I have been in mulberry acres park for 21 years and I have seen a lot of managers come and go we had Monty who was my favorite and first one than a group of lender who formed corporate company investors in the park and I must say that I only know of 5 neighbors in my park all the years we still have a lady who lives up by new York city and owned townhouses out east. She has always been very nice and accessible when you need to call her. That is the owners address now. Karen has done a lot of finish up Ann and her job gotta say that the journey is very ruffle feathers that some people dont like. Me I have stayed in my dead end of the street and I dont talk to 4 people who lived across from meVery nice folks. I have managed this 21 yrs now and I am 80 yrs old. My problem is that I moved into here we were to get free pickup at the driveway when we got something to big too haul to dumpster and I have some things I have to get moving to the dumpster that is and was the agreement that I first signed up for. Now we have had so many rules and regulations changed it gives us a very bad reputation. I have followed my rules. But I had a dog who the children play with and they dont want you to do that with the kids in the park so I was forced to give up my dog Baxter or moved out. Knows that I couldnt afford to move out of the park. So I think that it is your choice and reading this longer list of rules. Make sure that it doesnt effects your family and children. Other wise I am happy in my corner and I dont bother anyone even Karen. Good luck and I love my lot.

Very quiet and nice family atmosphere.

The owner is a slum lord. She’s always accusing people of ripping her off when all honestly she rips the people who live there off. She says every park manager she had stole from her then expect you to pay more even if you have receipts. I’m so glad to be out of there. Hope everyone gets out soon.

Harrassed by landlord all the time and landlord (Jerry sides) stating that he doesnt care about the people that live here and being a firefighter here is disrespect towards the citizens I protect when called out! Having drug addicts everywhere in the park I saving money to move my trailer somewhere else. If its possible to put 0 stars on here I would

This place is the true stereotype of trailer park. Plain old nasty for the most part. I feel sorry for the folks who are still trying to keep their places nice.

Since Jerry Sides retired there is a new manager! He is amazing! He cares for each and every lot in this park and he is a really nice guy!!!!!!

The chick that I dropped off there was a nutcase. I was just glad to be rid of her thats the only thing I like about the place

Please dont rent or rent to own here. When Rickie Holifield was a manager here it was good and fine. No troubles at all then. Now they dont care about u at all. We have gave an gave money and they still say i owe more money and got receipts saying different. I am moving out of here. They dont care. Telling us my grandkids cant have their toys outside or my child either. Got griped at for plants in flower pots n having vegs growing. I thought u are buying u should be able to make it pretty and kids to play. My grandkids are half mexican n half white. Oh well. Just dont

Matienence comes in home without permission and things go missing. You get fines for every little thing. If something is broke it takes at least a week to get fixed. Feels like prison. Cant wait to move.

This place used to be a nice place to live and its not the same. As the prior manager of this park I stepped down because of issues with upper management and business methods are questionable.
