This place is s total DUMP! The managers will not provide heat! When it rains, it rains into your trailer!! They WILL NOT REPAIR ANYTHING. I DOUBT IFOST OF THE PEOPLE THERE ARE USA CITIZEN S! CITY OF MADISON COUNTY AND TBE OWNERS, NEED TO CLEAN UP!!

The place is awful, speed bumps that destroy your car, most street signs are almost unreadable, unattended children who trespass on someone elses property at all times, people blasting loud music at 2 in the morning, and favoritism. If you need a place to live cheap then it will do

This is definitely the most gross dirty nasty trailer park that I have ever seen!!The past and present owners still leave the trash all over the place like a public waste site!!Right near the main road!!The place is so filled with drugs its pathetic!!Idky they are so worried about getting visitor info when they are allowing 10 and 15 peolpe live in one small trailer!!??Place is nothing but trouble!!
