Nice area, kept very clean, with public bathrooms but bring your own toilet seat cover, or cleaner, as its stainless steel bowls (not dirty)

Nice beach. Not overly crowded. Enough space to be socially distant. Clean. Good family beach. Nice place to walk the beach or even ride your bike. Free parking.

Beautiful little spot with a free parking lot and easy access down to the beach. Also lots of shops and places to eat near by so spending the day at the beach in this spot is so heavenly ️️

On a weekday, in early December, almost no one there. Very peaceful and quiet. Quite lovely.

Nice place to have a picnic. Several seating areas. Educational info about the plants and wildlife in the area. Beautiful art sculptures. Bathroom & showers with beach access and lots of parking.

It was decent. But honestly, it was who I was with that really made it a wonderful experience. I just didnt like that the bathroom was damn near a whole mile away from where we were. That wasnt cool. But other than that, it was decent for the most part. For real. Thumbs up.

Nice place to walk, sun or fish with lifeguards on duty. A place to wash your sand of your feet and more. Plenty of space for social distancing.

It was awesome to see the Memorial Wall for all branches of the service and to read the signs explaining important facts about our beach and the living creatures that call it home.

Beautiful oceanfront park. Very nicely kept with lots of parking. Restroom facilities and sitting areas. No playground for kids.

The beach is clean with easy access. There are also fountains available for you to wash off the sand before you leave

The beach is very nice. We had so much fun here with our grandson.

Enjoyed the Beach.Bathrooms were closed guess because of covid.Outside showers not working so you cant rinse off .

There are bathrooms and a nice track around the park. Its a good spot for Pokemon/Harry Potter too.

Beach is nice and the table/bench area looks great. However, a word of caution that the times Ive been the parking lot was packed and the really narrow roads made it difficult to drive through.

The food was awesome. It was fresh and not over cooked. The service was great, what ever we ask for the server got quickly. Great Environment was great as well.

Beautiful park with grassy area only two negatives which affected my rating:- the bathrooms need a revamp. Out of 4 bathrooms, one was broken, and one smelled like someone was moving cigarettes in there.- no handicap access. We had a beach cart and had to carry it up and down a set of stairs (9-10).Would be nice if they had a playground there.

Always fun. Walk the strip, enjoy a non-crowded beach and Try Joes Crab Shack. The best seafood is sold by the beach!

We parked here to enjoying s few hours at the beach. There are public bathrooms. They have been clean the times we have been there.

Brought my little ones here to see the BLUE ANGELS fly around a few months back. Glad that there were public restrooms (stainless steel fixtures inside) available for use. Theres a sand volleyball court, marine concrete sculptures and a central green area for lounging and spreading out blankets. Installation of a kids play structure would garner a 5- star rating !

Great spot to park for a beach visit. Come early during busy times. With restrooms. Food a block or two away. An ice cream truck every few hours when its busy and warm.

Best parking and beach access for handicap as well. Pokemon stops and gyms a plenty as well. Leave no trace and keep off the dunes to protect our beaches

Went there to have a family day with the kids and it was absolutely stunning there kids had fun we all had a great time

Sea is getting warmer and waves getting bigger...I usually go to this beach and then to a nearby brewery...a very good summer plan

Ocean view with a relaxing walking experience. Enjoy many miles of walking. Lots of places you can park around. A place to come back. To relax, to walk, to have a sun tan or simply sit back and hear the sounds of the waves.

The beach was clean and pretty. Parking was a bit hard to find.

I love going here, especially at night. There are some beautiful places in Jacksonville that really stick out to me and this is definitely one of them. You can also go walking along the beach at night, and its the single most relaxing thing ever, to hear the waves crashing on to the shore. A definite must go!

Showers and free parking are my two favorite things when going to the beach.

The ocean gives us alot of toys to play with. I went there and got a free burger and a softball for free.

Jumped on the #8 bus after a shopping excursion at my favorite Pharmacy...MUV on Hendricks. Slipped onto the Redline in front of Harbor Freight, and next thing I knew I was dreaming about saving coeds in the surf whilst enjoying the view from the life guard bench. Nice.

I love coming here. It is so peaceful for me.

Had a great experience, I went at night alone & felt safe. I would recommend to friends. Beautiful park full of tons of activities. I plan on returning during the day before I leave to go home to NY.

Awesome park to barbeque by the beach. Stone tables to set up on. 3 or 4 stone chairs per table. Nice park area surrounding the table area. Includes a volley ball net on the sand nearby. Walking distance from the beach. Good amount of parking. Ive rarely ever not found a spot to park.

Absolutely clean and beautiful beaches water was clean I really enjoyed the day.

Came all the way from Tennessee and they dont let dogs on the beach except in winter. Disappointing.
