Have trick or treated here for the past 4 years with my kids always a safe environment and good people. Careful its a bit of a maze.

Moved in a few weeks back. Very pleased so far. The entire community is clean, and well kept. The staff has been very friendly, and helpful. Our place is nicer than I thought it would be. New energy efficient Whirlpool appliances, new energy efficient windows, the water is very very clean. We are quite comfortable here. It feels like home already.

This is a nice community, the only issue I really have is never seeing the water bill only once in the past 6 months of living here. It’s a bit pricey to live here also. Otherwise like I said it’s a very nice community m.

I love this place

I lived here and it was absolutely horrible. Lot Rent keeps going up with no reason other than them trying to force you to buy. They took a chunk of my siding and never replaced it. Even when I left, more than likely it wasnt even fixed. They hired and I say this so loosely, an incompetent contractor who was super lazy and the result of my floor was bubbled and lumpy. He also put a tacky wood trim on ALREADY placed trim. Dont even get me started on management. They dont know what the hell they are doing. Example 1: They took a whole street out during the end of fall/ beginning of winter. Peoples cars scraped from one level of concrete to mush mud. It was a joke and I was lucky I had an SUV but some people couldnt even get into their drives because of the incline. Did they do anything about it? Nope. Not for months. And they never took responsibility for the timing or the damage on peoples vehicles. Super shady. The lack of structure from management down is pathetic. Children are unattended and rude and someone even murdered a cat during my residency there. Overall, Im glad I left because from reviews lately, its gotten a lot worse.

Lived here 4 years, the community is great for small families. Staff is always helpful and friendly. They go above and beyond to make the community as inclusive as possible, addressing issues when necessary to the best of their ability. I dont like that management has to go to such great lengths to enforce community rules people signed to obey when they moved in. If it was easier to get rid of the troublemakers I would rate them a 4 star community. I would give a 5 star rating if they didnt raise the rate every year on those who have stayed longer than 2 years, it would.be nice if they offered a long term discount instead of an increase. Also a military discount would be a very patriotic incentive for community members.

People drive faster than posted speed limit and down the middle of the road.

Jennifer Sheathelm is the manager of this community and she is very rude and demanding of the tenants. She does not speak to people the way that management should and has no business being in her position. She will hang up on the tenants when they are disagreeing with her and cannot prove what she is demanding be done in any of the rules/regulations handbooks. Maintenance does not complete anything timely and does not show up to scheduled meetings without any notice. After being a tenant for almost a year I would not recommend this place to anyone!

This place is TERRIBLE. Ridiculously expensive, garbage all over yards, the sales manager Jennifer Sheathhelm is rude and never available. Never responded to an email she requested I send her, probably because it was to sell my mobile home and not buy one. Totally not worth the money to live here. Just DON’T DO IT!!

I enjoy how quiet the park is. I love the kids park also. I have had lots of home issues sense moving in. The latest being a cabinet I reported the cabinet starting to fall a week prior to the cabinet falling off the wall And hitting my child. Thank you to Mandy Goodman who sent someone to my house after hours to finish taking it off the wall . I feel that upper management does not care. This could have turned into a more serious matter had one of my smaller daughters been in the bathroom and gotten hit.

Very overpriced. We moved here in the winter to be closer to the hospital, where my husband works. Now that its getting hot my house smells like baked cat piss! Its hard to breathe and I feel constantly nauseous from the smell. We have a 2 year old and a 3.5 year old who have seemed to have some lasting cough and breathing issues for the last couple of months as well. I would never pay 800 a month for a place knowing that it smelled like this! We may end up needing to break our lease! Its only the beginning of summer! I only see it getting worse!!

We have rented for five years. Moved in to a brand new home. Heats and cooled very reasonable.

I have never loved a community as much as i love this one. They have great staff who take care of us well. Everytime i go to the office i deal with Mandie or Sarah. They are both great people. As long as your paying rent on time, you should not have any problems. I would recommend this place to a lot of people.

They could stand to make turning lanes and fix some of the pot holes in the roads.

People dont drive the posted speed limit or on the right side of the street. There is garage in the woods, I saw a big big green tent in the woods with a hole. When you enter into the place there potholes to drive around.

I have family their and they like it

This community is pretty nice and well kept but extremely pricey for in all actuality what youre getting is a nice trailer. Ive known plenty of people that have lived here in the past and have not heard a single complaint from any of them though so maybe that extra money makes a difference.

I’ve lived here for several months already and none of the issues that were in my initial inspection have been fixed yet. Calls are never returned, leaving different Voicemails and emails and they “never received them” and everything is always your fault. Stay away from this community.

