Poor management. No accountability. I would not live here for anything even if they paid my rent for me.

Cant afford to move hate it here....

Recently visited the community along with my sister and have to say that I am looking very forward to moving here in the near future. The staff was very professional and made me feel like I was walking into a family members house. I loved the amenities but the rent for the 3 bedroom home we saw was a little higher than I want to spend right now. The young lady took my info down and the manager offered to keep in contact with me via email /phone to keep me up to date on what was available.

Nice place to live. Nice little community, peaceful and good place for the kiddos. They have a nice pool, and playground . Stop in and check them out.

Whomever that answered the phone today is rude. You guys need better customer service. Dont have to worry about me trying to purchase or rent nothing from here again. Ill try the other communities near by. Rude lady. SMH.

My friends actually just moved here recently! It is so peaceful and calm. I really want to move there

We live in N.Y. and are relocating this community is awesome. Lucy is amazing thank you for making this so easy. Clean Convient and Cozy in a great location and close to good schools. I think Ive found my families new home.

I want to say that the workers at crystal spring are amazing specially Lucy she is not only a spanish speaker which helps a lot but she goes on and beyond... They helped me become home owner at a very young age to which is amazing and really nice off them.

Office staff was pleasant, but not a place for me to live.

Lot rent should not be 500+ when the front gate doesn’t even work and the trash is constantly over flowing. Got people driving through the neighborhood and stopping in the road for conversation all night long. It’s not a gated community and not worth the price. I don’t recommend this place.

Inadequate trash recepticles. This area never cleaned. No option to recycle. Annual rent increases, becoming very high.

Poor management have live here over a year paying a lot rent of 500 a month front gates never work and stay open so it’s not a gated community like they say lawn care is terrible lot rent goes up every year they do not keep to there contracts trash constantly overflowing have a huge sink hole they they try to fix that has now resulted in them buying back a trailer so still not fixed beware if looking to rent or buy here talk to the residents first
