The man who leases this land is a bully and harasses people he also spies on them with video surveillance without their knowledge or permission. He tried to refuse a service animal and do am eviction bc of her breed also stated he didnt have to accommodate. The grounds are filthy garbage everywhere you look. The homes that are available for rent or to be bought where stolen from original owners by this man. Out of 9 people he stole from and took to court one lady one and still has her home which has been moved and was awarded money for her problems as a result. This place is located right in the heart and sole of Jacksons finest ghetto. Gun shots drugs and robbery is all that surrounds you . I suggest any place in RANKIN COUNTY OTHER THAN HERE THIS IS NOTHING BUT A GARBAGE FILLED BED BUG INFESTED PUBLIC DUMP WITH PEOPLE LIVING IN THEIR OWN FILTH AND TOO SCARED TO CHANGE IT

I grew up here Im 41 years old now and still have a few close friends and relatives that stay there that are up in age that I regularly check on

It was alright, might need to be cleaned up a little bit but the owner was nice and helpful.

It was awfull. I was questioned by the manager Bubba and all I was doing was visiting a friend. I would not recommend anyone to live there.

Not too eye appealing. The grounds need to b kept up & the holes in the drive were horrible! I couldnt IMAGINE handling my fifth wheel safely! I wonder if its happened B4

I was a Guest there ... The campers were friendly and the owers were very accommodating.
