Its a clean & nice place to stay at.

I now live here and I cant say enough good things about this place. The park manager is nice, the neighbors are friendly. I feel safe there which is especially important having a kid now. They have a quiet time thats inforced which is nice so I dont have to worry about getting woken up late at night

Nice quiet place to live. Rent a little high but guess thats normal now a days. Convenient to everything in Jacksonville.
