The roads are too thin in my opinion, people park on the curb side then its really only big enough for 1 whole car at a time to get through. Also some decent pot holes, but its not awful, pretty nice place actually, has a pool and a nice park for kids.

Thieves they will gladly take money for app. fees, then come up with excuse after excuse (like you need a years work experience thats why we cant rent to you, so you prove you have been working for years and then they say you need a cosigner now....then after you get a cosigner theyll say things like well we dont consider their job as a state paid health care worker as a full time job!?!?!?!?!?!? DO NOT RENT OR BUY FROM THESE THIEVES!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These people are CHEATS. They take your money for an application fee, and when they do, they actually say, were not here to make money off of the application fees which should have tipped me off right away that they were LYING. They said theyd have an answer for us within a week, and after 17 days weve heard excuse after excuse. First one of us had to work for at least a full year (looking at one son who had only worked 10 months), then after they were informed that the other son had worked the same job for SEVEN years straight, it became were waiting to hear from your last landlord, which then became you need a co signer that has also worked a full year and we got that done, and now they want a second co-signer.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE LYING CHEATS. UPDATE:. This park jerked us around for weeks and weeks and then actually called to harass me, more than once,.because I complained. One time they actually had people listening in on the line! We feel lucky we did not get in to their 1978 trailer with the dead bugs in the window sills and the hole Im the bedroom ceiling!!! We got Into a 2016 trailer in a MUCH nicer park with a pool, workout room, and lots twice the size, with good roads - and at the same price this place wanted.to charge.
