Is over priced for the type of mobile home park it isReally needs to have work done on it. My friends home always looks nice

Is a good place to live.It is a small trailer park.managment is good. I like the fact that it is quite an clean.

I own a trailer in this park and now wish to sell my home and the owner is blocking any and all applicants who wish to buy the home. I have several offers on the home and they wont even allow my applicants to get an application. He is doing this only to force me to sell to him for nothing. I will not allow him to buy my home if it comes down to junking a perfectly good trailer so he cant scam someone else so be it. I will tear the house down. Never trust the manager or the owner Steyer properties.

I have lived here for over 20 yrs. I can not tell you how many people I have seen come and go from this park. Never could understand why, till now. Recently bought a used mobile home for my daughter from the owner, it was rotted from the inside. The park maintenance cool sealed the roof and caused some issues and claimes its not the parks responsibility. Had to take it to the dump(they did pay for that). After spending over $15,000 on it and improvements we now have to move out after 8 months. Oh and still have to pay 3 months left on the lease. So I ask you? Would you want to live here? Does this sound like a good place to buy a moble home from? Please dont make the same mistake we did, move on go look some place else. BUYERS BE AWARE!!!

This is not the place if you want a nice quiet drug free area to raise your children. The manger and owner picks and chooses who has to follow the rules. There is a drug addicts and Dealers all in this place one girl had her son beat up my 6 year old while he had a broken arm. As a result of that his arm is not healing properly. The manager just says call the police and the owner dont care either just wants your money. Do not go here

Don’t buy in here believe me!!!! I did an I’m praying everyday for payback to that person. They will tell you lies lies an no one is licensed to be building anything with out a permit so BEWARE they sold me a rutted trailer 8,000 dollars that’s going to the dump An they don’t want to give me anything back but he is paying for it to go to the dump 3,000. So they think they did me a favor Really!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please don’t buy in here please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This trailer park is not a nice place to live expecially for children, the people in holiday Manor are rude and inconsiderate they talk about each other the management team are not very responsible or respectful there are bugs its a dirty place
