I lived in the village for nearly 3 years. Loved the pool and clubhouse. Affordable and a great place to be was always clean and maintained.
Called the place interested in renting a home or buying a home. What upset me was why do I need financial paperwork if Im out right buying one for cash. No check or credit card or debit card. Just cash. So I guess me and my sick wife with lupus.. will take our business some where else.
Great neighborhood. Child and pet friendly including pitbulls.
Worst management ever. They harrass you over the smallest of things
Good lunches Ive heard about it its a good place to live but other than that I dont know
Complainant that are unnecessary. Very sad!
The management is a joke they single out people and hearse them would not advise any one to buy or put a trailer in here cant drink the water half the time
Quiet and peaceful and located just outside the city limits...
Some nice homes, and some not so nice
Mostly quiet
Cant even take guests to the pool.. the place is trash.
We go to the center for get togethers like graduation parties and birthdays.
Really nice place to visit. Have a friend that lives there. Very quiet and small park. Very nice.
All in all its actually a really great Park could please to bring up the children. Affordable living. In the views from there are pretty scenic. All around good place to be. Michigan Center School District. And very close to the highway. Yeah for the most part quiet.
This is a place to call home. Kids playing, poliet people plentiful speed bumps so you know its safe for kids.*editI really thought this was a great place but it has been nothing but a hassle to live here and deal with the management. Not only that but the employees are rude af EXCEPT the gentlemen who take care of the property and the maintenance man
Clean, neatly kept yards. No falling apart or dilapidated trailers that I saw. Only a couple of places with visible junk in the yard. Small pool at closed, locked clubhouse. Overall a pretty nice Trailer Park.
I loved my entire experience here, from working with Helen to get approved, to the home, the atmosphere where I lived, so on and so forth.First, management is everything! I adored Helen, and Id like to think she adored me in the same way. She was like a second mother to me, and since moving away from the park, I miss her and her husband Mike dearly. Sadly, due to an abusive marriage, I had to leave my home, which I also miss dearly, as it was the perfect location for me next to the woods. Plus, the woodwork in my home was absolutely gorgeously. The rules are strict and we got hit a couple times, but fixed the issues accordingly. Having such high standards is what sets this park apart from others I had looked at.My only two gripes are about the maintenance men and the family next to me.I was moving in at the same time as this family with 5 unruly children was, and that was my hard-limit; kids. However, as soon as Helen knew of them she immediately told me, but I had already fallen in love with the home and how close it was to the forest, therefore I pursued it, regardless. The kids were not unbearably awful, but they made taking my dogs out, or sitting quietly outside observing nature a hassle.Aaron and Brian, the maintenance men, were janky. Brian knew more than Aaron did, and he was willing to actually give things a shot, but the quality and knowledge were just not up to par. So if you are forced to have maintenance done on your home, choose Brian, but if you can afford it, pay a locally license handyman and avoid the headache. (Its been a year since Ive been there, so they may not be there anymore-fingers crossed.)All in all, I miss my home, and I desperately wish I did not have to leave. I highly recommend this community.
Usually always clean just mgnt is rude to its tenants and allow zero leniency. MIL and GIL live here and are both handicapped and park will fine if someones trash blows in their yard and isnt cleaned. Its like the park cant afford maintenance
I managed this place for years. Mostly a community of seniors that like to keep flowers in their lawn.
Decent lil village
Despite what I said at first, I recommend it now. Helen is a nice lady and works with my mom at financing. A quiet place. Some neighbors are too nosy for their own good but it gets handled.
The area is kept clean and mostly well manicured... And the neighborhood is quiet and pleasant..
Older mobile home park still in good shape. Drive slow Id recommend. Lots of complaining residents.
Run down trailers, pot holed road kinda of an eyesore.
Visited a friend here for a while. Atmosphere was friendly.
Very nice park and Helen in the office is vary helpful.
First off i would like to say i wish i could make it no starsi used to live hear for 8 months these were the worst eight months of my life i was there two day and my trailer skirting was stolen. one day i walk out to see my porch light get unscrewed the plow guy dug up my yard and hit my van there was one nice lady in the park and she toled me about the one time she got a big paycheck a went to the goodwill to get those good brands . a kid put dog poo in my ac and my window. someone broke my van window for 18 cents and a cigarette . i lost my job because my boss found out i lived there only the worst of jackson live there .
Gross. The picture speaks for itself
Lived here for three years never have heard of rent being raised under a lease anyway no way for them to raise rent can charge you for late payment but other words nice peaceful place besides annoying small dogs barking. Very strict on the things you can have in your yard but that makes it nice not to live next to nasty people.
Nice little trailers
Its a mobile home park... What can I say. Looks nice for the first glance
Mom lives there. Horrible management, rude and unfair. Great place to live if you can get past the tacky unprofessional management. (Anal)
Seen cats on top a few trailers roofs good spot for back page women
Dont live here but visited. Pretty good large units.
They work with low income families to own their place.
The community is great
This is an amazing place. Very quiet and friendly.
I love here and screw you if you have something to say about it, I love this place
Quaintquiet. .
Clean and tidy
No one watches their kids.. No one. The kids are crazy wild there..
Friendly people and the management staff is very nice.
Nice place to live, well maintained and the lot prices are low for the quality of the Community!
They can raise the rent anytime they want!? Weve been here 3 years and theyve raised the rent 4 times. It also takes us 3 minutes to get to out of the park from the back due to poor design.
Not the greatest place .....
