood is decent

The manager wasnt even polite enough to come out of his office when we walked in. A quick drive through showed that the trailers are nowhere near worth what theyre asking for them (upwards of $20k) considering they are dated and many in disrepair. The manager on duty was rude, aloof, and entirely unhelpful with any questions. The park itself is seedy. There are definitely better options in the area and Id avoid this place like the plague.

Great place to live but beware the kids are pure evil

DONT KNOW HOW TO BE AT THE OFFICE WHEN THEIR HOURS ARE MONDAY THRU FRIDAY 9am-6pm. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CALL THE LADY ALL DAY AND NO ONE HAS BEEN IN THE OFFICE!!!

They dont do anything here. Whether you call and complain yourself or have witnesses. Still do nothing.

Disgusting trailers, nasty dumpster, there were maggots by the dumpster and the entire trailer park has cockroaches.

Junk, trash, broken down cars and lots of crime has made Northwood a soar spot for a while now.