Its a large mobile home community. No old junk trailers, roads are decent. To many cats and people drive to fast.

Great community to live in but having a problem keeping good staff.

Been here almost two years, had a few issues in the beginning but with the new management everything has been going great. Easy process to transfer homes and they worked through everything fast.

Very clean community with nice amenities

They kept asking me for the same paperwork, then not calling me back for week after week. They were full of promises and information that all proved incorrect. Very disappointed, and will not be coming back here for a home. As my daughter said I wouldnt want to give them a rent check, they cant even keep track of all the pages of the application.

They will not fix anything. We had a door that was broke and it took them 6 months and many trips to the office to get it fixed. Upon moving out we did a walk thru with the manager who told us that the place was in move in condition. We touched up and patched the nail holes in the walls. Cleaned everything. Received a notice that not only were they keeping our deposit but we owed them money. What a joke!

After a small hiccup(not their fault or ours) the process of getting our home was smooth. So far so good as we are just moving in. YES the addresses may be off on Google but that is no fault of theirs as they are expanding and the COUNTY is changing the addresses. My home was VERY clean upon move in and so far they have been very quick to fix what I found needed to be fixed. Girls in the office have been very friendly and quick on getting me any help I needed to make our move smooth. It has been very quiet(SO FAR). Last night due to icy conditions my Caravan slipped into the street from my driveway and my neighbor saw this and came out in icy rain to knock on my door(thanks neighbor). From what I see 95% of the residents have great pride in having a nice home.

I have lived here for almost 9 yrs! I just received another lot rent increase of $40 a month they dont care that Im on a fixed disibility budget of. Less than $900 a month!Their response was to sell my trailer and get out!!

Will Say that they signed you off a lease when someone else signs on and then that person gets evicted and what do you know you now have an eviction on your record because they somehow magically lost the paperwork on two separate occasions. (If management is reading this review I am suing)

We have been living here since June of 2016, and though at first we had some unfortunate issues, since Sarah has taken the reins I have nothing but glowing reviews of her treatment of us, her prompt attention to any problems were having, and her overall positive attitude. I understand people have their own ideas on what good customer service is, but some of these reviews have to be before Sarah showed up and took over.Every single issue Ive had has been resolved within 48 hours, from putting up a gutter to trying to move us away from a drunk, beligerent neighbor. The girls in the front office are cheerful, attentive, and they take every complaint serious. I could go on and on, but I hope any future tenants get the gist of what Im saying. This is a good place to live, and their number one goal is to make sure their tenants are happy.Thank you Sarah, as well as your front office staff, I hope youre here for a very long time. This park is in great hands. Now if theyd just move me Id be on cloud 9. Keep up the good work, and God bless!Cant forget the maintenance staff for the job they do, its gotta be hard monitoring so many units. Great job guys!!Not to forget Mandy, who was also a joy to deal with, even if the home we chose was given away the day before we were supposed to move. Im sure it wasnt her fault, we could tell how upset she was that we got screwed out of the one we originally chose. So Mandy is top notch in my book as well.And to clear the record once and for all, the maintenance guy on the golf cart busts his behind, why dont our tenants work together to keep their children from darting across the street at all hours of the night. This is ridiculous, every time I drive near him he ALWAYS moves out of the way. It seems to me some of these complaints are way off base, and all we have to do as a community is work together to make things safer for all of us. Complaining on a message board doesnt change a single thing, talk to Sarah or Mandy or someone in the office and I promise you they will take your concern seriously. But being beligerent never helped anyone.

Very shady people. They tried to fraudulently move me into a house. I found out on moving day that I was unable to move, which almost left me and my kids homeless. They knew exactally what they were doing. They are frauds and crooks.

Every time I go in to inquire they are overly priced. They have adds on craigist and tulia that state they are 799 ish I go in and they have not anything under 800/820ish. There a joke.

Horrible place to live. The ladies at the office are always so rude and very lazy. Gone for hours at a time at the office. Constantly want to leave notices on doors for bs violations, but never answer the phone to solve an issue. Dont move in if youre black either, very racist out here. Nothing but a trashy, over priced place to live! Everything is broke and they dont care to fix it until you bug them enough then they will finally do there job !! Truly doesnt even deserve 1 star.

The office never answers the phone. They dont to anything they say. Their maintenance men are RUDE. The big guy drives on the golf cart all day and wont move to the side when stopped to talk to someone. He is also been seen flying through the park and management wont do anything.
