My son lives in there and has for quiet a while he seems to like it

Ive lived here for 4 years and never had a problem. Loved it.

A quiet place to live for the last three years could use some improvements but overall not a bad place to live

Nice streets to drive on. Lots of new trailers but lots of old ones to. The manager was extremely friendly. Definitely pet friendly by the looks of all the pets in peoples yards. I didnt see anything for children to do or play on. Also no pool or basketball court for kids or adults. The owners must obviously not have children.

Its not that I hated it I think its got a lot of potential the problem is that there are wild cats every no matter where you go or what you do there are cats everywhere it would be a nice little park if they got rid of the Dam Cats

The people and staff are nice people and its a great community.

Its getting much nicer. Id recommend this place to anyone needing a good start. There are less older trailers and more newer ones to choose from.

Ive met so many nice people and walking buddies. I really enjoyed it here. Yes lots of cats because people wont take care of them when they bring them.I took care of females cats so they dont populate. Took four with me when I left. I never had a problem with bugs. But Id definitely would come back.. If you dont have respect for others of course you will have problems. Like I said I made a lot of friends and had good times here.

Best place to go if ya like cockroaches, bed bugs, stray cats.....lots and lots of stray cats. And if ya hate being bothered by a good maintenance crew dont worry management couldnt give a crap about you or your trailer once you start giving them your money. And your neighbors?? All sorts of people from drunks that wander the streets ALL DAY to the teenage riff raff thatll steal your stuff and the crack heads and meth heads thatll vaccume your grass for you at 2 in the morning.

They seem to be trying to clean up and make this a better place to live now if they would only do something about all of the wild cats that are running around there I drove through yesterday 12/12/2018 and the time it took me to drive around the block I counted 16 cats Im not sure if they were all wild but when I got to my In-laws trailer there was 4 cats in there yard and they dont have any cats so please do something about all of the cats very nice place besides the cat problem
