Just shy of 2 months since I sold my trailer and they STILL havent sent my security deposit to me. How long does it take to send a check? My rent was NEVER late in the 3 years I lived there.

Wasnt bad... Was only there for a few minutes, dont have a say, other that it was a 10 minute drive out of my way.

Crystal in the office is absolutely *Amazing!* She went above and beyond to help me purchase my very first home. It is a nice park and I definitely recommend it!

Lots of friendly people. Well kept community. They make you feel at home.

Not a good place to live you have break in and poor management and over priced

I hate this place!!! The only reason i go is to clear snow out of the drive.
